Previously they told you about the package and asked you if you can avail any of them and the pending will be carried forward but never told you about the terms and conditions.

Before starting service the hair dresser told me that my previous pending service will be considered and i can avail the service without any charges. But as soon as service is over, they ask for full payment.

Very very disappointing. The roadside salons are far better than this. They do charge the feasible amount without any fake promises.

Not recommended.

I won't recommend anyone to go to this salon.

Charges they are charging are higher as compared to services. Ambience is not that great for charging such amount.

Unprofessional worker, haircut not done properly, just go for normal hair cut, don't expect stylish, outside normal salon is better than this.

The world pethatic services by trimx. They will promise you service but never deliver that promise. I went there for hair cut and shaving first they convence you for package which will cost you 900 and then they will do nothing. I recommend local babrer shop but not this.
The amount of hair cut iis 250 and trim is 160 which is not bad but service is pethatic. The boys who does the service is trained however the manager does not have common sens. Do not opt for any service from trimx.

Giving four stars only for the hair stylist who is doing a great job. Had to wait 35-40 mins while the manager said it shouldn't take more than 15 mins. Could do with being honest about the time as it would set clear expectations. Have been visiting this salon for the past 4-5 months and have never seen the same staff continue for more than a month. Constant changes in hair stylists and managers just shows poor man management. Also the staff is constantly pushing to get other services/hair spa/beard trim etc etc while i had clearly mentioned what I wanted and refused once politely. They are obviously under huge pressure to sell more. But the management needs to find a better way than asking the staff to push/sell so aggressively.

Had a good experience and the staff (Rajkumar and the hair styler Subhan) were good person and good service.

Very bad service. The hair stylist and the reception manager are busy on their phone and do not care about the customers.

Hair cut was Decent and price also looks decent and Subhan did my hair cut
