Very rude behaviour from the staff. The kitchen staff were not taking any orders from us, and on the top of that the place itself is too expensive but not worth the price paid for it. Regret visiting this place….

Hi All,

We took a basic room (2 rooms) 4 ppl +1 pet (who is 3 months old lab). First day at the initial check in the staff was not trained meaning any question we ask he said I am new joinee will call the manager that was also fine understandable but again you are running a resort and every staff member got to be trained before hitting the job

Note we stayed in for a 2 day period

Next day morning (i.e on Sunday Morning breakfast time we are allowed with our pet who was inside the crate to have the breakfast with only 1 couple extra who were guests having breakfast) along side with us the staff did not mind we getting the pet all went good and day went off and the next day i.e today Monday morning when we went in for breakfast again they did not allow us because there is a pet now my question is when you guys follow a rule it should be used from day 1.the staff manager said the staff did not know not to allow pets in breakfast area>> that is called un professionalism and the manager kept on saying keep the pet outside and can have breakfast

In the end we moved out of the area and had breakfast food in Gulmohur restaurant and completed our breakfast

my only question is when you say it is a pet friendly resort you should keep a sign board in areas where there is no pets allowed.and the staff did not inform anything of the rules in the resorts which is ethical

I would not recommend this resort as staff is not trained well to handle situations and no rules explained from the beginning

funny part is at the time of check out they apologized for the inconvenience a BIG NO to this resort from next time

Smaller than a farm house, waste of time, if you only want room, get a Oyo.games are expensive than golf in the city. 1 lap 400 rupees.

Had my company connect here. Amazing experience, good food served for buffet lunch and breakfast. Nice conference hall and clean pool. Njoyed.

Tried to go for dinner but they always have a occasion going on and it gets pre booked. So check before going there.

I had booked a room for the dates 7th, 8th and 9th October '21 i.e. For 2 nights. I had to cancel it because of some emergency. I requested them to initiate a refund but they have charged me 50% for cancellation (INR 6500)

Lot of short coming with security and staff. Totally messed up with what's to do what not to do. Starting from parking to activities.

Terrible place. It's dirty, smelly and filled with drunkards around you who are yelling.

Food taste is just average. Price is High. Worst menu. They won't serve drinking water. We have to buy 500ml Aquafina water costs 30rs. Which is unacceptable at all

Batch of HSC 1969 had their two day reunion at this location. We were surprised by the rich green and hospitality par excellent. I only wish we had spent one more to connect with friend from 50 yrs past. I ideal place for reunions and extended family get togethers. Ajay Reddy

Worst service ever! Don’t make your happy holidays go in vain. They treat you like hell. They haven’t had given any refund to us, All they are doing is looting people with no service.

The place is good but lacks service. They will make you starve toy to death for drinking water. It’s better you carry your own water. Restaurant starters are good but the main course is not worthy. Costly but not worth it. A lot of
Improvement can be done in breakfast. A lot can be done but lacks supervision. Housekeeping is never available. Stayed for 2 nights and will not visit again for sure. Avoid this as you have plenty of better options in Hyderabad.

You will feel like a perfect destination wedding. Rooms are very spacious with five star standards, with all Greenery and landscape around.

One of the best hotel I visited with my kid n husband. From the check in process Mr. Vishal who helped us thoroughly to settle down conviently after that Kids arena n adventure zone which made my kid day for what we are looking after.perfect marriage anniversary tour.made my tour memorable.especially Mr. Nagraj n Mr. Chinay both are handling this hotel with their full effort n hospitality of whole staff (especially Mr. Akil) is awesome. The towers are awesome and the podium created is very good, 2 floor parking, open spaces and all gives u a goosebumps

A nice resort. Has 50 rooms. An Olympic size swimming pool. Convention Centre. Restaurants.
Distance from the city is an issue.

Great ambience. They have retained the old trees in their lawns and it adds to the beauty of the space

So my experience was rather of a mixed view. I shall write the pros and cons as follows.
Firstly, the guy who was our point of contact was sales and the person we met was F&B manager.
One should reconnect and see Internally what the customers requirements are, talking upfront on customers face, we don't know anything proves rather dubious.
Secondly being F&B manager he gave us the tour of the grounds and venue but he never once asked for water/refreshment of any kind. We having done a miles long journey to come finalise the venue.

On the day of the event, the group came and we were to stay.

Plus points: their landscaping & design is very good. Every now and then the secret ponds are the best thing to find.
Value for money: I found it was there but rather some improvements would really upscale the place.
Food spread: they have a good food selection and spread for both vegetarian & non vegetarians.

Minus points: F&B manager being the face of customer hospitality, should be more courteous and less snobby, you never know who you feel is a poor customer might bring in some huge business next time if he's impressed.

Loads of flies, I don't know about the season we went or what but even inside the session rooms the big convention halls we had to suffer from loads of flies, loads and loads of them.

Better try to clean the carpets, or use fly catcher mechanisms. Even in the food spread there are loads of flies.

The lawns that they have should have better grass trimming facility.

And one more annoying thing is the loaders or the crates that they use for transporting stuff from here and there, that disturbs the whole set up inside when you're having your sessions/functions or anything else. Better oil the wheels or use it on grass rather than hard tiles.

Third is try keeping the different groups separate, when we were there there was a drunk fight scene which disturbed our group and an elderly group of guys having their quite reunion.

Next is, the food cooked by the staff is rather not that delicious, and three people got bad stomach.

Also, when trying to bag bigger contracts don't cause inconvenience for your guests already there.

Lastly when talking about payments and other stuff make sure you mention in mail or otherwise strictly specifying which will be direct payment upfront and which can be done later on.

Wow wow wow experience for two days, superb and delicious food, active and supportive staffs at trance greenfields, very amibious place, rooms are okay since less ventilation,

Great place for Marriage but need to improve their decorations, there is nothing any decorative things provided by this Mandir workers, please charge more but do this things first

Far from city and play grounds are very small. Depth of the Swimming pool is very low. Rest of the things are fine. Auditorium is not good in terms sound managing. Every thing played in music system gets overlap and no so clear to audience.

Amazing place to relax.
U can have good fun with family and friends.

This is the worst place to be in if you are planning a team outing. It is expensive and there are no minimum requirements. The staff is not responsive at all. They crib about every petty thing, even though there is nothing to lose.

We had an all day package and the staff wanted us out of cricket ground even though there is nobody waiting for it.
We had to plead to use the ground for half an hour.

A truly great place and a resort. The aesthetics and quality of infrastructure is fabulous and so was good.

It's a good resort to spend time with friends, but there are not much games and fun activities. Pool and rain dance we can enjoy. But don't expect much. Games they have go-carting, cricket n others which costs more. Still a good place.

Good place to stop by on your way, even a good place to spend time with friends. Resort is huge, they have swimming pool and few small activities. Liked food though services are slow but that is manageable as sitting is very good with lot of greenery all around. Parking is not a problem at all. Cards are accepted as well.

Was a wow weekend. Had a good time. Service was good and prefer to go in a group to enjoy activities over there. Worth Visiting

It's a beautiful resorts situated in the outskirts of Hyderabad. Rooms, activities and food is very good

Very serene resort with lots of activities. The food quality is good and they have good sporting activities available. The place is bang on the main road probably 7-8 kms from moinabad town. Neat and clean toilets and is run by the ex Taj vivanta Vice President. So quality of Taj is emulated and is run very professionally

Today only I checked out and I will tell the reason why I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 at the end.
We booked 3 rooms for 3 families for 1 day. Below are the reasons for giving bad feedback to this resort: -
1. The 2 rooms they gave didn't have intercom working (this is the basic need of anyone in hotel to avail their services)
2. They agreed to change the rooms in the evening after we scolded them but the new rooms were not good and looked like store rooms so we didn't shift (stayed for 1 full day without intercom, imagine!)
3. In my room, ac remote was not working, TV remote was not working
4. The other 2 rooms bathroom were not clean. Had to get it cleaned when checked in
5. Now comes the best part, IN ROOM DINING! I ordered phirni and they told they will get it in 15-20 mins. I waited for 30 mins and called them again. Then, they told phirni is not there. No courtesy to even inform the customer that what they ordered is not available
6. I again called in evening and placed order for snacks. It didn't come in 15 mins but took 1 HR 15 mins to reach our room with half order! Didn't get the other 2 items which we ordered.
7. The day when we were checking out, the only room where intercom was working stopped working. 8. At the reception for settling down the bill, when we gave card, guess what. Their card machine was not working. Ggrrrrrr.
Now, the reason why I gave one extra star is later, they assigned one good service boy called Biju who later made sure that we get our dinner on time. Also, they made our dinner complimentary after all the mess up done by their resort.
Final tip which we gave them while leaving was they should close their resort for 3 months and fix infra issues so that customers don't face all this.
My recommendation - don't ever go to this place. Waste of money!

Resort is great, although the services could've been better. Staff is exactly equipped to handle issues.

Hello sir we from moinabad we want to know how much does entry fee and we want know how much does money to keep to visit u r resort

Room phones not working (we took 3 rooms), WiFi not working, frequent power disruption, delayed generator backup, rooms not in proper condition, sheets not clean, bathrooms not clean, no valet help. Concierge desk has no clue where breakfast is served, no clue what time is it being served. Doors don't autolock, sofa cum bed is sagging. Utter waste of money, time and weekend. Please avoid. Cockroaches on breakfast plates. Rowdy elements drinking liquor in common areas without any care for the rules, leering at ladies. Overall a ghetto experience at the price of royalty. Please Please Please avoid!
