There's no option to give half star or below it. Worst service. Man there's no AC and even after multiple requests, they did not turned it on.

The way they recieve the people is good but little bit maintain some offers for a long period to improve more customers blike family, friends and others.

Really very patiencly ms. Rani Ms. Mamta show all sarees and blouse keep it up dear. Really good services both gave and so many good collection they have.

It's located just near Mehdipatnam Bus Stop. It's a mall having varieties of sarees starting from silk, kanchivaram etc. Just imagine a complete mall of saree, yes, it's the ultimate destination for saree shopping especially South Indian sarees. I would like to specify the range here, the range here starts from 2000 and ranges till 30000 or 40000.

People in Hyderabad or especially people like me who are not from Hyderabad but want to gift or are interested exclusive South Indian sarees must visit The Chennai Silks.

The service provided is very good and there are different variety of dress sarees ect this was the lest experience I had thank you.

At this Shopping mall located in mehdipatnam HYD, they doesn’t treat their customers with respect or rightful manner they are mostly behave in such a way that if you want to buy or get lost. The attitude of the guy who spoke with me with a very disrespectful manner even I was asked him to listen to my words I’m asking you not shouting on you, he was like I m busy and all.he doesn’t want to even hear.

Last time they are given the card for discount in next purchase but not granted any discounts even multiple times asked

When we reach tothe showroom they receive very politely and all very perfect to see all sarees whatever I expect simply superb

When I visited I had bad experience. I had to exchange the dress but they are not respecting and not responding. I won't visit once again such a bad experience.

Mr Prabhakar was very helpful. He also assisted me with the contact of a tailor, who done the work in 22 hour’s. In the last moment of my baby’s function the workaround saved my day.

Worst response from the Customer Care Executive. Trying to call them from past 2 hours but no one is picking the phone and also sending msg but no courtesy to reply back. Thinking not to visit the store with this attitude towards their customers.

Worst experience I ever had, I took 8 dresses I came after 3days to exchange only one dress due to some problem but the manager refused to exchange due to some server problem in the store. As am regular customer to the store I am very disappointed. Server problem is their own problem they don't have any right to refuse my exchange.

Visited this shop today. Wide range of silk sarees. Designs as well as prices available. Salesmen so friendly and patiently showed the varieties. Thanks

No service is provided properly. Every employee here has so much attitude and disrespect. No offers and attractions are provided for the sake of customers.
