Service is too slow.not an issue if you are not In a hurry.but it's unacceptable when you order just a coffee / tea

I reached at 10.30 PM and they have limited menu post 10.30 which is not mentioned online. Really dissatisfied.

I went here for dessert and had sizzling brownie and it was waste of money, not at all satisfied with it. The other food was okay and the ambience was good.

The standards have dropped. And the prices have shot up. I still like the place cos of what it means to me - someone who's visited this place when it just came up newly.overall, if the prices stay same. I doubt I might go back.but the good part, sgst wasn't added to the bill.fair.

Lovely ambience, and have gone back there many times to taste their awesome food. But reducing a star because in the last four to five months, food quality has been a little down. And please, wooden cutlery does not work on the steaks, however tender and juicy they might be! Please go back to proper table cutlery.

I stay in Sainikpuri and Coffee cup is always the 'ONE' if I'm looking for pasta or sandwiches. However, I was very disappointed with my last order. Looked like the chef did a favour cooking the pasta. Penne chicken Arrabbiata it was - it had the taste of uncooked tomato which made the dish stink.

The theme of this place is too good. I feel like I was in a Don's cave. Food tastes very good. They're following all covid-19 safety precautions. Good and safe environment. Cheers!

Good ambience. Coffee was nice. Side items are limited bakery stuff. Treat it as what the name suggests. Which is for cofee and not as cafe cum restaurant

I think we should not go with reviews food is average with smokey smell as told by waiter but frankly i found like it is 2 or 3 days back spring rolls.service is too worst management is not at all interested to take negative feedback

Today is the day when I'm visiting this place after an year and I'm completely disappointed with the food. I ordered Mac and cheese with chicken. They gave cold Mac in a plate with white sauce and one big chicken piece. It wasn't even hot and it tastes very bad. I'm not even sure weather the chicken was rotten or not because it's tastes very bad. The place is as good as before, nice place to hangout with friends but now I don't prefer because of the experience I have today, I just hope their improve their taste again because I want to visit this place again. I know many people might not like my review or might say it's false but I'm just sharing my experience, that's all.

This is one place we visit very regularly, with friends or cousins.super hangout place. Really like the ambiance of the place. They give you board games and card games, magazines for passing time. Best thing, the Coffee! Café frapee is great.
The garlic bread and jalapeño cheese balls tastes good.lemon ice tea pitcher is our regular order.
It has become very popular and crowded these days.
Sundays they have karaoke evenings!
Over all a great place to be!

I tip my hat to the service and quality of food, the friendly nature of the guys there are witnessed only at a few places.

This place could be counted in the "Hidden Gems" category. A place that people know more from word of mouth but always has really good crowd, beautiful and rustic ambiance but the best part is the food that they serve. Their specialty - Continental and Italian. One of the best Nachos with Salsa and Pastas that I have eaten is here. Sinful brownies and shakes too. They have live music on Saturday and Sunday nights. A must visit for some relaxed time with your friends and families.

Very good hangout place for the people near uppal, ECIL, Sainikpuri etc. This place is best hangout spot with nice food. It offer variety of pizzas, pastas, veg/non-veg platters etc. They have opened new place just opposite to old one, so you will have table almost everytime avaialble.

Really horrible food. Most of the items on the menu were unavailable and the staff service was horrible. I don't plan on visiting this outlet again.

Great keema pav, one of the really good ones I have had, great classic cold coffee, pretty good chicken Stroganoff.
Not so great peanut butter thickshake - hardly any ice cream in it, miso soup was luke warm.

A friend of mine recommended I visit this Café so decided to go on a Sunday. Called the Café and made a booking in advance as advised. It’s a bit far away from town but the the drive on a Sunday morning with showers was worth it.

We entered the Café and it was almost full. I was told that this place is busy most of the time and it seemed to be true. What is great about this place?

Well the food for a start.
I was vegetarian between July 2017 and October 2018 so I stuck to eating a vegetarian dish for breakfast. I ordered a milkshake for myself but my friend ordered an English breakfast for himself. Well, I was definitely jealous but not tempted to eat what he was eating. But I must admit English breakfast was one of my all time favourites especially the hash brown and sausages that come with it.

Before visiting the restaurant, I already decided what to eat. It was jacket potato with some veggies as accompaniments. The last time I ate Jacket Potato prior to this visit was way back in 2011. So technically, I’ve eaten jacket potato only twice. I fell in love with it the first time and and the second time too. The baked beans was tasty. But that jacket potato was something. I’ll probably never feel bored eating it again and again.

Then we ordered for a platter with spring onions, onion rings and some jalapeño cheese balls in it served with some condiments including mayonnaise.

The milkshake was bloody awesome and huge. I totally loved it and felt like ordering one more but all these were way too much already and couldn’t move an inch.

The service was fantastic, the staff were friendly, the ambiance was beautiful and cozy and thanks to the showers and windy breeze too which made our experience more blissful.
I’d highly recommend this eatery for a breakfast or brunch. You could sit there for hours and keep eating and talking. Or you could get the wifi password and work while you eat.

This is my second visit to coffee cup on 31dec18. The live music is very irritating with loud speakers, you can't understand what your friends are talking felt very irritated. Coming to the food, I was actually shocked because they don't remember what we have ordered and they just got whatever they remember. We have ordered appetizers (starters) which came at the end and when I asked the guy who took the order about the delay, he got offended n started arguing that it's a continental restaurant we just get whatever is ready first. Finally it was a bad experience.

Good place to hang out during the weekend. The food is great. Rates r as good as the good. Very reasonable place.

Not as good as many of the reviews suggested. Firstly the place is a bit small and the tables are very small as well.so you cant comfortably put too many dishes on the table let alone your mobile or stuff. The music was too loud and drowned out any conversation. The waiter was unfriendly and would not accept a request to get the main course dishes together. Nor would the starters and drinks be brought together. The waiter would not suggest any starter that could be brought quickly. You have to accept whatever comes first and waiting times can be long. Water is not served unless you ask for it. The food was good but portion sizes were too small. One dish is not sufficient per adult, you have to take at least two per person. Expensive.

Its a great place to chill. It has a lovely ambience and decor from both inside and outside and it looks very european from the time you climb the stairs upto the entrance door. The cuisine is fantabulous, a wide range to select from, infact, they are all very flavourful. There are separate smoking zones for diners. The crowd is enormous, generally always full inside with an equal number in waiting outside. If you dont go well on time on Fridays to Sundays, forget about getting a table. To weed out this rush, the management has opened an extention "Coffee Cup" just across this restaurant.this new one is plush with the seating on the ground floor and in the 1st Foor. I am told that this new place has something new to offer- pizzas which you can tailor to your requirement.

There is stand up comedy on every 2nd and 4th Fridays. It's a fun place, there are two of these on both sides of the road. Food is good. Loved the place for the stand up comedy and the environment

This place is around 2kms from my place so this is where I head to after the sessions.if you know what I'm talking bout ‍️ one more advantage is that I have (my own) Zomato Gold.

Its been on my must visit list for too long. Finally visited the place and boy I was not disappointed. Its far from the main city but its worth the effort of going that extra mile for the coffee alone let alone the food. The coffee stays with you long after you've left the place. The blend is possibly one of the best in hyderabad. I have tried their Cafe Mocha, Hazelnut latte and cafe latte all of them were consistently good. The pricing is just perfect. What I dont like about this place is that it looks un-hygienic in certain parts, washroom is occupied most of the times, no facility to wash your hands apart from the washroom, the overtly precarious staff which doesn't trust that you are going to pay them this is honestly very disappointing and sort of humiliating. No doubt they are doing their duty but you can be a little polite and friendly about it.

Such a serene atmosphere to hangout with your buddies and families. Ambience is just so great.
Must go to place in and around Hyderabad.

They are not living up to the expectation these days.had 3 consecutive bad days with the food taste especially chicken items, standard or service has also reduced.
I had to ask for water 5 times to get it finally.

Ambience: 4/5
But they take lot of time to serve it after ordering. Once I had to wait for an hour for a single dish.
And also place wise it s very small. Very congested for Large groups.
