I personally recommend please do not book the rooms in this hotel totally waste breakfast is totally waste service is very very.

They won't provide wifi, hot water, TV to watch anything. Don't waste your money

Stayed there with my family for an overnight halt. Rooms are spacious but poorly maintainted. Flush nob was too hard to press that we need to apply full body force to get it pushed and again to stop it. Only hot water was coming into all the taps. Have to use other room's washroom to freshen up.
Very limited options for breakfast, only south Indian food (idli, set dosa and upma) and boiled eggs and bread toast were served with tea and coffee.
Overall it was not comfortable and not worth the price we paid.
Only good thing about the hotel is its location and parking.

Pathetic customer service, Vishal singh the RM does not have time to talk to the customer regarding inquiry and mentions "We are BUSY" - so be it, be busy looking for customers while other good RMs take away your share!

They said there would be complimentary breakfast and when I arrived way ahead before closing time there wasn't enough food, upon asking they said adjust with whatever you see. Have to be careful with elevator it doesn't recognize humans it close up on us. Rooms are okish

Worst hotel ever seen pls don’t visit this hotel totally waste of money they do not clean hotel daily they don’t give water bottles even when ask for water then they kept in room and food - low grade food no hygiene zero tolerance food quality. I just visited on march 2022 worst hotel ever guys don’t waste your money

Excellent hotel in the middle of the city, wide space and courteous staff. Tasty food, clean and following all COVID protocal

Rooms are nice. Affordable. Wifi issues. Location is attractive. Lot of shops and food joints in vicinity.

Rooms.are nice and Flor staff also helpful. Management team plz look maintenance the AC regular basis. Rest all of facilities are nice walking distance Paradise circle.

Service could have been better. Room was spacious and clean however looks like no attention was given for the washroom maintenance.

Not wow, their restaurant is overpriced. But breakfast spread was good and was included with my booking

Property is not at all maintained.lots of mosquitoes. AC was not functioning properly. AC remote was not functioning.lights inside room was not working.

Oh very nice palace anda neat and clean all rooms and Banquet Hall and all staff behave very nice and Restaurant very neat and clean enjoy for your family for dining

The staff don't know how to respect customer how to talk to them they show attitude its just wastage of money

The staff is not good they don't know how to behave with the customer. They don't have the value money the manager have lots of attitude problem.

I'm sure there are worse places to stay, but there are also nicer places to stay in Hyderabad. The room service including the food was good. The staff was friendly and helpful to us foreigners. The wi-fi and water worked, and the bed itself was fairly comfortable. However, the room lighting, and throughout the building, at night was dim making the stay a little dreary, and the linens were not clean enough for my comfort, by my western standards anyway. The place feels a bit cramped, with narrow halls, and is generally on the grungy side, probably mainly (like so many places in India) due to being an older place that just needs some attentive TLC and scrubbing. But the room was actually a comfortable size. The lobby area really is interesting inside, and has the potential to have a wonderful vintage-style presentation. All in all, they could possibly earn four stars from me someday if there was a lot of elbow grease put to good use.

It was horrible. The bathroom was stinking, flush was broken, no hot water, pillows were dirty, phone was not working. Even the only lift which was working it's down buttons were not working.

I got a room with no keys, and the staff comes and opens for me each time I go out and come.
The staff is rude
If you are traveling from abroad and coming please do not choose this hotel this will spoil your trip.

There was some water problem.food got 4 rating.room maintenance 4.and out of five there was given by me 3.5

The 3rd and 5th floor rooms are renovated and good.

But the 4th and 2nd floor rooms need renovation

Good and well appointed rooms with all amenities. Very good location. One can walk easily to the famous Paradise Biryani.
If want to park your vehicle overnight, it is recommended to use the parking lot behind the hotel, where the vehicle will be safe.

Food is excellent, receiving d customer is excellent, neatness, banquet hall is also good but mike and sound settings was poor.and everything is good and enjoyed alot

The hotel location is near by almost all places in secundrabad. Rooms are very small and congested, and the maintenance is not upto the mark, parking with valet parking facility is available. Tariff is bit on the higher side compared to the room and service quality. Food taste is ok

Rooms are too small and not maintain well. You get the stink of the poorly maintained AC. The complimentary breakfast and dinner had lots of options.

It's an average hotel with some basic amenities. Almost all d hotel need some renovation. Rooms are small, having old furniture, bathroom are clean but dull yellowish finish with decay of natural finish of tiles, taps, shower are leaking, toilet seat and besin are just too old, light is so poor and dull in room that u find hard to read anything. Lift, doors, sofa, chair are too old to fit in good hotel property. Just not recommend if u can find some other hotel. It has only few advantage staying here. Firstly my office was nearby just opposite to hotel. Famous paradise biriyani and paradise circle are walking distance. But believe me i went to paradise even its much of overrated and hyped. Yes u can stay in center of city this is d only advantage. Better i will search some other hotel next time. Big no from me to next time.

Went here for a lunch buffet along with my family. The buffet costs nearly ₹600 per head. The seating and the ambience are good. The food was no upto the mark because even though there were many food items only a handful of them were good. The main point is that they do not even offer barbecue unlike restaurants like 78 degrees east which offer BBQ at a lower price. The taste is the only thing to improve and they need to give customer more value for money.

Good place to conduct meetings, seminar, etc, food quality is worth, if you are looking in secunderabad zone this once could be tried.

Best place to stay, good food Hospitality is excellent, staff are very friendly. I like there Rooms and Bar.

A very good and economic place to stay in central city easily connect to office and shopping, entertainment

We went for a family get-together, at the banquet hall, the hall is enough to accommodate 100 people and is very nice

It's a nice experience and a cool place to visit in weekend with your gan. Which will chill out the week price is little bit high.
