THYROCARE NALLAGANDLA(Home Sample Collection Available)

It's my mistake to wrote some bad reviews against this lab (Thyrocare lab Nallagandla) and that Women (Nagalatha) previously. I apologise for my fake messages. Thank you.

Don't go here. Thyrocare is generally really good, across the country, but this branch is the WORST! They didn't do the tests I wanted, bad customer service, rude and clueless staff and the height of incompetence.

Worst experience. Poor sevice, Don't give samples to this lab. Waste of time waste of money. They didn't respond properly. They didn't give reports on time.

Highly Highly unprofessional. They don't come for sample collection on time, never pick up the calls, don't reply on WhatsApp. This is my 2nd bad experience - and it was even worse this time around.

The staff were Unprofessional, without masks, and no covid protocols were followed. The only thing they care about is money.

PLEASE DON'T GET YOUR BLOOD TEST AT THIS LAB. WORST SERVICE I HAVE GIVEN THE TEST FOR MY BLOOD TEST AND THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY REPORT, I LOSE MY CHARGES OF SIX THOUSAND RUPEES.
AS THEY WRITE EVERY THING ON A WHITE PAPER THERE IS A CHANCE OF MIXING OF BLOOD SAMPLE, NO TRANSPARANCY IN BILL AMOUNT, THEY DONT GIVE ANY RECEIPT ALSO FOR THE BILL YOU PAY.

I booked PCR test from thyrocare nallagandla. They send fake report of some other lab from Tirupathi. Stay away from thyrocare. They are scamming people. They take 1200 rs + additional home collection charges. Biggest scam. This diagnostic centre needs to close down.

Very bad experience they promised to come to take sample but no one came n also no one is answering call very poor service bad experience.

A horrific experience. They promise to give the reports soon but when it's time they'll stop taking your calls and keep avoiding you and will give the lamest of excuses. The best is they go for lunch from 1-5Pm with shutter down. That's a pretty big lunch in my opinion. Please avoid going to this lab for anything (except for lunch). Also the results are not accurate. Got the tests done from another lab and they were better (compared it to the third lab results).

Very poor service, they altered my reports. Pls don't go for this clinic. Waste persons.

The Worst ever Experience with this Branch, They take the sample and never send the Report. We should have enough patience to keep calling them.

The representative who comes and collects and the office staff will never pick up the calls.
