Visited the branch on an urgent basis as my semi-rimless frame broke during car drive. The staff was courteous, service was done free of cost and the service was to my satisfaction.

My experience with Titan Eyeplus showroom, Punjagutta has been quite good. Wide range of products but most importantly they are customer friendly and very professional. Mr Ahmad has is quite helpful in suggesting the right frame and lenses. Thanks for swift lense fixing and delivering the product.

I have recently been to this Titan eyeplus store, The best one in the city, They gave my prescription glasses within one hour. Viqar Ahmed is the man who took care of everything, He provided an impeccable service and hospitality, It was raining and my phone was dead as well, Viqar provided me with a charger and he made sure I was comfortable enough and he guided me through everything. Best service ever. Also don’t forget to check out their exclusive collection of sunglasses. My favorite one is Maui Jim.

I had ordered a pair of progressive glasses after getting a thorough eye check up done at titan eye plus Somajiguda nd since it was very far from my place I requested for home delivery
When I received the glasses, the lenses had some stains n marks on it so when I called them up, they were extremely courteous nd asked me to visit the store
On visiting the store they checked the glasses nd realised that the lenses had some manufacturing defect, so immediately they placed an order for a new set nd within 2-3 days they fixed the problem
I m grateful to the Somajiguda branch staff for being so helpful, professional nd doing the needful without asking any questions…. Keep up the good work nd continue adding satisfied costumers to the brand

2nd time I’ve visited here & Sachin was honest + friendly he took my complete care including Check-up, next he explained me about Glasses quality features & which Frame would be ideal on my face + Look, so my overall experience was Fantastic 5?

I bought frame and got lenses fitted at Titan eye expecting sturdy and robust frames built for longevity.
To my misfortune, the screw in the frame hinge broke and got stuck in its facets. Due busy schedule incessant rains i couldn't bring my specs in earlier. However, today hoping for a quick repair, i brought the specs to this showroom to get looked at. They said frame is out of warranty. But they can attempt to get screw fragment stuck in the facet.
I don't know what their SOPs are but they just used brute force to push the screw fragment out in th process bending the facet and not getting the job done. The salesman handed my frame back to me saying they can't do it. I said did you tried using any lubricant, which is obviously the first thing anyone would think when try to remove stuck screw. He flatly refused saying we dont have lubricant or oil.
They will call you and send you multiple messages to give them feedback when you buy something from them but when it is real time to have some feedback there is no one to listen

Edit (27/07/2022) - Titan graciously replaced the entire frame. I was expecting only a repair so it left me pleasantly surprised! This proves that they care for their customers.

The store is very good and collection is superb, must visit this store and mr Sachin was quite well in performing tests

Excellent service. My spects were bent. They were repaired instantly by technicians (Ahmed). Time taken was around 4 to 5minutes.
