I stayed on business trip from 1 Nov'23 to 3 Nov'23
1. They are not distinguishing between smoking and non-smoking rooms. So, there is lot of smell of smoke for non-smoking person
2. There are cockroaches in the room. Those are roaming around.
3. The bed sheets, towels are not cleaned upto the mark.

4. Food was great.
5. Location is very convenient.

The Rooms are kept clean properly. First Day the room was good, but we had bathroom shower problem. The Next evening their change the room, but also when we tell them to clean the room, they won't clean properly. After coming back to room in the Evening, I saw one of the corner was not clean. The Room Service was worst. We should keep on calling the room service. They should improve a lot in the logging and even free breakfast was not so good. Some items was salty and some were raw.

The worst ever hotel seen.very untidy. Bad odour.i checked out in midnight by 11pm only. Insects roaming. Bathroom is in bad condition

Old LCD TV with faded screen, complaint unheard. Wanted to watch ICC WORLD CUP but the paid channel was unavailable, demanded, assured but nobody turned out.

Worst hotel experience ever. The staff is extremely rude.mohammad khan at front desk is nothing short of unprofessional. I called out his rudeness and mentioned this is not how you're supposed to speak to guests and he surprisingly replied and said that this is how it happens here in this hotel. 0 hospitality. This person should be fired from the hotel. The management should look into his behaviour and make sure he's not allowed to stand at the front desk. Just horrendous. Checked me into a dirty room and had the audacity to say, that i was hurrying hence sent you to a dirty room. Annoying experience.

If someone wants to punish himself then feel free to book this hotel and I mean by all aspects of accomodation.
Dirty rooms.pathetic condition.rude staff and what not.

We stayed for 2 nights only and during this we had to shift in 3 different room after having intense arguments with the staff yet we did not found a decently ventilated rooms as AC system of entire Hotel is in not working State.and also the bedding and towels are they kept very old of poor quality.
About food.we had see may cockroaches roaming around yourself whether it is in bathroom, bed or food plates.they were literally every where.and hotel staff was pretty familiar with them
Still if you have courage and will to test your patience level then go ahead and book this hotel.

Staff is ignorant.not seen any interest towards customer satisfaction.

It's all good with the hotel, a little high tariff, but worthy of it. Even the buffet breakfast is also good. Staff are also very hospitable with the luggage before and after check out.

Clean and neat washrooms. Near metro station of Laki di ka pool. Neary good restaurants. Easy to access to anywhere in the city by metro / bus. Limited buffet breakfast. Club room is good with more spacious with small dining table & working table.

We stay 02 Nights at this wront property, staff behaviour is o my good taribal, they reply roodly not even ready to talk with guest, alos they charge us over costing.early check in cost, as per th hostpetilty they give us at 08: 00am compliemtty early check.but they charged. And washrooms and so bed condition

Stayed for 3 days. Room was small and smelly.after repeated requests they sprayed freshner.
Tv has a big mark
Water stagnant in bathroom
Very slow response from reception
Not good for that price.

A good hotel to stay in. Averagely clean and sanitized too. Rooms need a bit of makeover and could be more technologically equiped. Overall a good stay at decent price. Food is also decent.

NOT A 3star hotel.

Nice hotel with good locality. I just visited a friend he was happy with overall service. The location is quite good and nearby to the main market of old Hyderabad. Good connectivity all over. Being next to a metro station is a plus point.

Very bad maintenance, greedy staff, highest cost bar. Never arrange any party or event here. Or if you reschedule or cancel -they will never ever give you a single penny and if you reschedule, they will make sure you pay double the advance.
They ask you for the items to choose when u book and will give you items of their choice.customer service is pathetic-especially person named Praveen he will make sure.you are not at all happy, at the venue.pathetic service - you will be helpless infront of guests and they will come for payment in front of guests and do all the drama.

Breakfast is extremely poor.
Serving tea in small dirty paper cups, bread slices not toasted, just came out from refrigerator. Don’t serve butter.
Dirty plates, late service…
Breakfast timing start from 8 … while they were jot prepared till 8: 50.

Same experience with the room, staff is very resistant for any request or complaint.

Please don’t stay here.

If you are planning to keep wedding here in the hall ill say dont keep and dont expect that food will be hot after 10: 30 and you in the last have to eat cold food not at all recommended

I dnt understand the guidelines of there hotel.
The did not have proper AC in the room.
My night was terrible.
I do not recommend to stay there.

Hotel is good and service is normal but staff hiring is very poor they are do not understand the staff problems but the current human resource process is not set to the property that's it. Thank you

It’s lost the charm and Zero service and Zero maintenance. Totally dirty place. Parking is a big problem.better to avoid this place

Appropriate place to have medium size functions, birthdays, marriages. Good food and many things to boost of. Good experience.

Rooms are not clean. AC was not working. Hot water is available only in the morning. This hotel should not have a 3 star hotel rating at all.

Rooms are not that clean, as we expect. The linens also look very untidy. You can watch only Free News Channels on their TV sets there, no other Movies or Entertainment channels are subscribed.they do even mind about the visitors perspective.
