The Dining Room

We visited this restaurant yesterday for a buffet. The taste was not so good, ambience was great, staff were good and polite. It costed rs. 7300 for 2 people.

Went for Dinner Buffet with family. The food was good, however, the service was not up to the mark. We had ordered dosas & pastas from the live counters, despite waiting for more than 1.5 hours, didn’t get any order served. At the live counter, they didn’t even bother to note down the order, whenever we reminded, the standard answer was “we are making other orders, you will get yours soon”, in the end, we didn’t get anything!

The people at the live counters were making the food so slowly and didn’t bother at all about service. Even the breads like Naan / Roti took a very long time to be served.

If you have live counters, please staff them properly! Secondly, being a vegetarian, found it quite disappointing that the Veg & Non-Veg Biryanis were put side by side with a shared spoon (noticed people using the same spoon for the veg & non-veg), Pasta section also, the spaghetti was overflowing into a tray with meat / seafood in it. These are basic things that one would expect a five star hotel to ensure / follow specially in India.

Good & tasty food like ma ke hath ka khana good service provide & atmoshepe is very pease & calm i love this place for birthday party & some fun with friends

They personally messaged me to give five star to this restaurant even though i haven't visited it once. I don't know if this restaurant good or not but i know all their reviews are fake.

I was dying to eat Nachos, and i landed up at Park Hyatt. Thankfully i met Meghana, who beautifully redirected me to this space. Though it wasn't in their menu, she spoke to the chef and exclusively for it made for me. And it was tasting GOOOOD. What i really appreciate is her efforts of making it happen for me. That really made me smile! Thanks to her!

I had been asked to give a review before paying the bill.
The food was great but they did not inform us that one of the thalis that we had ordered was a special promotion. Because of this we could not avail our membership offer. No action was taken by the staff

The Quality of food and the amount charged does not match at all. There were very little options in starters and main course. Also not a single food item matched the taste of a 5 star restaurant. We're very dissatisfied with the experience. Lastly the cost mentioned when booking the table on phone had no match with the bill amount. Would never opt for the restaurant again if had a choice

It’s great having breakfast in Hyatt dining. Ambiance is lovely especially met Meghna she is very caring and soft spoken I really appreciate her and wish her good features

I walked into The Dining room along with my mother to give her a good buffet experience in a fine dining restaurant.
On both counts, this place is a walking disaster. There are managers, stewards, stewardess many scurrying here and there except attending to the needs of the diners. I felt like i walked into a road corner chai centre whereon to order chai and get attention of the waiter one has to shout loudly * Bhaiya" this is exactly the experience where no one cares to fill water into empty glasses and one needs to shout and say "excuse me " and at times to the deaf ears i have to resort to old school " bhaiya ".

Typically, the waiters ask for bread basket after a round of appetizers and lo and behold the far cry of Bhaiya along with escalation to manager after 20 mts the bread basket arrives on table.reason cited for delay " phulkas take time "

Looks like the attention is all diverted a larger and noisy tables while the smaller tables are left to their mercy and stare at the waiters dumbly.

Overall, the dining room can be referred to as " excuse me Bhaiya" hotel.

Veg Buffet Review:
Highly Disappointed. Didn't expect the food will be this bad. No starters at all. Raw vegetables, cutlet and boiled paneer served as starters. Mushroom soup is only available. That's it no more starters.
Why are you serving Chat items near the table without having any starters? And those items also not at all good. Main course is very ordinary. 4 types of curries filled with just butter and curd. In the entire menu only dal is good which we can make at home it self.
Even the desert is filled with egg related items, very very few options desert for veg. All are cakes, cream puddings. No drinks available in Buffet menu. They given lemon soda on our request as complimentary which is not even one glass filled with only lemon. Not recommended

I was here for breakfast & I really miss the pancakes and i was so delighted by the taste never had it anywhere else. All thanks to chef Aarushi who was at the live counter. It was amazing

Extremely disinterested service. For claiming to be a 24 hour restaurant, it might as well be closed at night. Their standard menu items were unavailable. Only plus is the great ambience since it is within the hotel.

I had lunch in "The Dinning Room". Food was not up to the mark. Quite expensive considering quality of food. They charged for the water bottles. The waiter was rude and was providing services as slow as he could. It took 1 hour to serve a set of 3 starters. And then waiter forced us to move to main course. I along with my other colleagues had bad stomach.

Not at all value for money.

I received abysmal service at The Dining Room. We arrived for sunday lunch with the kids at around 1.30pm. I was told that soup and starters will be served at the table and we waited for the same for over 20 mins and received only soup. After complaining we received bottled water and napkins. In the meanwhile we placed order at the chaat and pasta counters and received neither. After 30 mins 2 nonveg starters were served and still no veg starters. By now we have complained about the chaat and pasta 3 times at least. After 40 mins we received 1 out of 3 pasta dish and complained further. After waiting another 10 mins and wasting an entire hour we decided to walk out. Another couple seated beside us who ordered a la carte also walked out after waiting 30 mins. It was 3pm by the time we reached elsewhere for lunch. Shameful service by such a high end establishment and utter disregard for the customer. I would give 0 stars if I could.

These guys have just served chicken to pure veg guys. Sagar floor manager runs around clueless person. Deep burnt rice is Midas touch of otherwise pathetic evening.

Worst hotel! Don’t ever visit.particularly food is so bad you cannot even guess. For example.if you order Chicken Biryani they Will get you jeera rice with 2 chicken pieces in the bowl.waiters do not have common sense and very very reluctant.highly not advisable!

It was a overwhelming experience. Great ambience and equally good food.
Special mention for Mr. Santosh who served with great courtesy and also Mr. Suvashish who had helped me plan the lunch.

Buffet was ok. Found it heavily priced for the quality and the spread. Does have some very good cheese spread. Some of the items were quite nice.

I have visited the Indian restaurant with family including kids and went for A'la carte menu. There was buffet option also available. It was a good place with tasty food and good ambience but the service was bit slow. Kebabs, biryani, butter chicken and desserts are must try.

Park Hyatt is a really good place to park you self on a trip / holiday. The hotel is expensive but it is good bang for buck. The service is really awesome and the ambiance is gorgeous.the security is good for the guests. It is placed near the KBR so if anyone gets into park hyatt can try going for a walk in the morning or evening and have a fresh air or have a glance of gorgeous pecocks. There are lot of them in KBR park. There is a in house garden maintained in the hotel. The walkway to the room is really eye catching. The view of each room is awesome.

Since the hotel provides bed and breakfast which is a good offering as the food served has continental, indian and European also. You have large variety of options in breakfast. The taste was amazing. Really enjoyed relishing the food.

The ambiance of the main hall at reception and restaurant is really great. There is a large size statue on a reflective stainless steel base. In front of this is a infinity water flow base. Really great view as soon as you enter the lobby. You have few walls with vessels as decorative items which is good to see.

Conclusion.really a must try if money is not a dealbreaker.few things I did observe thta could have been better or upgraded is the carpets were dirty, soiled, and some places it went bad and definitely a replacement.some lawn adjacent to the inhouse plants would have improved the view / ambiance.

I went for lunch the hilarious part is if go for simple resturants their will b some wellcome drink here is not food average, deserts r nice, fish served in starters r nice thats it.expectations were really huge bt have to fulfil withfish nd deserts.

I went for lunch buffet on 1st January 2019. The experience is good, but may not be worth the price.
Pros: 1) Desserts are out of the world! 2) Overall ambiance is pleasant.
Cons: 1) Uncomfortable when crowded. 2) The food spread isn't that great compared to peers.
