The Chennai Shopping Mall - Kothapet

Asked sales person to show 2 XL shirt for my father. He did not opened the packet to show the shirt even after asking instead he showed already opened same brand shirt with 2xl size saying both are same and you can decide by checking this. It was large and nice and bought the original packed 2 XL shirt
After going home it turned out to be lot smaller compared to same brand 2 XL shirt which he showed. Don't trust sales person guys always make them open the packet and check thoroughly before buying.

Hey they have like different collections, mostly fancy sarees excellent collection with good quality of the material, I love shopping here

The Chennai Shopping Mall in Kothapet is a large showroom in multiple levels. On entering the showroom itself they will enquire about your need and on answering, they will guide you. They have clothes for all occasions and age groups. I went there to buy silk sarees. The staff who attended me was polite and helpful. They have valet parking. But the shop is not wheelchair accessible.

We went here to buy langa voni to my sister. We went to second floor. But the staff guy doesn't have the patience to show the clothes. He is not showing us inspite of having clothes. We bought langa voni for my sister which was 2895 rupees and one saree for my mom which was 299 rupees. It has parking underground. And we can park the vehicles infront of shopping mall also. Prices of sarees are available from low to high range. Kids dresses also available here. There is also a mehandi guy sitting at the entrance. It has lift.

Easily reachable place.next to metro station. Regarding collection, it has all varities of collection.

Worst experience. The person in the second floor don't have a proper patience to answer and patience to show the sarees. There is no proper staff.

No one responds to phone on call, they asks for scheme intrestingly but response to reg not there, the people who are far how can they communicate if any doubts

A very good shopping mall for wide variety of beautiful Sarees, Garments, dress materials, fancy ornaments. All in one roof for women and kids. Even Men's wear of all popular brands available here.

Love the variety of sarees they have. The collection is great. Though the mens wear and kid wear range is limited. A very good place for a one stop shopping.

I was here for buying a saree for my grand mother there is nothing new about this place just a casual place for shopping with no much varities. This place is for people who are ok with casual designs but not for who has good taste for clothes. It's good place for casual wear.

Shopping experience was good but you have and emergency and need a toilet then you have to climb terrace which I personally didn't liked about it.

Very very rude behaviour with customers not giving respect, showing attitude to me that disgraceful to me
And comes to trousers and other clothes for men are very less and limited stock, this is an avg place for men but good for women w.r. T sarees and pattu.

So one thing I should say that teach the staff at men section side that how to be with customers.

Good for bharatanatyam costume sarees. They have around 30 different colors, so u can choose the best one. It costs 5000 but they are giving some discount, so u can get it around 4600.

I really like visiting this place for my husband and my kids shopping as there is a lot of variety available and the staff number is adequate do they can show you with patience.

Very good place with lot of varieties for shopping and very friendly staff. Loved the place and also the different types of dresses.

First we like the Chennai shopping mall because we went for first time at the time I buy one top after that there is no new stock available there.even the available stock also have very high price. So I couldn't prefer the mal for next preferences.
