Since 25 minutes I'm waiting to see watch at 1st floor no staff came to attend me
I asked helper yadgiri to call someone 3 times.
Worst service I waste my time
All staff busy in chit chat at ground floor
Very disappoint.
I'm purchasing since 4 years.more then 8 to 9 watch
But today very disappoint with staff.

Pathetic service from titan watches. They are just selling low quality watches and not even helpful with service.

At the time of order they will check your prescription with opthmalogist and explain lens selection in detail, they have multi brand display of vast collection of frames ranging between 1000 to 30000/- and more. You will definitely appreciate the services given by them to the price they charge

Very good experience… got replaced my glasses which was broken. Gopi @ titan eye+ Banjara hill sales executive was very helpful.went way beyond his limitations and had helped in replacing my shades

Mr Anjayenelu is an excellent salesman. Right from Greeting and assisting in selecting of lens and then checking of eye power.

Had to make a quick stop just to get a few sunglasses fixed, which I'd not even bought at the store. However, the staff was quick to help us out & fixed it within 10-15 minutes, as promised. They offered their services free of charge too. Appreciate the help extended by Anjaneyulu in particular, who attended to us. Finally, the store was being kept clean with all COVID guidelines being followed, which was a relief.

Since 2012, I am receiving the services of this place. The staff are really very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable regarding their product and the requirement of the customer. TItan Eye Plus Bajara hills store staff are excellent in service. But the Titan brand frames are very less collection poor maintenance frames collection.totally disappointing. Range is very less we need to compromise

Good service. As soon as I billed my purchase I got an sms for a coupon. When I tried to redeem it I was told I couldn’t by the staff, since my purchase did not reach the minimum value required (even though there was no minimum value mentioned in the coupon) but the cashier gentleman worked it out for me without any questions. All in all, good, long lasting quality glasses and frames and great service.
