Rooms were good and spacious. Reakfast spread was limited but good in taste. Only bad smell from the bathroom was bad. Worth the visit

Repeated calls to room service. Front office always busy, never answers the calls. Limited food options. No outside food is allowed.
Not a good experience.
Staff is not at all friendly.

It was a good stay and I'm a frequent stayer at this property the staff and the service is good. It's worth mentioning Mr Amrit Manager, Mr Venkat Front office and Mr sahoo at the reception. Good place to stay.

Worst washrooms in my experience, and reception doesn’t care for the complaints about it. We were there for 2 days but no one came to even check the washrooms. Rooms are adequate, not at all worth the price. Good menu for breakfast but it’s ₹400+GST per person. Claims to be smoke free, but all you can smell in corridors is cigarettes.

Syed engineer has helped a lot he is work good job and hotel is very nice and location beautiful thanks to syed he is solo

I visited on work purpose and had a comfortable stay at the hotel. Badl in the reception was very helpful and made sure my stay at the hotelwas comfortable

Good ambience and nice hotel breakfast is very nice and especially thanks to manjusha smiley face from the front desk she is taking care of the guest and she is asking about the problems that are facing in the room and we felt very happy with the service you all guys gave to me and thanks to all the front desk staff.

Service was good but they are charged if you order outside food.for plate also.room neet and clean.

I was there on corporate booking.
I would give it half star or even Zero.
This is exactly how facility looks like.
1) Stinky smells on floor.
2) wet carpets all the time
3) No laundry services their guy will on leave or machine is broken (survive almost weeks time).
4) Dark Lobby low lighting.
5) No regular cleaning though they are on occupancy of less than 10%.
6) Alternate days room serving Not make any sense if you not even oqqupied 10 Rooms.

Trust me on per days Rs. 2800/- you will get really good hotels in Hyderabad

Just awful rooms with mouldy smell. Dirty mouldy bathrooms. They need to open windows and let fresh air through with sunlight and good deep clean.

1) Booked in the month of May for 4 rooms. Refused to refund and as a last resort had to rebook 2 rooms to cover loses.
2) Rooms were stinking due to wet carpet and ware poorly maintained.
3) Adding to this, smelly lobby and understaffed hotel made the stay and unbearable for our guests.

We vacated the rooms within a few hours and the initial amount for the extra 2 rooms is yet to be refunded.

I strongly recommend against booking a room in this hotel. Would have rated it 0 stars if possible.

Very Bad services. Electricity trips many times. Electronic doors doesn't open. Charging for food plates etc. Lots of complaints. Lots of problems. Avoid Booking here.

Worst den i would rater call it. Avoid this stinky place. The management is worst. Just avoid this place I got this online for around 900/- but not worth even for that.

One of the worst hotels. Never ever try to book here. Don’t get tempted for low prices. The management doesn’t know how to behave with customers. You will regret for booking. Soon it will be closed down.

1. Lift was smelling because some Rate has died I guess.
2. Bathroom washbasin tab was having problem
3. For Unlock my room 207 he not given key every time I have to call and open the door it's pathetic to stay in that hotel
4. Study Lamp was not working then latter he changes
5. Dental kit was not given then after request morning they give.
6. Hair dryer was not working and sticky as well
7. Breakfast was worst than any other hotel given breakfast in room no choice it's really worst food ever I tested
8. Tea charges was Rs. 100 as a 5-star hotel charges, but service was not given as one-star hotel service also!
9. WiFi speed was below 1 Mbps. In the current scenario, even 3G speed is higher than The Peerless INN, Hydrabad Hotel WiFi

We went for team dinner.we were very happy looking at the food items.so much was their to eat.but only some items were good

It should be a 2 star and not 3 star hotel. Food prices are of 4 star hotel and the quality is 2 star.

I had dinner (veg) at this place. The food quality is very good.the hotel is on the road and very well connected. Ambience was good. Hotel was neat and tidy. Washrooms are maintained neat. Can take family for dinner.

Good and courteous Staff. But AC is not so good.if you are offered 5th Floor.pls don't take it, as the room is exposed to heat in roof.so AC is no effect.when I complained of AC issue.they provide me a pedestal Fan.one way we should appreciate that they tried to ensure customer comfort.but this cannot be a permanent solution.: - (

Worst room service.last 2 days, My room is not cleaned.after i call multiply time only, it is changing the water and cleaning the room

Awesome hotel. But I don't get a chance to stay for continues 2 days. Breakfast is awesome. Booking and registration is quite lengthy as they taking photo copy of our identity proof and making us to wait for little long time even if it midnight 2 o clock. Atleast change this practice. Overall ur service is good.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms were clean and all the provided facilities were useful and working. Even though we didn't get much chance to stay back, the few good things are, moderate but nice breakfast.very friendly and supportive staff.location is very near to IKEA.

We had buffet lunch & dinner. It was very delicious, veg & non-veg, very reasonable price, many items (starters, main meal, dessert). But i would only like to have a good dessert than many pastries, good they have fruit and green salad in the menu.they provide very hot rotis on request. They have good ambiance, and can accommodate big groups also.

Decent rooms. Free WiFi and complimentary buffet breakfast is included in the package. The best choice there is in that location at a budget.

If you want food with least commotion this is the place. Due to all the construction around not much rush here. Food can be a little spicy. But Ala Carte. Buffet and executive options available.

Not hygenic, Mosquito are there in room and Food is just ok. They will charge money for complementary. They don't know how to behave with customer.

Very good place for stay with family as well as you can get complimentary breakfast which is very good as well and charges are also reasonable so have a nice stay at peerless inn hotel.

Hopeless rude staff. Behave as if they have done a big favour by providing c grade accomodation. Please stray away. An actual lodge would be a better alternative.

Value for money. Went for a birthday function. Has a small banquet Hall in the reception area. Food was good. Reasonable prices.
