Poor and pathetic inventory management. Untrained unprofessional department heads and store manager too. It's 5th time that they create issue at the time of billing saying, system not recognising the offer, you have to pay full. Offer boards are wrongly placed, kind of unacceptable reasons. We spend on an average of 1.5 hrs for shopping and at the end while checking out, they play their tricks saying offer not applicable on few items, you have to pay full. And most of reliance reliable customers buy it, because they spent so much of time in selection. If this is how reliance want to make business, it's not worth. Staff should know what is customer service and how to treat customers. Saying sorry won't help. In short staff need lot of training, it's not just folding the clothes and keeping them back on shelves. Seriously disappointed with the billing system and offer system. Never again.
Online vouchers are a big mess to redeem. Making fool to customer by giving those vouchers and forcing the customer to come and buy. Quality of clothes is not good colour is getting faded out.
