Hotel is a business casual sorts of hotel in Secundrabad area. It’s probably the only hotel that is better maintained and cleaner. Must visit again

The location of the hotel was in the center of the city, but parking for only a few cars out front. The rooms were okay, but they required maintenance. The bathroom fitting has lot of hard water stains and was loose. There is a good restaurant below the hotel, tasty North indian delicacies available

Worst service. Worst staffs. Staffs are very arrogant. Useless. Don't believe from the previous reviews. Even oyo kind of hotels will give better service. Manager is not responding. And valet parking they don't know how to do. The vehicles are parked in the road. Drivers are not present when we need vehicle.in side the room heavy noice from the AC. I face sleepless night. It's really pathetic.i never face this kind of service in my life. The manager don't know how to behave with guest.

The average room price is in the range of Rs 3000/- per night. If you book it at the hotel then it’s Rs 3800/- per night.

The Purple Leaf Hotels is located just 3 km from Secunderabad Railway Station and features a 24-hour front desk and free parking on site.  

The hotel is located 12 km from the historic Charminar. The ancient Golkonda Fort is 20 km from the property. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is 33 km away.  

The hotel offers currency exchange, car rental and luggage storage facilities. Guests can take in views of the surrounding areas from the hotel’s terrace. The Purple Leaf Hotels also offers a tour desk. Meeting and banquet facilities are present as well.  

Each air-conditioned room features a seating area and is equipped with a safe, an electric kettle, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and minibar. The attached bathroom has free bath amenities.  

Saffron Mantra Restaurant serves Indian, Chinese and Continental fare. Room service options are also available.

We stayed here for 5 days. The rooms are nice, and the restaurant service was good. This hotel is near to railway station - 15 to 20 mins drive. We stayed as 3 adults and 1 child. We booked as 2 adults and 2 children, but hotel rule says adult is 10+ years and their online site says 1+ year is adult.we booked through cleartrip and their site says 11+years is adult. Amenities mentioned in cleartrip are not fully matching with hotel site. For example, hair dryer and slipper are not available as mentioned in cleartrip. During our stay the bathroom sink was leaking and when mentioned to the house keeping (Cleaning) person they told ok and its not repaired. Even though we are 4 persons (3+1) they gave only 3 towels and not 4, repeated request to housekeeping didn’t provide us with one more towel. So, if you're planning for trip with children take towel or you need to manage with the adult towel for children also. For the cost we paid its not that big of a room – no value for money. Other services and behavior of service persons are good including the restaurant service and personnel. The ice cream joint available there offer good variety and tasty ice cream. There are also other restaurants, chaats, hospitals, medical shops near the hotel in walk-able distance. They also keep your luggage if you’ve check-out early and need to go out and come. Complimentary breakfast is also good.

Surprised this was rated as a 3-star hotel as the staff literally did nothing right during our visit. The staff took a long time with our passports, then they asked us to go to the room first and they will bring up our passports in 15 minutes, we insisted we will wait as no one leave their passports with strangers! They were just flicking through the passports for a good 15 minutes, all they need was to do a photocopy of the pages! The room had a broken shower (literally a small stream of cold water coming out), and this wasn't fixed for two days. They kept saying it's fixed but we were standing there and it really wasn't fixed. Eventually after numerous phone calls and complaints they reluctantly said we could change rooms. Then they changed their mind and said we have to stay in the room with the broken shower, we actually made them change the room at the end. The other room seemed to have some mould issues but at least the shower worked. We didn't have anyone cleaning our room during our five days there, we had to get our own toilet paper and water - not sure why no one came in! There was no hairdryer and we asked for one (we had to ask four times), they said oh there is only one hairdryer and the room that took it had a do not disturb sign on it. Who has one hairdryer in a hotel! On one of the days we asked them to call a cab for us as we weren't too familiar with the area. They said after ten minutes it'll cost 700 rps, but the place we wanted to go was less than 5 miles away. We ended up getting a tuk tuk for 200 rps. We also had free breakfast included in our stay, but the staff insisted we have to pay 209 rps each so we ended up eating elsewhere. The rooms weren't very clean but I could put up with that, but honestly they did nothing right so I definitely won't be coming back to stay here.

The hotel staff was not much cooperative and AC cooling was a problem.
Apart from that it was in the city area and the room rent was with affordable pricing.

Located just near the fort in city (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The hotel owner Mr. Rohan is very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities from good rooms to desert safari and tent stay.
The rooftop cafeteria of hotel was great.wen i say food was great (i mean it:) Overall experience was awesome. I'll recommend dis hotel to every couple and families:). You wont regret, just be there:)

I first stayed here in 2016. Maybe the management has changed since then but this hotel can be described in one word now - horrid! Firstly, they asked me to pay for 4 days upfront. Fishy. Now I know why. And I don't remember getting a receipt. Second, they promised to send me the wifi password to my phone. It's been 4 days and I've checked out. Still waiting for the wifi password. Thirdly, no towels in the room. I had to beg them twice to send towels. Fourthly, no toilet paper. There was a scraggly bit left from the previous occupant. I call for tp and housekeeping brings me another scraggly bit taken from another room for sure. Disgusting! Fifthly, no shower soap either! Ask for it and I got some cheap soap! Sixthly and the worst of it all - the attitude! When I called reception about the WiFi and other issues, he was very rude. Bad attitude. I will never stay here again. And if you are sensible, you won't either!

Average hotel. Hospitality wasn't great. They couldn't arrange a blanket for the extra mattress we have ordered. Their excuse was that the rooms are full. Pretty lame
