The rooms were clean and well-maintained, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was also convenient, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Rooms & food & location & service all are excellent for me. But is also little expensive here.

An very lush huge place with very good restaurant and marriage halls. A quite place for a weekend getaway. They have a good spa also.

Not worth the price at all.rooms were average. One room also had some insects. Also, service is worst. We paid for an extra bed and they asked us to call them for it. When we called, non of the staff answered.when we had to checkout and catch a flight, we called them more that 7 times and nobody came till 40 mins. Except for the location of the resort, nothing great with it. Very bad service. Wouldn't recommend it for anyone.

Please never go here. Too costly and not worth it. No amenities no recreation activities. There are far better options for lesser price. They charged 10k for 9hrs and there is no complimentary breakfast either. I regret this place.

Good ambience fantastic look at night with lighting and mist pool and at last great breakfast (buffet) experience good service and hospitality by staff sravan and mahek.

Good place for events and a quick escape from your daily hustle as it located with in city limits.

Amazing property. Very well maintained. I stayed in a penthouse and it was very Well designed. The staff is very polite and courteous.
They need to work a lot on the food taste and options.

Staff is very bad, some one called Venkat was appointed as wedding planner and helper for the event, very rude and bad behaviour by that guy. Bad attitude towards the clients and vendors. 0

Veg items are very poor, no taste, no salt.no pepper i feel like plain rise i m eating, only for visiting we can go

Small property when compared to other resorts in hyderabad.not very well maintained actually.upholstery in reception area were all stained.dint like the maintenance much.

It's maintained very well, landscapes are excellent. Too pricey I did not feel it's worth the money.

The ambience is really good. But there food costs are way way too high, don't even taste that good, expect for their one restaurant, " Jewel of Nizam". I know they have to cover their over head costs. But it's just way too much. Stay was comfortable, service was ok.

Place was good, but over priced. Its ok if you take 10000 or 20000 for a room, or take 7000 for a single dinner but how can you charge 165 for 20 rs kinley water bottle, it is not acceptable.

A bit expensive but we can have a grate time while spending here, like a day far away for city life

Hot water not available, tv is available but Tata signal is not available if you complaint they do service for some time tv will on, but again same problem, for swimming we have to take separate costumes, In cotton costumes they will not allowed to swimming even they're not providing costumes, Otherwise okay.

Resort is peaceful.
Appetizers at pool side restaurant are good but their hospitality and neatness is very bad. At least for the high cost they charge the decency and food servicing should be maintained. Dissatisfied with the sizzlers too. Main courses is too bad here.
Overall the place is good and serene, if you go with family or with friends you shall enjoy but don't expect much from the main course food from pool side restaurant.

Lovely ambience, I asked for decoration.they said 1800. Which is too expensive for just roses and balloons.

Had a terrible experience after booking from New York and getting canceled without rescheduling.

The reservations team made me feel like they have the best customer server only until they got my money. During this pandemic I had clear stated that I might need to reschedule upon the opening of flights from United States. They were fine with that. As everyone is aware that this issue with Covid-19 is impacting each and every one of us and the laws are changing every day. However, Golconda resorts only cared about getting the customers money and then not being on their word and not even considering that the pandemic has changed the demographics of every aspect of life. Finally when I’m able to travel to India and I asked them to reschedule the dates of my stay, they’d bluntly refuse and say my booking has been cancelled and there is no refund. Their representative who assisted me for the booking when I was in New York has now quit the job. I finally made it to Golconda resorts day before yesterday to clarify and I met with the Manager Mr. Anurag he was telling me he’d help me out with the rescheduling but ended up telling me the money that was put up for the previous booking has been utilized and can’t be rescheduled. He wanted me to make another booking after making me wait for him for almost 2 hours. I don’t understand what kind of terrible Customer service you are providing the customer has paid.

Golconda resorts didn’t even have the courtesy to just accept the fact that during pandemic flights are all cancelled and if international guests won’t be able to make it and wants to reschedule they should be allowed to. You can’t treat your customers in this manner. Please try to realize and step up your customer service. Unfortunately I will never even consider Golconda resorts in future. Please try to realize what you guys have made an international customer to feel like even when he showed up to the resort in person.

Very fine dining, beautiful ambience, poolside restaurant, candle lights, Indonesian & Thai food available, great taste and excellent hospitality

We went for a drive to Osman Sagar lake and happen to go for a high tea/snacks here. Highly overpriced items.
Never ever have eaten a chicken tikka pakoda in my life in the name of chicken pakodas that we ordered.
Extra stars for ambience, place and the maintenance.

One of the best well-maintained Luxurious Resort full of greenery. It's Garden Villa is great stay for Couples. However, they should have included Breakfast in the room charges. Paying extra bucks was biggest disappointment. Make sure to cross check the itinerary if you are booking via any travel sites. Better to call directly to the Resort and confirm/book.

We stayed at this property for two nights with family and friends during the weekend. This is our first outing after Carona. The resort people have provided sanitizers everywhere and the staff were always wearing the masks. The stay was good, staff were polite and food was very good. The setting is very close to nature and relaxing. The swimming pool and indoor games are in good shape. The night time lighting is beautiful and good for photography. Request resort people to provide good coffee to the guests and take care of guests cars during the stay.

I had a dinner with my family at the pool restaurant. There were lot of mosquitoes and the food was not so great.

Food is excellent especially the Indian cuisine, some people might find the oriental cuisine a bit bland but food is good overall

Its so spacious, lush green and peaceful place. So much to explore. One can easily have fun for a day tour. Room is neat and tidy. Service is good. Food is delicious but too costly though. U can carry your own food if u don't want to have food available there.

It is a nice place for getaway, parties and business meetings/offsites.however it is not being maintained to the fullest.the parking is outside the premises.

The location and the events are good. Food is ok. If you want to buy anything outside the package then your packets will go empty.

There are times when you get awed by the brilliance of a place. Experience at Golkonda Resorts were do different. The beautiful lawn along with the gothic architectural buildings mesmerized us all through. The cottages located amidst the serene nature can make your stay relaxing and stress free. If you are looking for some good times with your family and friends, this is the place to be.

We went to Jewel of Nizam and it is an amazing place with royal ambience. You are served food in traditional utensils. We went for non veg full course meal. It started with different servings of starters including fish, chicken and lamb tikka. This was followed by main course which included haleem, chicken, lamb, fish curries. Taste was authentic and really good. The only downside, the food is super spicy despite asking for less spice. That is why I will reduce 1 star. Post our main course, we had two really amazing desserts. Kadhu ka halwa and mango pudding. The price comes to 3500 INR per person. It was overall a great experience.

Went to the jewel of Nizam. It is too costly for the quality and quantity of food. Ambiance is also not great. Service is also poor with untrained staff.

Quiet and nice place away from city hustle. Enjoyable property with lush green landscape. Great food options available as well.

Food is good compared other resorts. We went for office outing around 150 members, auditorim.is good and enough to accumulate around 200 +. There is pool and outdoor place for Cricket and other other activities.

Good thing for muslim bhai is that masjid is 300-400 mts close by as we went on sunday we dint want to miss juma prayer and we got the masjid in 5 mins.

I guess this is by far the best resort across hyderabad. A great place for recreation or even destination weddings. The jewels of nizam, a restraunt, on a tower gave me the best fine dine experience till date with a magnificent view of the resort from one side and lake from the other

You have seen this resort in number of movies as the Hyd film fraternity loves this place for its location and well kept lawns. This is a good place to visit with any one and everyone. Office parties, personal parties or just lazy to do anything day.perfect for all occasions. You can enjoy fine dining with a view in their jewels of nizam restaurant. Gives a good view of the gandipet lake on one side and the city in another. Price is steep as the service is good. Food quality is good as well. Fixed menu to choose from and you can mix and match as well. The resort also has a swimming pool, spa, cricket nets, tennis court and ample space to host reception parties or just parties. Mostly booked in advance so call before you go. Enjoy the experience.

It's a perfect place for a day outing where you can enjoy with a wide range of outdoor sports. To best the heat, you can dive into the MIST. For relaxation, you can enjoy the Spa. And above all, you can enjoy a SHAHI lunch sitting in the fifth Minar and relish the delicacies amist the serenity and the beauty of the Osman Sagar lake

Everything about this place is amazing. The destination and the scenery to begin is simply breathtaking. The resort's huge grounds have tennis courts, a cycling track, and tonnes of other stuff to do. The entry at the reception, pool side bar is great fun to chill out at. And the crown jewel, the minar, has the best combination of food, view and service you could expect. This is an experience of you visit and explore. Don't miss this when in Hyderabad.

It's a nice place to hangout with friends and family.
They have swimming pool. The indoor sports complex is also good it has squash, billiards, table tennis, gym, spa. The food is also good. Nice Gardens good to take pics with friends.
