I recently visited Moonshine Project, and it turned out to be a delightful experience. One interesting aspect of Moonshine Project is that they occasionally have a Telugu band playing live music. While I enjoyed the cultural touch, it might not be everyone's cup of tea. If you're not in the mood for Telugu tunes, I recommend giving them a quick call prior to your visit to ensure you won't be surprised. This way, you can tailor your experience to your preferences.
Killer ambience and great tasting food. The presentation of the food is really a Michelin level almost. As it happens with places with great food and ambience the prices are greater. Drinks are expensive.
Alert: this is going to be a long review. But worth your time reading it. Please don't choose this by looking at the menu you get when you search for this in Google. The menu they had in Google is no way near their original menu. Their menu prices are like hell. The place is too much crowded during weekends. They accommodate nearly 300 persons in a room having a capacity of 100. The food tasted very good. Service is a little slow considering the over crowd they accommodated. While paying the bill be careful. They are charging 5% service charge which shouldn't be charged as per latest government guidelines. Though they mention service charge as optional but still they add it in the final bill.
Event by mad parrot.their co-ordination was amazing the artists were MAD (vibefixx (sandeep), the songsmiths, peekay (pranati kanna), kraken.the atmosphere had an intense vibe
My husband was in love with the food there and I heard him talk about it. Finally, after a long wait, I got to visit the place to witness my friend's band "BAND MOKSHA" play and I got to have that nights best meal. The ambience was cozy, the food DELICIOUS and the service is great. I got to interact with a waitperson named Abhinav (Sorry if I mispelt the name or got confused) and he's one best at his job. Thanks for the beautiful experience ️️️
Best place to attend a gig. Cosy place, space for 100-150 people, terrace scenes as well. I attended Parvaaz and PCRC here, both of which were superb! Food and drinks are on the more expensive side, but overall not a bad place to be. The place has great music and great people!
I went here Kunal Kamra's fresh thoughts and it was cramped and the show started 35 minutes late. What's worse, the bar kept serving food and drinks even after the show started, with staff stepping over toes in an already cramped room (not their fault but rather the producer's).
A really really bad venue for Comedy that doesn't respect comics or the audience and isn't interested in cultivating rooms for comedy.
Edit: It's two years later. Went for a Daniel Fernandes show and they had a hidden 250 cover charge once you got there. I would pay 2K for a Danny Fernandes show, I would but 250 for drinks and food I don't want to eat and didn't know before hand I had to pay is annoying.
We went there for a show and they charged us extra 500, when asked why, they replied with "it's mandatory sir! " Kindly charge according to your service.
Very good place for live band music. Decent crowd. Good ambience. Can get overcrowded. But gives the ultimate vibe of a good party. Worth the time and money
A very unique experience with some seriously amazing food, the bills do hurt the pocket a bit though: p but seriously anyone who likes live music and some really good food should definitely give this place a try.
It's a small place slightly congested and over crowded. The food is ok, they have happy hours and very good music. They have schedule for the whole weeks performance by various artists displayed on the runner.
Business just for money went there for a paid comedy show even after paying for the tickets I had to pay a cover charge which forces you to spend unnecessary even at odd timings like 5pm.had aa bad experience and won't recommend this place to anyone if you are going for some specific event
Ambience was amaze Food needs to be worked on. The chef seems to love salt n doesn't shy from adding too much Do not order their prawns. Music n band choices are good
Was at Moonshine when Capricio was performing. Sound system is awesome, way better than HRC. It was a full house, however did not feel suffocated. Great crowd. Food @ roof top, not so great. Five stars is for the first floor where bands play!
The seating here is a little crowded. But I was amazed by the staff. Their reception. The designated zones. Usually they don't allow stags. But the bouncer outside was nice enough to let me in, because I was alone. I usually go here because my favourite Telugu band, capricio performs here very often. Highly recommended for a relaxed evening and good music. I consider it moderately expensive. But given the Ambience, it's totally worth it
I will give five for the_moonshine_project. Good management, everyday is spl day here, everyday new concert n concept.especially Wednesday is my favorite. I'd love to add more photos but security reasons. I would recommend this place for couples, family and batchlor party's
Moonshine is a decent enough place the ambience is pretty chic and the crowd which frequents is not too bad the only thing they should improve is the quality of the sound system as it keeps on cracking whenever someone is playing bass heavy tracks.
There was a live band here which was amazingly good, they sing so beautifully and the crowd was also great. But for table you need to book it in prior if not you have to stand for the whole night
Great place. Great music. Ambience is fantastic. There are two restaurants in the same place. The moonshine project and Log Sabha. Both places give good value for money spent. Theme restaurants with bar /live music on specific days. The music decor and posters will keep you occupied while you sip your beer and wait for your order to be served.
Great ambience and delicious food. Good music. The venue hosts local and international artists which is a good thing for music lovers. But the service could improve slightly and maybe made a bit more personal.
Easy to get into place, ample space and seating. Ambience is okayish. We had bottled beers (I wish they serve brewed beer someday) Live music by #capricio band was the highlight.
