Hotel is good but old so some systems not functioning perfectly, but that is more a maintenance issue.

Location and layout is fine.

Food is nice but the breakfast buffet management falls short of requirement. When we were there hotel was full and staff was quite disorganised. For all mornings were similar.

Staff is courteous though and overall things were pretty ok.

Needs to change the staff coz there is no proper clarity about what to state or we need to be specific With our requirements or else we need to resend at the last minute

It's nit a great place to stay for sure very compact dirty room property badly needs renovation.

Reception waiting time was too long, rooms keys are not working properly, no co operation from staff

The staff is courteous, went for an event, but the food was sub par if considering the reputation of the place. Breads were cold and chewy, I think I've had better taste of curries than here in a low key place. Didn't expect this kind of food. Well trained staff although, but that alone can't cover all bases

If you are looking for luxury at afordable price, go for it. The service they have is amazing. Food is tasty. We even got upgrade of room as we were newly married.

Best according to food but have been here 2 days but staff was not cooperative at all they are living like on another planet if I asked someone about places they are ignoring it completely kindly look into it.

One of the worst experience I ever had. The night shift reception was very rude the day I entered the hotel and the breakfast was pathetically arranged. Once in the 1st floor, next day in the ground floor, the very next day again in another corner of the first floor. Was not informed and landed up going up and down the whole time. Breakfast was cold and the refilling not done fast as they were short of staffs. We had to literally wait for the food to come out from the kitchen to be refilled. The restaurant staffs are all new and not trained to engage with the customers nor do they have any idea what is going around. Even to get an omelet, they were passing on the order to each other and in the end, it never came for the next 40 minutes. I had to inform the Incharge and only then was it served. Really a Pathetic Experience. Specially from the front desk (night shift, because I reached in the morning at 6am). Will not recommend this hotel to my people nor my Company Travel Desk, to whom I had to give the feedback for future travel stays for my colleagues.

It was really nice to stay here, being a corporate traveller I had been at Hyderabad for couple of times, bt stayed at Golkonda hotel for the 1time. The experience of staying at this hotel is in one word" Satisfying and relaxing". Staffs are very nice, humble and prompt. Even while at breakfast table I have found Resturent manager Mr. Akif Zarvaan and his team managing the guests with a very huble manner and individually they are giving attention to all, which is really a rare sight to observe. Overall, it's absolutely satisfying to stay here.

Rooms are good and spacious, food tastes awesome.
Staff room service is also good but bit slow

Amazing breakfast spread everyday, it’s just awesome!
Also special mention to Manjula in the breakfast section for taking extra care to get us special food for folks with dietary restrictions in our group. She made our stay really pleasant.

The location is great, close by to large shopping centers

Visited Nizam Jewels. Five for the ambience, four for the food and 3.5 stars for the value for money.

Wonderful place in the city centre with an beautiful view, and pool.good breakfast buffets spread.
Hav some quick and good room services.fast check in and check outs.
I will definetly suggest this for anyone.
All this for such an afforable price.

Worst Reception staff you will ever come across, worse Duty manager, they behave as if they are doing you a favor by giving a room in their hotel…!
They want money upfront for everything, as if you gonna runaway.

The standard of this hotel has gone down. The service is very poor! I had to send various reminders for each and every request be it for room service or housekeeping. Even the breakfast buffet was a disappointment due to the unhelpful and unfriendly staff. The front desk staff is no better. My stay has been very unpleasant and frustrating.

Great Location. But definitely not a good place to stay. Service is poor and very late. Rooms not upto the mark. Water leaking from the bathroom. Chairs had Cigarette holes. Have given 3 stars considering the Covid Situation and hotel industry trying to come back.

Booked this hotel for my parent's anniversary. I asked them to arrange for a cake. And I told that I will pay for it.but they failed to do it.

Lazy and unhelpful staff. The restaurant staff for breakfast buffet was very lazy and gave a deaf ear to our requests. Mr. Mryuntyanjai and his female colleague who were managing the breakfast buffet were pathetically inefficient. The lady at the front desk is very rude and gives you government employee vibes. Room service and housekeeping was equally disappointing. Had to place every request 3-4 times before it was taken care of. Had an awful experience. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Additionally there was a lot of dust under the bed and water leakage in the washroom.

Not so great food for the price. Also beware of the bottled water rip-off. They charge 80 rupees for one bottle when MRP is 20

One of the good hotels in Hyderabad. Location helps it get 5 stars. Situated at Masab tank. Place is good for business visits. Families who are traveling for fun and frolic can live here. Close to the PV Narishma Rao flyover which connects to Airport. Railway station is around 5 kms. Autos are costlier as they don't run by meter. Getting cabs on weekends is tough due to huge demand. Good breakfast. Excellent food service. Not so costly. Rooms are bit old. Bathrooms need revamp. Overall good place to live. If you exclude location Hotel will get 3.5 stars. But location adds 1.5 more stars making it 5.

Great location makes it a favourite destination for business travellers like me. Good food and very friendly staff members to make you comfortable. The rooms are well maintained and cosy.

Pricing is a little too high. But if you are looking for good food with perfect blend of Nizami spice, this is the place you are looking for. Price is worth the food. Ambience, serving and customer comfort are very good.

So we came to hyderabad for a wedding and a friend of mine had suggested this place since it was closer to the venue. The check in was at 1pm and we were warmly welcomed by being made to wait for a good 45 minutes. When we asked the receptionist his inch perfect reply was 'yes sir. We're busy. You have to wait for some more time'. And after literally picking up a heated argument with them they showed me a room that we supposedly booked. It reeked of I don't know what horrible smell that was. I was very clear and told them to refund my money. Then they showed another room where the smell was tolerable. Since we were running out of time I had to get that room after spraying a toxic amount of room fresheners. Believe me that was necessary. And once we returned in the evening I literally had to stomp off a cockroach of the floor much to the disgust of my wife. If this is the standard and the staff response of a supposed 4-star hotel then I wonder what sort of standards are being set in the star hotels of this city. All I wanted was a decent place to stay after paying the amount I have. I find this highly amusing and frankly ridiculous that such hotels are still functioning. Ive learnt my lesson and would advise that the best bet would be to go for the standard and internationally recognised hotels (Hyatt/Marriott/park) since we have stayed in all of them and had no issues as such. This place needs to massively uplifted in terms of maintenance and staff courtesy. The only thing we liked was the food which was decent. I personally would never recommend such a poorly mainted hotel charging a fee comparable to other standard hotels to anyone. I hope this is an eye awakener to others who have plans to come here in the future.

Poor service. I stayed at the Golkonda Hotel ten years ago and returned in Christmas 2018 to find its standards had declined. Often there were no towels or robes left in the room; the room was made up too late each day; dirty plates not removed over breakfast; and calls for room service went unanswered. Avoid the Transportation Desk, as the markup is 200%. The pigeons drink the pool water, suggesting it is not properly treated.

Nice hotel but needs more maintenance. Food is also nice. But for the price they offer it is worth staying here.

Very nice place. Comfortable and well maintained rooms. Good service. Good ambience. The spread for buffet breakfast is very good. Prime location.

Had been to Melange for Midnight Buffet, we felt like the resturant was over rated The ambiance is very good, with an option to enjoy live tv on huge screen, coming to spread on buffet, the selection of menu was not very well intune the name plates placed and the items in bowls varied. The veg and non veg stuff was placed together leading to folks getting confused, the breads served on table were too early and ended up to be cold before we could have them The veg food items were like average, no much of wow factor, we didn't expect this from Golkonda, the buffet is moderately priced, it is like value for money, but not at the cost of taste. The service was very good expect the waiters were like not well trained, we had clearly mentioned that would prefer only veg stuff, we were served with non veg starter and when asked for fresh n hot breads the management would take hell lot of time, by the time it arrived we had finished with other stuff, but you would see a person being at your service continously just taking orders, one thing we were confused what langauge to use for communication with service staff, overall service was good but not upto the mark of the Hotel. And at the end what spoiled our day was the change given back after making making was short, the amount was not huge but didn't expect from Golkonda to be negligent, and no one came to address our problem, the amount being less we left the place as it was getting late Overall everything was good with some small changes to be considered.

The hotel is good for business meetings. The service quality at the reception could be improved. The staff is little less couteous in comparison to other 3/4 star hotels.

Nice place. Value for money. Room service is a bit slow. Presentation of food also needs a bit of up liftment.
