The trainer Khaleel sir and Yousuf sir are well experienced. When ever they see me doing some exercise in wrong posture, they make sure I get it right.

The receptionist is polite and handles all office and administrative tasks with grace and professionalism.

Total Fitness is a great gym with a wide range of classes and activities. I love the spinning class and what's great is that there is no usage of supplements here. People here are nice and there's plenty of equipment usually. There are different workout classes that you can use whether you're just beginning or training hard. It's a great place to workout. I would recommend to anyone looking for a gym that has a wide range of machines and class offerings.

Best gym in the city which allow members to get most benefit by introducing new fitness and training programs by senior Coach and mentor Yousuf Saab. I'm working in abroad and every time I visit Total fitness finds with new upgrade equipments. Wonderful enclosed environment for women. The management is really knowledgeable and reasonable. Trainer is also encouraging and motivational. For men too, the concerned authorities are very polite and knowledgeable. Timing for.men and women are different. It was a wonderful experience.
