The collection of items is okay, nothing great. But the alteration section in the basement is horrible. There is no proper trial room / changing room in the basement and the tailors just make you change in the corner, where the area is very dirty and full of ants. Highly unprofessional tailors.

I have given my gold chain for service they taken it for 45 for service only and now it’s been 3 months and when I asked for the gold chain it was broken and the shop sales person is saying to take chain back as Broken only. I asked the manager of Chennai silks he is the worst person of shop.still he say I need to take the chain broken only. Why I need compromise I have take the chain with making charges does I ll get that money back. If workers is not worth to make services the sale person need to inform me with out my prior knowledge the sales person went with his own decision. This is worst shop and don’t buy any gold items in Chennai’s shopping mall.

All are good items and all kind of varities will be available for women, men, kids all dress and sarees available

Prices are low but the quality of the material is not that accurate. Must try that falooda infront of it.

There is no alteration serviece for offer clothes.they are accepting only high mrp clothes and one more main thing tailors and staff are very irrespective beheviour towards customers

The jewelry collection is awesome. Light weight collections are available. Latest beads jewelry collection is available. Rates could be a little reasonable for a readymade collection.

Compared to shopping malls around hanamkonda. Chennai shopping mall is good n reasonable prices with variety of materials to shop whole family including bridal wear

Everything is ok but Chairs or seating not available for customers while shopping.only some stools available here and there.

I visited recently and i loved the place in terms of both quality and budget.
You can get all kinds of clothing accessories starting from 599 to thousands.
I bought a saree worth of 2000 and i was amazed by the collection of both fancy and silk sarees.
I also bought a dress of worth 1350 with a discounted price to 999 which was worth buying, i recommend you to visit and form a self opinion about the collection.

All clothes are at one place tremendous Shopping ️️️ experience. Sarees all varities, women, men's wear, ethnic wear, kids and western wear including jewellery.

Damaged items/rejected items of their other branches are sold in this shop. They don't know how to respond/respect a customer.
Kids floor manager should have been trained on customer services.

This showroom is a bad remark to CHENNAI SHOPPING MALL reputation.

Got to visit on the opening day and was totally packed with customers with flowing discounts on each and every item. The mall was well organised with sections for each and every possible category tagged separately. Definitely one of the good options to go shopping for the whole family.

Can be used for location landmark.but no relevance to Chennai and mall.any urgent purchase can be done.old and undiposed stocks

Here we can have a lot of collections. Especially for wedding and gold jewellery will be available. The prices are also very reasonable but I think that stock is very old one. I bought one dress and it got torn before I try to use it. So overall cheap quality but great collection.

No of collections can see, just price is high, Comparatively.quality is also normal. Behaviour of security should be corrected near parking. It's not advisable. Management must keep an eye in this matter.

It is Good place for family shopping. Prices are varied differently based on the products. Few are reasonable and few are costly.

I visit The Chennai Shopping Mall Last two days. Rates are Super Responsible Prises. Number off collection the Store. Full family Shopping in one place. Staff are very good service. Shopping feeling in Bonglore nd Hyderabad. Managment is good Maintenance in so many family's jobs providing. I Continue in The Chennai Shopping Mall.

It has limited Cellar parking facility for four wheelers.
Lift service is available.
Ground floor has billing counter and deliver counter.
Sarees of all types are available in ground floor and it has imitation jewelleries.
First floor has gold diamond jewelleries and membership card section.
Second floor has silk sarees design sarees etc.
Third floor has kids wear salwar suits and western dresses.
Fourth floor has mens wear ethnic wear etc.

Cash, Cards and UPI payments are accepted.

Staff are polite and humble.
Management regularly checks and advsies staff to treat everyone with respect.

Cost of dresses is much higher than Affordable prices.

I have Visited 1st time in Chennai Shopping mall in Hanumakonda Warangal the staff was not Good at Customers & No information of which item/product fixed in which floor.
& they are laughing at each other.

Chennai shopping mall opened it's new branch in Hanumkonda, Telangana. Good shopping mall for clothes and jewellery. Pleasant environment in side, with good and helpful workers and managers.

I am warangal recently my family shopping visit in chennai shopping maal, collections are good, recieving staf behaviar are good mostly sarees, kids were is updated item totally biggest show room in warangal, hanmakonda, i am so happy feel next iwill come

All the features are good but there are only sarees which are too cost and the shop keepers not even letting anyone to see the clothes, without seeing them clearly how can we buy? And too crowded. My recommendation= don't go, time waste.

Good discipline among staff, some staff act arrogant and don't know how to deal with customers, please teach them how to respect customers. Especially ground floor women staff. Other than its good shopping mall.

Worst behaviour of lady staff. We sat on steps on third floor due to my kids unable to stand in heavy rush. One staff came to us and said don't sit here, have you come for shopping or sitting in shop. Please teach how to behave with valued customers.
