After 2hrs of shopping at this place with family and my self went to sit near the shoe side while my husband went for trail room one of ur employee Mr Suresh removed the bench and kept aside we insisted but still arguing with us in a rude mannaer we have small children kindly look into the matter

It was good. Boys collection is not up to d mark.same trousers n tracks. The quality of tracks is very poor. My view is not to buy.

Unbelievably slow staff, half the billing machines don't work, they close most counters at 8.30, instead of 9.30, they don't know how to be courteous to customers, and the arrangement is always a mess.

Edit: There's absolutely no attempt to try to fix the problems here. Billing is unbelievably slow. Half the items don't have tags. Please get your store in order. Staff are REALLY bad.

Trends is very grand collection of dresses and accessories and other necessary items very beautiful dresses and prices very cheap. The service of employees very prompt polite.

Staff are not addressing the customers concerns and billing staff are out numbered though they have billing machines in place

One of the best places to shop, good range of brands and mostly are Reliance own brands, good quality clothing

Worst experience ever. We chose the stuff we wanted in 20 minutes but stood in que to pay the bill for 30 minutes. The person on billing counter was very very slow, extremely rude and was treating the customers like beggars. I lost the patience and asked for store manager, come to know store manager was unavailable. That was enough for me. Gave back all the clothes worth more then 7k and came out of the store.

Pathetic service. No A/c and no man power. I had chose 1 dress and just stood in Queue for more than 20 minutes and at the counter the staff said the dress is not available in their system. Why did they even keep the product on display/sale when there is a technical issue with the product? Wasted my time and others time as well. There are only 2 people on the billing counter and are very slow.

The offers are designed in a way that the customer should always visit their outlet again and again. And always discount coupons are for a short period and for next purchase.

Very disorganized store, not a great collection for such a big store. Really disappointed!

Guys these PPL are smartly fooling by advertising as upto 50% discount but actually you need to buy for a minimum set amount and you will be surprised once to go inside.

Besides this the cloth quality of netplay tshirts is very poor now compared to previous years.

Time to switch and do some research before to spend.

The collection at times is fantastic but at times is very limited too. The staff is polite and the showroom is spread on a large area. Easy to notice from the traffic and has ample parking space in the cellar. Iam satisfied with it.

Well reliance trends of Mehdipatnam is cool they have lot of varieties in graphic or character tees as well as in normal tees also. Although I haven't tried ethnic section

The maintenance was good. However the billing was a bad experience. At around 8pm there was only one billing counter open and even that person was busy billing clothes of internal employees and keeping the customers waiting for over 15min. When questioned, they had a blunt answer saying, tea break hence no one at counter.

Good clothing store with affordable prices but doesn't have much collection in kids section. Pretty decent collection for men and women with he new trends. This store is just next to NMDC bus stop. Commute shouldn't be a problem to this place and parking space available at cellar.

The store is located on Masab Tank- Mehdipatnam road. It has ample parking lot. The store is spaceous and merchandise is well displayed. The only negative observation is the billing counters are in a cramped space.

A shop with well customised and differently tailored dresses for all ages are available.
The rates are bit high to the common man.

The timings of the shop preferably the closing hours are to be extended so that it can attract more customers.

The return / exchange system of the dress material should also be bit flexible and more smooth manner.
