The staff was really helpful. I was handled by Mr Monish he did a wonderful job. He did what he was instructed to. I really loved the staff. They were all very cheerful and calming. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Best makeover I ever had. Rizwan, hair stylist took very good time and detailing was so great. Anil took care of facial clean-up and it was great too. Moreover, the prices are economical, totally value for money.

Only 1 person will be available to do the job and you have to wait forever to get your haircut done. Hope you can utilise other chair instead of keeping us waiting.

Not received good service initially, but manager had taken fast action and agreed to give compensation and assured to give next service to go perfect.

Hair technicians are really great. This is my 6th hair cut here. Since 3months hot water is not available here for hair wash after hair cut. Even after giving feedback twice to the store manager the issue is not resolved.

Living in pbel since 9 months i was regular to other salons but today i thought let me have a change so i choosed the trimX pbel as i am the resident of the same place. There is guy namly ARIF he is well enough to give me a beautiful haircut and also he made my beard it was an amazing and different experience! I love the behaviour and the professionalism of him also the time he took was worth! Thank you once again also i recommend people atleast go once and give a try and see the results!

Excellent service done by shoaib ali. I have been to many salons but this guy is different with great detailing. Try going once u will get used to his service. Over all amazing service and happy with Trim x.

Just had the worst experience at this place. I explained exactly how I wanted to get my hair cut and beard done but the guy who did it clearly didn't listen. Instead of getting upset at the moment and worrying he'll make it worse I had sit through it. Once everything was done he left my hair looking in worst state and asked him to style and he didn't know anything and was looking puzzled to how to do that.

Clearly there's no experienced people here, can't listen to simple directions and at the end can't even give an itemised bill with services I've taken. I speak telugu and English and they only speak Hindi which didn't help. They gave a membership card to which is of no use I wouldn't come back or recommend others so there's nothing I can do with it. I told him I was unhappy with all the services and told him to reduce the price which he didn't so had to put the full amount of 2800rs.

This was the biggest regret coming to this place. Next time try and listen to what the customer needs. It's not that hard.
