Service is okay. Not exceptional not too bad either. Lot of room for improvement. Hairdresser doesn't seem to have much experience or attention to what customers expect in terms good haircut. More attention is given to ease of cutting the hair with machines or getting the job done quickly and ignoring final touch-ups if hair lengths looks off or weird. Even hair drying isn't done completely well, left it damp. 999/- combo still has to be worked to make it worth it. Cost wise it seems fine but not service wise. Hoping to get better service next time.
