Never ever book this hotel, worst experience i ever had in Hyderabad they post good image in online for bookings, not proper maintenance very bad smell in rooms. Try different hotels but not this

This is a budget friendly hotel so if you think to stay in budget so you can definitely check this.

In the restaurant area they don't have any appetizers any food 90% of the menu was not available in the restaurant and they didn't have great service because they were delaying the food and then only had one or two options so we really had to eat food that we didn't want to.

Collapsed my Day by the Crown hotel, But there Head weight is high.
They Didn't cleaned the room

Worst place for stay.fooling customers in the name of discount, wont take online payments.totally money minded, no cleanliness, always need to call them for cleaning.when we visited there from day 1 big rat was in the room no action taken.n while checkout asking extra money n shouting on customers if they are complaining about it and asking to make full payment of 1 day if we are extending 1 hr extra also.in case of services customer should adjust bt when customer reminds them their mistakes least bothered about their value.

Good but not so happy staying.anyways i was not given any room service.no has come to check or ask what the customer wanted.also the contact number which was available on the website is switched off.
I would request the Management to look into this.there was no proper welcome to the hotel.
Hotel is clean and hygiene.well cleaned.but service not best

Very bad hotel no proper ventilation and to hot in rooms. Not at all happy please don't go there this is my personal experience.

The service is very bad. Not worth the money you pay. I've stayed for 6 days here and they didn't even ask for cleaning the room. After asking about this they have informed that we have to give them the key, if the room needs to be cleaned and they won't have a master key. Bathrooms are not very clean. Better look for alternatives

Centrally located and accessible from Ameerpet centre and Metro station.

Excellent clean and decent rooms. Office reception Cooperative and helpful. Good location. Walkable distance to Ameerpet metro station.

Firstly there is parking available for only 8 cars, the pool is muddy, the food is pathetic, no hot water in the bathroom, bed bugs on the bed. 0 starts on cleanliness.the breakfast buffet is bad, stale and no options.what is point on being 3 star hotel, better close it down and do real estate. Waste of money

Beds were not clean. Electric switch points kept open. No hot water in bathrooms. List goes on. Rated 2 stars just from price point of view.

The hotel is very good in looking The interiors of the room are beautiful like you are in some out of country
