Harsh True Review: I had haircut and Beard shape today with one of the guys Pradeep. Though it was expensive, like ₹1330 for haircut plus beard, I thought of giving it a shot. This is my first visit.

1. Hair cut was fine, nothing special, a decent one.

2. Beard cut was such a way that, one side of moustache he trimmed it entirely, and the second side he left. I insisted on balancing and the final output went from worse to bad. He couldn’t even realise that the beard cut was totally out of shape. M posting the final result pic here (pics are not showing proper picture). All my friends could literally see it when I came out, how could he not see that? The other areas such as top layer of moustache and bottom of beard still are not balanced. Got to know after I came home when my friends told.

3. Right from beginning till the end, even though I was saying I am not interested in any facial or detan, he continued to try convincing me to have any facial or DeTan or Cleanup. Till the end!

Should have focused more the service of haircut and beard shaping rather than trying to sell!

Felt like I paid more to get my hair ruined!
P. S. I am clean shaving my beard and moustache now, no other choice.

Got haircut done by a senior stylist, as no one else was available at the time. Very poor haircut. He unevenly cut the hair, and looks shapeless. For the money they charged, it’s very poor. Even roadside salons do better job. I have been at multiple Toni&Guy locations, but this was the worst experience

Happy with haircut done by Srinath. Few months back, I got hair highlights done by Amit. Amit examined my hair texture and suggested hair colour suitable for me. Always happy with service provided and hospitality. Overall lovely experience.

Too costly for the kind of service provided. I took a normal hair spa.not the protein treatment and it costed me 3k including taxes. I felt it was overpriced for the kind of service they provide. Not recommended, look out for other options, I am sure they will do the same job at a much lesser price!

Booked a senior stylist to do my haircut which had decent results. But the place says they only wash the hair once with the shampoo if we ask for a hair wash after the cut then they only wash with water. Came across this only at Gachibowli Tony and guy. I always go to Tony and guy for my haircut no other place had this rule. So overall 3.5.

This has to be the worst branch. Customer service is super low. I called and booked an appointment, they said the pricing inclusive of taxes, so i brought money accordingly. After i went there, they increased by 500 ruppees and said oops. Only my travel fees and time got wasted.

I got Keratin treatment by the amazing hairstylist Amit. He is very professional and I am totally satisfied with his work. Highly recommend this place

I have done my hair coloring nd some beauty services from Toni & Guy. They have done an excellent work. Happy with their hospitality towards clients. Staff are good in knowledge about products. Worth to visit the Salon again.

It's a pathetic experience and I donno where to start and where to stop.

I took an appointment on call for hair services by a female hair dresser.

The moment I step in we see a clad in casual wear sitting on reception and they all get up n walkin when they see a customer and to my shock I realised it's all the salon staff. And I wait for a female dresser for hair wash and the girl at reception shows a small girl and tells me she is a junior on trying she shall do your hairvwash and blow dry another shocker indeed. I upfrontly denied giving my hair to a junior and post 10 mints someone walkins in and I throughly enquired of she can do the hairwash and blow dry to which she responded, yes the normal blow dry not the curls n all, another shocker bcos I don't understand what is normal or abnormal blowdry.

Now before we step in to actually Starr the services I enquired bcos of the poor ambience and poor responses if they have Loreal shampoo and conditioner as that is the only product that suits my hair and the lady responded politely that yes " we have loreal shampoo and conditioner. The hair wash started and bcos I could see in mirror the open bottles that they were sliding and poring the shampoo and all open bottles where they put hand to pull the product out I insisted on seeing the conditioner they use and another shocker they had a Wella nd product that too hairspa. Now when I said spa doesn't she calls someone anna big brother and that guy bluntly reads the wella and says it's Loreal and when I pull that clumsy open box and tells him it's wella he starts to argue that Loreal is nothing in front of wella! Like really? ! Hair it makes it very ruff and when I insisted on not going ahead with it the lady brings in De Fabulous and insists to go with that. What the he'll is wrong with brands I don't understand. Just to cut the cost they appointment anyone and everyone. No one here has any dress. The maid is cleaning the cover of chair with broom and is not having a uniform. It's a mere feeling of coming to a dirty clumsy salon in a bad street infact a local salon. Just spending on furniture doesn't make anyone brand.

Pathetic ambience, Pathetic staff, Pathetic coordination, the staff doesn't even kno people are more intrested in arguments with customer.
Poor customer service. As a. Dr ill make sure people I kno and I donno know about the kind of experience i have had here. They wasted my timr without any remose.what brands they have.

Tony n Guys is just a fancy name it's just an old city roadside salon dirty, clumsy and pathetic.

I got kerafusion treatment by professional “Madhu garu” and his service was amazing, also he shared me tips to maintain long lasting 100% recommended

I had worst haircut done by Madhu sudhan today. First of all he asked me a pic for reference and after seeing ND me reminding him lot of times tht I need shoulder length. He cut it very short and was so adamant and confident tht he was doing it right. Once he realised tht he screwed up, started to apologise. Whts the point of apologising. He gave a short Bob cut to me. He was so adamant tht he was suggesting me after all this that hair will grow in two to three weeks and it will look good. Never ever I'm gonna set my foot in Tony and guy.

Have been visiting Toni & Guy at Vinayak nagar and had the best hairstyling experience with Amit (Hair Style Director). He patiently listened to my expectations and suggested amazing changes that enhances the overall look.

I went to the Gachibowli branch for a haircut and had a blissful experience. They gave helpful suggestions on hairstyle that'd work for me and how to maintain it. It's a bit on the expensive side but the experience was worth it.

Iam very much happy to give this feedback first time i visited this salon they are taking very good precautions at salon level. When customers visited salon they are taking temperature, foot disinfect and using disposable cutting sheets and Towels giving very good respond to customer and service was good I totally loved it

Worst experience.they made me wait for twenty minutes even after being right on time for my appointment. I had been here for hair spa with a coupon from nearbuy app. She was just reckless and didn't evenly distribute the product. Just applied with a brush and massaged a bit. Abd cleansed it worst!

Clean, easily searchable and convinient place. Had a simple hair cut and the person was very responsive. Relatively a bit expensive. But if you don't have a budget problem, you can trust them. Make sure to book your appointment before going. Or else, you might have to wait for long hours.

Worst place, rude and untrained staff, they keep on insisting to go for packages with high prices and if you go through little app then they are not even concerned to provide you good service, I mean they are defaming the brand image of Toni&Guy.
