This is such a great gym! They have an indoor track, and make the most use of the east side of their 3rd and 4th floor for gym equipment. It is fit-oriented which means Fitness for adults and seniors can all enjoy what this gym has to offer. Because this gym is open to all, The environment is more relaxed and friendly compared to other gym chains. The steam-sauna is the icing on the cake, the one great thing i found is '"ITS A LAB OF MUSCLE MAKING"' Most spacious, Excellent Crossfit, The hours are Unlimited, so make sure you try to get here early
