I had a great experience at TirmX. I appreciate the way "Shahnayaz" treated me. The customer service was excellent. The hair styling here is top-notch.

Budget friendly and simple saloon for who are looking for simple hair cut. In case if you want to give more top notch services then look for some other saloon.

Worst services. The experienced employee gets fired and inexperienced are hired. All over trimx is getting worst in uppal

Their service has gone down exponentially after people like Rahman left. Had a haircut now and the new guy was in a mad rush to finish the haircut. Looks like he was not trained to do the job. At one point of time, he was using the trimmer so fast that it created rashes near my ears. I had to ask him to slow down. Pls put trained professionals for this job. Anyways this will be my last visit here. Will shift to naturals or green trends.

I had a very good experience with trimx mainly i got good hair cut from SHOYAB i came all the way from Gachibowli for this good experience and ambience

Staff at this salon is very good and well behaved that's why I like, good skilled barbers and lot of options, little bit pricey but this salon has become my go to salon since last 6 months, i would really recommend it to others

Had the worst experience with this branch. Very inexperienced staff and no care at all while doing their job. I went for beard shaping and they ruined my beard stating you have less hair it is difficult to get the shape. I have been several saloon over the years and this is definitely the worst. If I wanted to hear those excuses i would have gone to a cheap saloon rather than spending rs140 for just beard shaping.

Worst service by uppal Annapurna nagar branch. There are very few professionals. They always say that "thada time lagega" " cleaning chal raha hai". My advice to you is that better to take stylist name wise review.

The charges for a simple beard trimming is 140rs which is very expensive and poor service, I wish it was less expensive but the haircut is 200rs which is ok I guess considering their quality and service.

Coming to face clean ups and facials they are overpriced and they not even provide the service properly. I think either they should reduce cost or else use good product and provide service better for that cost.

It took a long while for me to find a right Hairstylist after my guy at Jawed Habib left to hometown during this pandemic. That's Savej. He is the guy who you can rely on and take a nap as you don't have to give him repeated instructions. By then he know your stle! Now he is moved to a different branch where I can't commute and I'm forced to try a new salon

Ambiance is good, staff need to be more professional. They know only basic styles that doesn’t suit for younger ppl.

One of the Wrost Place for Hair Cut. I requested them to cut a little bit of my hair but they have cut my hair and left a little bit. They don't understand what customers requirements are. Definitely not a recommended place for Hair Cut.

Their services and interactions are so good. Savej is an men hair stylist expert, taken god care my hair customizedly.

Hair cut is Rs. 200 but head massage just massage for head is Rs. 300 even though the massage they did is not good i was shocked for the bill they gave me hair cut and head massage is Rs. 500 massage they did is only for head Rs. 300 only hair cut is suggested here dont go for massage

Good service by Pravej. He is very good to talk customer. This is the best saloon in Uppal area. Parvej is the guy who has done the haircut and I find him very talented. Saloon is also very clean and neat and they take all the precautions to maintain the hygiene.

Staff here is polite and humble, especially SAVEJ he is so polite and he is good at work. Overall experience is satisfactory.

They have very limited number of staff every time you visit no matter which day or time they always say waiting time 1 hour.

Affordable and perfect styling by Javed loved it. Will recommend for all my friends must visit! Thanks and keep it up!

Good service perfect haircut but you need to tell coustomers about combo offers you are providing as I paid much later got cl from saloon manager ms archana she spoke to me and suggested me to take any complimentry service for there mistake done so I took membership as complimentary other than that boys and service is good and i definitely recommend to try out this saloon for better hair cut

Hi actually the salon was new to this area so i visited for haircut.they charged me for haircut 140 bugs fine with it reasonable price and head massage they charged me 350 bugs but there was nothing special in head massage.just they applied oil on head and done massage there were no vibrater, no equipment and no hair wash.i was really disappointed after leaving salon.
