Tip and toe the nail club -Hyderabad

It’s the first time I post a bad review somewhere but both the experiences I had were very bad. First time here I went to do nails and I ended up paying three times the price stated in the website because “they had to use another material”. I also had to give up on the simple flower design I wanted because the artist couldn’t do it. Second time I went to do lash lifting and I waited for more than one hour even though I had an appointment scheduled. I ended up giving up because they don’t even offer tint for the lift lashing service. Left quite frustrated both times.

Had a very good experience at tipand toe. Special thanks to sunil for giving such a relaxing foot massage and ambance was very good

I am doing my nails for the 1st time and it was an awesome experience, Kanika was doing my nails n explained very well. I had many questions which she answered with patience. I recommend her service n if I go for next time I prefer doing my nails with her.

My first ever experience with gel nails and it was quite a comfortable experience with skilled trained technicians. Would recommend this place everytime with out a doubt

I had a very relaxing pedicure and manicure I was having severe pain in my legs and the staff guy named sunil, given a very relaxing message to my legs he was very patient and thanks to kanika too for my manicure and they helped me a lot in selecting the shades for gel polish as we girls have many choices thanks again @tipandtoe

I have been here & trust me the worst nail service ever. The staff are so rude & aren’t professional, one with the terrible staff & poor experience.

My nails were not filed properly, the nails were not trimmed to uniform size. Got hurt on 3 to 4 fingers while filing, she applied glue on my fingers as well which is not removable and not neat at all.

Worst experience, I would never recommend.

Yeah! Good place for your Nail needs, Employees show their Concern in bringing out the Best for Customers, I got my Pedicure done here, n Foot massage was really Excellent, coz my Heel Pain has gone with the wind. I Opine that it's Bit Expensive though.

Got my nails done here at tip and toe Hyderabad.totally loved the work of unicorn nails for hands and glitter nail polish for legs. Awesome!? They have wide range of colors and shades and many options to choose.was truly amazing!

This has become my all time nail bar now. After a quiet good trials in other places I felt this is a pleasant one.
Appointment- Is quick and comfortable
Staff- Good hospitality (Thank you Ratna for always seeing our comfort)
Hygiene- Well maintained (Thanks to the ground staff who clear the area immediately after a session is done and taking care of our needs)
Work- Gratitude for their patience (Thank you Maya for great acrylics)
Price- Worth for the pay and better than other places.
No regrets guys.

This is the best place for Nail Extensions the girl who attended us her name was Grace she was too good at her work.n really did it well I would really suggest this place if u r thinking of going for Nail Extensions.

It was such a pleasure to be able to get my nails done here. Grace has been so much patient and calm throughout the process. Grace, I just love the dedication you showed and you also did the nail art just in one go. So much of precision and accuracy, I am just so happy and relieved to have found this place in Hyderabad.
Also not to forget the hospitality and care shown by the other staff members is just wow!
Highly recommended to anyone and everyone who wants to pamper themselves, tip and toe is your best friend!

The experience at Delhi was so good and equally worse at Hyd. We booked slots for two and they didnt have enough ppl to give service. The gel nail polish started chipping within 5days.

Neat place and follows covid safety measures. I was happy with the service but the only thing was when I asked to buff my nails carefully as I have sensitive cuticle skin, the lady doing my nails ignored my request and continued to do it roughly. But overall I liked my nails.

The service is not the same every time. It depends on who is doing it on the day. My nails were not filed properly, the nails were not trimmed to uniform size. The cuticles were not pushed back properly leaving the nail polish application not very neat at all. Liked it in the previous visit but very disappointed this time.

Had an open afternoon during my trip to Hyderabad (from the USA) so I decided to call around for a mani/ pedicure. This was one of two places that really took time to speak with me over the phone and answered my questions. Other places were rude and impatient. Tip and Toe was also the most reasonably priced of all the places I called within a 3 mile radius.

The place was clean and comfortable, and all staff were very attentive and kind. I had a basic manicure and pedicure done, with gel polish. Thomas did both and was superb. He took great care with my nails, hands and feet, and the whole process was very relaxing. He also listened to me and addressed my requests and questions throughout, despite the language difference.

I am giving 4 stars only because I think the gel pricing is higher than it should be, if someone is already doing a manicure/pedicure which includes basic nail polish. The additional price of using gel instead of regular polish was almost equal to the price of the entire manicure. Apart from that, the experience was excellent. I would recommend.

I have been here twice & trust me the worst nail service ever. The staff are so rude & aren’t professional. I have asked to do a butterfly art & she couldn’t do it instead she is asked me to change my mind though it’s easy. I again asked for rhinestone art though the box is in front the staff said she won’t do it. Once my friend ask for manicure tips & without her permission they did worst art u could ever find & charged 1500. I been to top notch salon in hyd these one is seem to terrible with the staff & poor experience. I would never recommend. Either they need to hire who has knowledge else they can shut down this business. I feel sorry for this lame services of salon.

Excellent service by Tip n Toe! I am a regular visitor and always had the best nails. Pedi and mani services are impeccable. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Bad personal experience at this nail salon. The manicurist was real nice n good at her work thus the one star for her sake but the way my appointment was handled and the customer service provided was very disappointing. Asking a new customer with pre booked appointment to wait 10-15 mins then extended to over an hour and telling them the service they had booked for wasn’t available on a saturday evening near new years week and they can leave or get a much expensive service done instead speaks volumes about their priorities. A explanation of the system being centralized is a weak excuse. Updating or checking your website is not clients job. M sure they are good at what they do but if this is the norm here i am not really sure what more to say. If they don’t value your business what can you do. Goodluck

This salon is one of the best I’ve been to. First off, they are taking Covid serious. They have a good plan in place and they enforce it. They were very professional and took their time to make sure they gave me great service.

I just got an amazing manicure and pedicure done from this nail club. Thanks to them I have been getting good compliments about my matte nails. Honestly, I’ve never been to this salon before and that had made me want to come back again. It’s so clean and people are so nice, worth the price I must say! I was greeted by pretty much every manicurist and the best part is they gave me plenty of time to pick out a color. They also have a great collection pretty much every color was on the shelf.

The pedicure was GREAT, very relaxing Grace took great care of me! This is by far the most relaxing pedicure I have had.

Worst experience ever.done gel nail polish and extension. I went there seeing their reviews.but came out with disappointment.no experienced staff.they don’t know how to shape your nails and apply nail polish.
