Excellent service and the room were and very neat and clean very happy with service which they profile.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Manohar in Hyderabad, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I entered the lobby, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail.

One of the best affordable hotel in the locality. Rooms are very clean and service is very good. Good staff and food is tasty.

Rooms are decent. AC controls was not working.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The highlight of my stay was definitely the food - every meal was delicious, and the variety of options impressed me. I particularly enjoyed mutton biryani. The Manohar hotel has lost its charm.lt used to be one of my favourite place to stay. The place needs maintenance and rework. Food has also become average.
Hope this will be taken care of and hope to see manohar hotel reach its peak again.

The rooms are way too expensive yet awfully maintained. There were cockroaches in the room. The handshower wasn't working in the bathroom.

Hi guys, I realised it’s difficult to get a decent room in Hyderabad even at a budget of 3k.
Finally we saw this 5star hotel, the Manohar.

The check in process was very tedious. 12 o clock check in for direct bookings at 4k a room, and 2 PM check in for online booking from Agoda at 2.5k. We had to create a scene at the reception to get checked in.
The room boy advised us to create more scenes to get anything done here.

The food menu was a bit on the pricier side, and we also wanted to try the ‘authentic Hyderabadi Biriyani, hence we ordered lunch from Paradise. The hotel staff denied providing plates to have the food that we ordered. I had to go to the restaurant area and convince the guy in charge for 2 plates. If they had mentioned we cannot order from outside, we wouldn’t have ordered rather would have dined in at Paradise.

The washroom was okay okay, the flush refused to work, the hair dryer works on it’s convenience.

The AC was not working very well. We went out in the evening, returned by 11: 30 PM, we opened the door to a pool of water from the AC. The maintenance guy worked on it for 45 minutes, removed buckets full of water. We managed to get another room assigned in the meantime.

Overall, it was a hectic stay!

All types of stationary items are available. More number of books of competitive exams should be included.

I clicked on the chat button, asked for a book details. The person responded with the boo price and asked me to transfer on gpay. I transferred 300 rupeess. After that he started to give instructions to make a bill. Those instructions he was giving are to scan again enter 9999 at the place ofzl zero and click pay. Assures ke that that sont transfer. This is definitely fraud. Either the shopbusiness account is compromised or the shop itself is a fraud

Online purchase made seeing the promise of 7 day delivery. No delivery or response on chat, email, call.

Most preferred place for stationary items, academic and story books (for people of all age). The workers are amiable and assisting.

Mostly available all stationery items if not there any items they will order whatever we want with effectively

I had booked the room for one night, we were told the ac is centralised and will be maintaining 24deg but the room temp was so hot, and was sweating entire night. Complained about the ac to the reception so many times but nothing was done to resolve the problem. We were given 3 table fans later. No fridge was there, after asking for one they got the fridge, they had no cold water and many cockroaches. Next day after the manager arrived he called the chief electrician who came and repaired the ac right before checkout. Had a very bad experience.

Went for some official purpose but it was good but not totally satisfied with the ambience.not soo bad and not soo good

Our stay at The Manohar overall was a pleasant experience. The team was always listening and willing to accommodate our requests if and where possible.

The breakfast was simply delicious with a wide variety to choose from. Some food items were made on the spot when requested.

The room service/room cleaning staff were also very friendly & helpful at all times. A Big Thank you to the whole team especially Anthony, Vandana, Kailash, Omar, Netaji, Harish, Devika, Ansari, Malathi & All who served us. GREAT JOB ALL even during the pandemic! Our only one suggestion would be is to upgrade the rooms to a better standard.especially the bathrooms.

This hotel was near to the airport at some point of time and the administration was run by ITC. It was the peak for this hotel but now the airport is shifted to the outskirts and hence the condition of the hotel is also gone really down. They had to change their lobby to the other side but the worst part is the condition of rooms now. Rooms are in very bad shape, from floor to the toilet you can see the pathetic condition. Close to no room aminities and rust on toiletries was very disappointing. A very average experience overall.

Bad is the experience. Hotel lost is charming but that is ok. The people in front office and the housekeeping were doing their best to make us feel irritated.
When we tried to checkin, first thing is one of us forgot ID proof. We promised to give it at morning around 7 but they demanded to give it within an hour. (we went there at 4: 15 AM). I was forced to wake up my aged parents at that time.
The electric Kettle was not working. House keeping guy came in and the look in his face was so bad like why the hell did u complaint? He didnt even respond us properly and just kept a different working kettle and left.
They forced us that, outside food cant be taken to rooms. Who the hell are they to stop us from take food from outside? When i am staying in a room, i am allowed to take anything (in accordance with law) as i wish to my room. But these people stopped me.
Food was descent enough.
Just courteous employees would have changed our experience here.

The employees are very loyal He is Mr Ansari, when I was paying money excess notes given due to sticky, he returned the excess money, thanks to Mr Ansari.

Pathetic. One of the worst hotel i have ever stayed. No proper AC. How many times u complain nothing will happen. It is burning hot inside room.
Hot water will not come after 9am.
Not sure what the management does. Very poor management.

Ac was not cooling, inspite of repeated requests made to hotel staff. Breakfast was average. They were charging extra Rs 50/- for empty plates in serving in the room, which was very annoying. Bathroom water was also chocking.

Omg such rude staff, dirty bathrooms dusty rooms, no proper service at all.when you call the service in any urgent need they won't respond at all even after literally hours they respond.many times.worst.hotel everr.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT "THE MANOHAR". MR. MADHU FROM SALES TEAM & MS. VANDANA FROM FRONT OFFICE WERE VERY SUPPORTIVE.

Don't go! The hotel is dead and looks like a hospital or a hotel from one of those horror movies with eerie vibe

Stayed for a night at this hotel near Begumpet airport. Not at all worthful.it's very old hotel with not so good facilities. We have a booked a room with bath tub. But there isn't any while the website saying it's having it.

Very mediocre hotel. Expensive in comparison to the services. Old property. Management needs to invest in infrastructure

Ancient. Looks traditional and historical. But needs upgradation to beds and bathroom. Not comparable to modern comfort requisites

It's is a good place where we can purchase all the academic book and what is required is the information in case the stock is not received from the publisher as they have our mibile number.

The hotel at the end of its life. AC in the room was non functional and the windows are permanently shut. Very suffocating. The room has not been updated in decades. The switches are broken! The service guys are very courteous but they can't do much.avoid.

I guess it was 2017 jan, when we first went to this hotel which has all the amenities with good hospitality, since they have lost their license for alcohol, all the hospitality went worse. There will be no refrigerator in rooms and except the bed they provide and one dressing table, not even a single chair in the room, and the bathroom which is even worse leakage from all the taps. The people at the reception doesn't have manners they are shouting at customers like hell as if they paid for us. As a personal experience it took nearly 2 hrs for me to check in to the hotel. I do not recommend this hotel any more. When we asked to get a chair from the day we checked in till the check out they keep on saying that it will be done in a few minutes, the funny part is at the time of checkout we asked them for the chair, they still responded with the same line "It will be done in a few minutes". Pathetic hotel, better it gets shutted down.

Hated this hotel.

Property is centrally located, dated and requires proper upkeep at several areas. Room's and bathroom condition needs urgent renovation Food is good. But all this is marred by highly indifferent and unattentive staff. The whole staff including that of dining will give more of a feel of govrnment employee rather than from hospitality industry. They are least concerned about the guest's requirement or difficulties. Bell boy acts on his own whims and fancies. They wont even bring your luggage if they are not in the mood. Similar attitude is of the dining area, where you can easily notice employees having heated argument with the guests.
I think the indifferent and rude attitude of staffs are because of their low salary otherwise such behaviour is never seen in any Hotel.

Because of the above shortcomings, which i think is being deliberately being ignored by the management, Manohar has been deprived from becoming one of the best Hotel jn Hyderabad.
