Extremely unprofessional behaviour by Dr Ataullah despite of the knowledge of high BP recorded on my mother he prescribed drugs which aggravated her condition towards worst.very rude nursing staff. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

I would like to give an honest opinion about the care hospital malakpet, staff of the hospital is really helpful, great ambiance and doctor (Dr.shabnam raza) in particular is really professional.

Very unprofessional jab ratings chahiye inko tab msgs karte agar hospital k rules change hore tou inform nahi karte and fellows handling reception give the position to somebody else who can handle and have abilities for that place

It is my own exp:
1. Minimum 20 minute one has to wait to get OP slip at Reception.
2.when you go for doctor consultation, they go for OT in between any time.
3. High charges for medical tests.
4. Service ia not upto the mark.

Dietician explained about diet and they give diet sheet that help us a lot and in administrative service is so good they respond very well

Its better to deliver the baby on road than this worst hospital.staffs are the rudest except few. I had baby via c-section and there was this man (security guard probably) named MEHBOOB KHAN who rubbishly argued with me even in my one day post operative conditions. Trust me I spent quite reasonable amount of money only to be barred with lifelong mental trauma.

Mohammed ayaz was exceptional in his work at the front desk the way he explained all the procedures was immensible not only with us I observed Mohammad ayaz was handling other patients and their family members the way ayaz was convinncing them was incredibly appreciative as people get very emotional at the hospital ayaz calmly handled everything he is meant for such scenario and even the way he was explaining the queries and procedures to visitors was flawless he is like a gem to care hospital.

It was a wonderful experience.so cooperative staff.special thanks to sr.manager miss. Hajera she is so helpful and cooperative

Dr Murli Krishna became like family member with his well behaved and good mannered he is not only a good doctor he is a good human as well,

We are old patients of Dr. Athsullah and wish to continue with him. This is our second visit after the change in management with our mother a very elderly patient.
Dr. Athaullah was as usual very courteous and caring. However I like to bring to notice the hopeless conditions of the wheel chair with nail protruding from the arm rest of an wooden hand rest.
Another aspect is the charging of the diagnostic tests, all over senior citizens are given concessions, at some places even upto 15 percent, however at care it is not applicable.
We bring it to the notice of the management only for them to know that their claims of a well managed health institution are dented if small things are not taken into account.
Is it the location of the hospital that makes the management complacent.

I want to express my extreme gratitude for the care we received in you CARE hospital from the moment we went to get checked my uncle’s health only for night stay and observation we went to care then next day morning we got to know my uncle needs stent surgery we were planning to go Yashoda hospital because we were not aware of care doctors but the service which we received from every department was great I have never seen hospital staff like yours their is actually a caring nature of employee in care hospital and CARE is actually defining Ms Hajera madam me and each member of my family became a biggest fan of her caring nature because of her counselling and caring only we decided to get surgery done here and as she said everything will gonna fine and it happened I was very impressed with her attitude and I will definitely recommend my family and friends.

One of the best and state of art Hospital of the locality especially in old Hyderabad area. Construction is huge. Almost all type of facilities like intensive Care unit, neonatal ICU, ventilatory support, round the clock oxygen supply, modular operation theatre is available in this Hospital. Nursing Staffs as well as doctors are well qualified and quite experienced.

They don't know how to manage. No value for money. They give tough time to attendend by making him left and right.very poor planning. Not enough staff. This is fair review. Even though my patient got cured I am not happy how they manage.

Staff and support team were very supportive,
Doctors were easy to approach and gave each one of us time for consultations before vaccine.

This hospital has a lot of cleanliness, equipment, and a lots of hospital staff but the rates are more higher for a middle class people.the test (surgical profile test the hospital is charging 8400 whearas in other diagnostic center they are charging 1500 only as for stiches removal they are charging approximately 2000 for 5 stiches whereas I have got it done for only100 rupees.plz let the other people also to take medication in this hospital as they are also in this society
