Great experience and yeah there are cockroaches but it isn't a big problem for people who came for tourism and overall it's good suited for friends who travel

Everything is fine but the only thing I want to tell is that the washroom is not good at all wherever I go my main focus is washroom an account of this unhygienic washroom i am not able to eat food properly as i don't had any option because husband was so tired and he does not want to search another room. Anyway it's average, it's not worth to pay whatever they are charging.
It's not so good as they are showing and charging money.

Had a Gathering at Banquet of Grand Plaza Nampally, the most disappointing thing is The Lift was not working, we came down from 5th floor to ground floor

I would prefer giving it Zero Stars. I booked my room through Oyo and all when I reach the hotel for checkin, they're saying there's no booking.

Rooms are spacious. Restaurant service is available. Hotel is Swiggy/Zomato friendly.
Great location - right next to Metro and bus stations making city commute very easy.

What is this everyday payment system? !
I am a traveller and have travelled almost all major cities till now, nowhere I have seen this kind of system.so you mean if I stay for a month, I have to pay everyday all 30 days?

Don’t ever book this hotel. The rooms are very dirty. There is no room service provided and the prices are very high.

Hotel management is poor need to upgrade

At times of checking receptionist was so rude.

They don't entertain for online booking customers
They said online booking confirmation not received after sharing the confirmation from my email

They took 3 hrs to allocate room. We reached hotel at 12.00 pm and got keys 3.00 pm.

Many times asking for water kittle
Dust bins
Towels
Hand wash liquid
Furniture and appliances old and dirty

Reception said they will provide you with in 10 mins but it will take 2 hrs and boy come with only kettle without adaptor.call reception for hot water for shower and they replied that hot water timing was morning 06.00 am to 10.00 am, it's not mention at the time of checking.

My package was for 4 days but I can't stay with my family for one day

I attended a training session of LIC at this hotel.

The Hotel is centrally located in Nampally, opposite to Public Garden.

Hotel has a banquet hall which can host upto 50-100 members. The food in the hotel was tasty.

The reason for giving only three stars for the hotel is the parking is cramped and has limited space for cars.

There was only one elevator and you can expect a long wait, if the gathering is 50+

Only one restroom for gents and one for ladies is available, which is less for the capacity of the hall.

A very good location for staying here, if you come for any work then you have transportation

Rooms were ok, food was good, and all staff were good and supportive, except the receptionist.she was very rude and unprofessional, she even don't know how to behave and talk to customer, even though she is working in hospitality field.
One more thing, please don't pay for more than one day, if you pay, you will suffer like me. I gave Full payment in advance.

Very poor service and nil hospitality. Receptionist very rude and unethical. Booked room for three members but dint provide extra mattresses. Robbing the public. Don't book the room here

Large spaced room, friendly staffs. Well Cleanliness was given first priority. Rooms were cleaned every day. Every issues called were addressed in timely manner & resolution was given. Food was great Best days spent here. Must visit again.

I would like to give 0 to this hotel.worst ever unhygienic no sanitization facility the bathroom washroom are so so dirty.that well like vomiting. I booked this hotel from Oyo.and told them I want best Oyo township as they suggested it's very good.but I will tell people don't ever visit this place.after complaining the staff about the unhygienic things they are like this hotel is old so things will be like that only. We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Room was nice and clean. Every day it was cleaned as if a new room.

Worst stay. No pool/gym/buffe as per mentioned in websites. Bathroom is yuck. Bed sheets are torn. No hot water. Broken windows were not able to close in an ac room

This is one fraudulent hotel in Nampally. Though named a boutique hotel and a room rent of Rs. 2000 per day, the hotel is highly unhygienic and stinky. The toilets are not cleaned at all and the rooms had cobwebs inside. I had asked them to clean the toilets but then it did not happen. The closet and the bathroom tiles were stained and unclean. The linen were also not good. The corridors had a stink and was never clean. Also in order to get drinking water you need to come to the ground floor. The rooms are pathetic and the services they offer are really poor. Please do not get cheated by the name boutique hotel and the images that have been uploaded. I was lucky because I had stayed there alone and not without family. I would never recommend this place for a stay.

Had there been a provision for rating them zero stars then I would have done that.

They attract u buy giving huge discounts. It was a very bad experience of staying in this hotel. No hot water was provided. The taps in washroom was broken and not working. The water was also not passing in the washroom. There s no Wi-Fi connection also. Plz don't go to this hotel.

Today i went to this hotel for stay after one day of stay the door lock was jamed and hotel staff was begavring very bad they collected money form me 3000rupees dont belive next time

Very good place located just at assembly metro station.aarti ji is very friendly.alot of cockroaches in rooms if we don't make them do housekeeping day after day.remaining everything is OK.

Pathetic service at restaurant.
Food quality is good, but service is pathetic. It seems the restaurant has reduced the staff so you get nothing on time. For a simple meal it took more than 1.5 hrs and that too with lot of waiting time in between rotis. Many ACs are not working and fans are also not available inside restaurant. Otherwise car parking is available at basement. Two stars are only for food taste.

The room was dirty, the shower was disgusting, there was no toilet paper in the room and the hot water was only available at very limited times. I immediately went in search of somewhere better, booked a room elsewhere, then went back to collect my bags and check-out

Good budget hotel, rooms are of average size, are neat & clean. Breakfast served is average with only few options. Location of the hotel is best. It is just below the assembly metro station. Many attraction, shopping mall, lumbini park are near by.

Overall the stay was average to poor. We visited with family for four days. The service and and staff were pathetic. The front-desk staff didn't have any sense of customer service and always treated as if they were doing favors

The rooms were average. We had to change one of the rooms 3 times in 3 nights, due to electricity problem, A/c problem etc, some other problems, etc.

Add to that, two of our newly purchased shoes just vanished from the hotel. We informed both front desk (mallikarjun) and the hotel manager (mr.sadiq). No one showed any interest in addressing the issues. When asked for the CC TV footage, they cited system dysfunctional both in hotel lobby and 4th floor (the floor we were staying), ultimately, they never showed them

Definitely will not recommend this Hotel to any family visiting the city.

One of the worst hotels I ve ever been in my entire life. WORST 101%. The rule of the restaurant & the behaviour of the restaurant workers are the worst.apart from that, the manager and the working staffs were good gentlemen.thnx to them.

Courteous staff, cosy hotel, but lacks any view from windows. Closed like a box. Bathrooms need to be better with clean buckets and mugs. Also no toiletries were provided which is a surprise for this standard hotel. Restaurant food is really good especially for biryanis and kebabs

Room is clean and well maintained. Room service also good. But one thing which was disappointed that less TV channel they subscribed which was only Hindi.

Stayed here for two days. Front office Mallikarjun is very helpful. Restaurant is average. The in charge in restaurant Mr. Palash will quote all rules to tell why he won't help. No bed tea till 8 am. No newspaper. Good location. Only hand wash and body wash in bathrooms. Some rooms need cleaning. We had taken two rooms out of which one was good and the other needed cleaning. The rooms are quite small and not as shown in the website. Limited options in complimentary breakfast. Hot water only in the morning and evenings.
Generally average but would not stay there again.

Nice clean rooms and great hospitality by all the ground staff especially Manager Sadik as he helped us getting our kit bag repaired at the last moment.

Stayed here for 3nights, had really good time here, elevator is proper, staff is helpful, rooms are clean, comfortable, breakfast was also delicious, they will make you as many omlette you want, they will take care of your needs, good place for a comfortable stay

Everything is fine, except the bathroom needs a good renovation since it's become too old, otherwise the rooms are good.

This place is not much attractive from outside but the hotel is good, With budgeted cost this is the best available option in Nampally, Abids area.

Great location and efficient service.
Stayed 4 nights and didn't feel uncomfortable. The bed and AC all good. Hot water is solar powered so takes time to warm up. If at all that's my only grouse sice Hyd Is chilly in morning and evenings in Feb.
Located right next to the metro, it's super convenient. A nice restaurant downstairs with minimal but adequate items. Food was tasty and well presented. The morning breakfast buffet was ok, no complaints
All in all great value for money.

Very clean and comfortable room. Just the bare minimum of tea and coffee supplies in room. Friendly helpful staff. In house restaurant serves great food, loved the chicken biryani, also the buffet breakfast has a good selection of food choices.

Well maintained, clean and a classy stay which is well placed from the important sightseeing points of the city of Hyderabad and situated right in front of the Assembly Metro Station.
The ambience is clean, elevators are fully operational, restaurants are able to serve quality food.
The rooms are spacious, neat, television, air conditioning, toiletries are provided along with complimentary tea, coffee and water. The staff is friendly and cooperative.
The only con is that the room service is a bit slow to deliver your orders. Overall 4/5.

First day checkin no hot water. Rooms look too good in pics but are just basic.and bathroom is really bad. Complimentray breakfast was good

Hotel not up to the mark. Can't even call a hotel it is a total Desi lodge with dirty bathrooms and unclean rooms. Complimentary breakfast is just for namesake, never had such tasteless breakfast with very less options. Can't even give a single star so it is zero from me and my family who had been there.

It's a very good hotel with very good connectivity all over the place in hydrabad. All the roaming places is within 5-6 km once you stay here. You can also rent a bike and roam. They provide breakfast for free. Hot water comes timely.
