Time Square - The Landmark Hotel

It's not old time square. Very bad service in room. AC NOT working and their maintenance team is worst. Rooms are not cleaned. Toilet and shower are in worst condition. They stopped providing shaving kit.

One of the utter third class and worst hotel in Hyderabad. Worst smelling very old rooms with lots of bed bugs. No proper food service is available. They won't provide anything other than bed bug rooms. Utter waste food quality. No water and frequent power cut in the hotel. I recommend never ever book and stay in this hotel.

Located in main road near Clock Tower in Secunderabad, near to Railway station. Food is good. Parking facility is not good. 3 star amenities available.

We had to order a La carte and the service was very slow. The desert, caramel custard ice cream was very small in proportion.

I did early check in @ 8am morning, even though i had selected " early check in" after booking the room in the app, hotel denied that they have not received any communication from go ibibo, then contacted go ibibo, customer care executive did not help.i had to pay additional Rs. 1000 just four hours and paid 3000 for this hotel per night which is total 4000 is worthless I had felt.

TV was not working. Issue not resolved even after repeated complaint. Twice called for a cold drink bottle opener.

Awesome food is served by their restaurant Blue Background, price is good n taste is always best. My all time favourite

Centrally located at Secunderabad. Spacious room. Prompt service Staffs are cordial and serves decent food.

Horrible room they provided me charged Rs. 2500/- +, The AC is not at all working, Given complaint to the reception 1 hour after check in, When I came back from works I found that the condition of the room is remaining same-Now there is a development, AC is gone in error stage - I asked them for a fan and the great hotel peoples immediately provided me pedestal fan- Not recommending to stay here, any local hotel is better than this Hotel.

A more than decent hotel located nearby the Secunderabad railway station. The rooms are well maintained, staff is courteous and friendly and they actually make you feel at home. Charges for a room/night starts from Rs2500 onwards.

Good Hotel. Value for money. The TV however did not have any pay channels and only FTA channels were available. Big rooms; possibly an old property but kept well.

Found its function hall wash room facility locked. After couple of follow ups, understood one of its staff locked it from inside, apparently he wanted to use it entirely for himself.

To my wonder, the same repeated after about 90 mins.

It was a decent hotel, but bit old. Bathroom fittings conditions are not good as expected. Food taste need to improve. For overnight stay, it will be one of the option.

Good place for a business trip. Located at the center of the city. The room we're good enough for the budget. They have to improve the breakfast.

It's a good place. The staff here is very courteous and well groomed. Near to all the places like Metro station, Railway Station and other prominent shopping malls.

I have stayed in this hotel recently (Dec 2018). The rooms (at least in the 2nd floor) are highly accident prone.
When one enters the room after, after about 4 feet there are two steps to the room floor. The room floor is about 3 feet below the door level. Added to this the lighting in the room is very dim.
When you enter into the room, its hard to notice the floor level and will walk normally and will fall down. Same thing happened to me, I fell down on the floor. Thank God indeed, I was not hurt, but there is a high chance of one getting fractured.
I am surprised and aghast at this room, its highly unsafe. Don’t know how City Planning authorities gave approval for this.
I have informed the hotel staff about this dangerous feature in the rooms. But I am sure it will be ignored, as most of us in India give safety a least importance.
I sincerely urge all to please avoid this hotel, unless the hotel reads this, make the hotel safe and mention same here.

We celebrated my brother's engagement ceremony in the banquet hall
Pros: Prime Location, Expensive but affordable, Nice Hall and Lift Available. Service was good.

Cons: Food was okay but not tasty as we expected. Hotel has its own vendor for venue decoration and must choose from the options they provide, Also they are expensive compared to outside.

All in all its a good place to celebrate.

The rooms were good enough. The service was a little slow.the extra beds need to be upgraded.but I have to mention the honesty and sincerity of Mr. PREM who is the front desk assistant.we were chatting for a while in the lobby before we left the hotel.when we left, one us had forgotten a phone on the table there.we realised that the phone was lost only when MR. PREM called us and informed that there is a phone left out on the table. Then we headed back to the hotel and picked it up. I Would give MR. PREM a 5 STAR RATING for his honesty and service.i think people like MR. PREM should be encouraged, so that they keep on doing this good work.

The hotel is a major landmark in the secuenderabad. It has friendly and professional staff. The service, cleanliness and food is highly appreciable. The hotel is very near to the Secunderabad Railway station.

Good staying experience.maintenance more can be improve. Very nice and clean room.but food is not up to the mark
