Good place for regular workout. Trainers are very professional and train as per our goals achievement. Early hours are less crowded. Equipments are in good condition. Need to improve in dusting.

Kishore -Trainner really challenges me and seems to know my capabilities or how much more I can be pushed more than I do. He’s very intuitive and easy to work with while still being challenging.
