Trident Hotel Hyderabad

The hotel is great, the staff are friendly. My only negative was that the Executive Lounge is only open in the evening. So if you want to sit and have a tea in the afternoon and work a bit, it is not an option. I wish I had time to try their spa services.

When I shifted from Kolkata to Hyderabad, along with my family Chowman was one thing which I missed very much. So happy to see they are now here as well. Chinese being one of my favourite cuisines, chowman always was special for me. They not only offer a huge range of menu options, but the quality and the quality of the food is also very good. The good part is along with nonveg they have very good options in veg as well. Looking forward to visiting the place in the near future and continue to enjoy the amazing Chinese cuisines Chowman offers.

Visited the place on a business trip and had a mind blowing experience with the staff and the infrastructure. They have everything from pool to gym to you name it! We got complementary breakfast which is the most amazing one I've had in a long time.

As always.clean and hygienic rooms. Excellent service. But only thing that upset me. I wanted to check out on 7th whereas my booking was until 8th.but hotel reception is not accomodative enough to change the date and refund my 1 day amount.everything is good but one wrong thing makes overall experience a little upsetting.

Staff are always on alert and ready to help. Room service is done even if the occupants are not there, and the housekeeping staff take care to fold and arrange things you left strewn around very aesthetically. There is a password locked safe in the closet to store jewels and other valuables as well.

Took a suite room. Very comfortable, great service. Courteous staff. Buffett breakfast spread was good. Not too overwhelming. Fresh juices can be prepared on the buffet itself with the centrifugal juicer provided. Did not have time to utilise their spa, but heard it's great. Located in a very serene and calm surroundings.

I just Love The Receptionist are so cooperative to foreigners and aren’t racist. I Will always recommend it for all foreigners that wish staying in a cool hotel without any disturbance. This is the best hotel I have ever come cross since have been in hydrabad.

Good ambience. Tasty food and courteous staff. The hotel is on the main road and easy to locate.

Stayed from 26/12 to 29/12/2021. Good rooms, great service & great food. Didn't use the other facilities such as swimming pool / gym - but overall a great place to stay at.

Excellent place to stay. Beautiful property with elegant room and bath interiors. Very helpful staff. Great food. Chef personally takes care of the food experience especially Mr Chetan.

Truly a 5 star experience. Mainly to call out are the staff and their customer service. You will be pampered and make you feel comfortable to the best. Food was good and entire experience was worth the visit. Go for it.

I had Buffet in Amara Restaurant.
Sunday specials and more than usual types arranged as Alcoholic and Non Alchoholic.
Loved the wide range of varied cuisines.
Will be served to your table once you choose the item specifically.
Friendly staff and Thanks to Steward Samiran.
Automated doors based on motion detection sensors.
Convention hall is also huge.
Spotted some foreigners.
Nice hospitality.
Interiors are lit on every step, chandeliers and water waves too.
Tariffs range about Rs. 7K + Taxes per night for double occupancy.
Bookings can be made online or even can do the direct check in at the Hotel Concierge.

Stayed in Early September’21 in a Premier Room with Half Board package for 2 nights.

PROs-
The hotel is best suited for business travellers considering its location and amenities. Check in was smooth and quick. Room was spacious with a breathtaking view of the city. Breakfast and dinner buffet options were varied and delicious.

CONs-
COVID-19 safety protocols are used as a checklist exercise without actual implementation. Staff wears mask and offers masks & gloves in dining area. However, they do not care about even basic hygiene.
Reception and restaurant was filled with people without masks, one even COUGHED into the FOOD on counter. When we complained, we were offered to have our food in room. Instead of asking people to wear masks or removing the food that has been coughed upon, they took the unhygienic, lazy route of asking us to move to our room.

Having stayed in other Trident properties pre-COVID, we expected a great experience and got this lousy one.

It was homely and all hotel people are highly coperative, especially Dheeraj and Deepak have taken more care about us.

Trident may look just like any other 5 star hotel when you check in but the whole customer service experience and willingness to please the guests is beyond expectations.

There spa is one of a kind, must try Priscilla. She is amazing.

Chef chetan is wonderful to say the least. He was very welcoming and understood our requirements and cooked exactly the way we wanted.

Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Wonderful place, excellent people.

Front desk staff behaviour is very rude and not welcoming behaviour.they took lot of time for check in process which is really pathetic, they were behave like insane.

Being a frequent traveler, experience of Trident impressed me a lot. Flawless service (all four major departments). Excellent interior and room arrangements. Morning breakfast cannot get any better. They simply takes care of every element to provide top noche guest experience. View from the Cigar Lounge is absolutely soothing. Proper parcel pick up area for all external delivery vendors. List is long. If in Hyderabad, don't think much just check in and enjoy your stay.

Post our bad stay with ITC Kakatiya, we deiced to stayed at Trident-Hyd for the remaining two nights. We had booked the executive suite room. First impression when we entered the lobby was the helpful reception staff, they made us feel comfortable and the lobby was extremely clean and well maintained.

Our room was massive and ideal for a family of four. It had an excellent view and again the room was disinfected and met all the standards. We had welcome treats in the room and the gesture thrilled my daughter. We were travelling with my toddler son and one of the best part about the stay was the care they took to ensure he had everything he needed

The breakfast spread was wonderful and tasted very good and so was the lunch and dinner spread. The highlight of the stay was the main Chef Chetan Jagdale, he spent time getting to know us and even cooked my wife's favourite meal just as a surprise. All that we needed for our son, including food for when we travelling back was arranged. We had a wonderful birthday dinner with cake at the Amara restaurant. Sincere gratitude to Chetan and his staff.

Even the housekeeping staff was very courteous and engaged in friendly conversation and checked for comfort at all times.

Overall, a fantastic experience with customer service at the centre of it.

I have booked a room for 4th september to celebrate my husband's birthday and called the hotel to request them to help me planning surprise for my husband but unfortunately they are saying no to almost everything

One of the best 5 Star hotels in town, Amara has a great spread for brunch with excellent staff not forgetting to mention Tanajit who catered to our need and Chetan was very kind to have a quick chat enquiring if the food was good and upto the mark, a lovely variety cuisine I must say. Been here about 3-4 times but I'm always surprised with how consistently they maintain their quality and hospitality. Well done staff you make customers feel welcome

This is a heartfelt review of the amazing hospitality provided by Trident Hyderabad! To beat the boredom of work from home we opted for a daycation deal from MMT. So starting from the Valet to the check out they ascertained that we are taken care well, I had to rush and forgot a valuable of mine in my room and they made a hassle free experience of the reclaim process really admired by the integrity of these folks! Speaking about the Daycation deal this is one of the star properties listed on MMT which provides best deal that includes longer stay With buffet which is worth every penny! Kudos Trident Hyderabad, I’m gonna be a recurring customer:)

Our Stay at Trident was very comfortable. The staff over there was very humble and supportive. Food at Amara was very healthy & tasty, specially hospitality from chef chetan is worth mentioning. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to hyderabad!

The place has very good interiors. The staff is very Coorporative. I reduced 1 star just coz of food. The food is good but not that delicious. But otherwise a great choice especially for corporate meetings.

We had used Ballroom for our company event, it was planned very well, parking was sufficient. (500) people approximately and food and drinks, no complaints

Food was worse than a normal hotel. These 5 star chefs really need to learn how to make biryani. Ambiance on the other hand is good
