Absolutely not recommended. Took deep tissue massage for wife and myself and they promise us to provide well service which is not as per the standard and Steam machine was not at all functioning for past one hour and had to wait for that. Beside that are asking to pay the full amount before the service.

Pathetic experience. Unhygienic. Looks like they didn’t clean the spa centre from long time. Therapist were not that great. Unrealistic expensive, which is not worth for their service.

It was the most delightful service with the right pressure applied. Worth the money spent and therapist-> Ruby is simply best at what she does.

Very very very costly service. More than 8k. Remaining we can close with in 3k. But service inside is too costly.

The level of mobility has improved tremendously, and my pain has lessened significantly. Excellent relaxation i had, and a great experience and relief from my body aches prefer the masuage Ruby for a great body relief.

Worst massage and as they said she's professional but seems like just had oil rub all over body and left without satisfaction of massage.

The massage was okayish. The staff were friendly, but they are more into extra services, and it's also expensive. Please don't go here for additional services. You will regret it. I went at night, and I was one of the last customers that day; and bathroom was so dirty that it would make me puke, the drain was clogged other people's hair was floating on the water. They should clean the washroom after every customer. And Pillow they gave given was also uncomfortable; it was like a brick. The ambience could have been better, and there were no fragmented candles or anything, there was nothing making it feel like a spa.

The staff was phenomenal! Everyone was extremely nice and Joy not only gave a great massage but she also spoke very good English, which was very nice!

Totally loved the services provided here. I would specially want to thank your staff for hospitality and kind gestures. Had an amazing experience thanks to her knowledgeable skills and great customer service.

I have taken body massage many times from the monk spa. The monk spa has expert therapists. I am suggesting for body message the monk spa is the best place.

Appreciate. It's very hard to find an authentic spa nowadays but I must say Monk Spa is doing great and super professional service. Experienced therapists and helpful staff. Nice ambience and extremely relaxing.

The massage was good.but no extra services are offered for only massage you can go for but other services it is waste of time

Very bad experience at this spa. Charged money upfront and didn’t even complete the service because they took more time. They have asked to pay more to finish the remaining service.
Steam-bath doesn’t work well, the door doesn’t fit well.
No proper towels were given.
After raising concerns, yet they didn’t even ask for a redo of the service.
If you’re planning to go to this place, don’t book after 8pm, as they’re in a rush to close. No proper service will be given.

I was first reluctant to take service since it was looking very premium but guys one should go for it. The massage I received was best in my life. I drove from Bangalore and was having aches all around my back and legs. The therapists are very senior ones and they relaxed stiffness in back and neck with ease. I thank the team and request you to market it more so that it can reach more needy like me and finally on my first point. It's not at all expensive but definitely is extra premium. With love
