Tulasi Hospitals ECIL

I got admitted to Tulasi Hospitals for treatment of kidney stones. It was an emergency and this was the nearest hospital. The doctors kept me waiting for the operation, giving flimsy reasons even though it was an emergency. This was probably to extend my stay there. Dr. Gautam Reddy operated on me, and he was quite good.
The ambience and the general maintenance of the hospital is pathetic. They don't have toilets on every floor. The existing ones are terrible and stinky. In fact I had to move from floor to floor for a toilet. The rooms are shabby, and the equipment used is outdated. In fact, their BP monitoring machines dont work half the time. What surprised me was that they dont have a foot stool near the bed in the OP Theater. It's a basic requirement. The nurses there have zero regard for patients. The patients seem to be guinea pigs for the student nurses.
The billing staff are not properly trained and don't give you detailed bills even if you ask for it. The only person helpful there was one Mr. Ahmed. He sorted out my insurance claim papers.
In short, I don't think I would go there again or recommend the hospital to somebody else.

I don't see less rating than 1. One of the worst hospital in ECIL. They will charge more than initial estimation. Rooms and bathroom are very dirty and they charged 5000 per day. Please don't choose this hospital.

Best hospital for the treatment I admitted three times and 50% better in payments (cash) than remaining big hospitals in hyderabad.

The worst nursing experience I ever had. First thing the doctors were good and their treatment was good but the nursing, staff and maintenance is worst. They have very poor knowledge in nursing and they don’t even bother the pain of a patient especially ratnakar nurse boy/ward boy I don't know his cadre. He has taken ECG with carelessness, and if any patient have heartbeat abnormal also that machine will show normal reading only. They took their job for granted. I hope they improve on all these things…

Uneducated and irresponsible staff in tulsi hospital
In ICU room they speak rudely with everyone
And doctors supports this Uneducated staff.
At night shifts, All the staff members sleep in ICU rooms, Instated of looking at patients time to time.
By 5 o'clock in the evening no one will be available at reception
No proper response

One of my friend got admitted and treated well.
But what i have observed over the there is no co - Ordination between the PRE and Doctors. Please correct that small issue other wise over all good experience.

Place is neat and clean.good maintenance by the staff.
Nurse's are cooperative and friendly.
Large space in the waiting hall.
Entrance main gate is closed.another gate which is backside of hospital is being used now.

Worst hospital, nurses and insurance persons are rude, doctors are good but hospital is not hygiene, old equipments, worst maintenance, better look for other hospital, and even charges are more.my best advice don't join in this hospital

One of the good hospital in guntur. Dr. Uma sankar sir is a fentastic doctor. Nursing care and management is appreciatable for their service. I felt like my family hospital. Can refer this hospital to any patient to this hospitalwith 100% confidence. General manager is handsome.

Dr. Sasikala is one of the best gynaecologist i came across. She is highly professional and treats her patients with love and care

The best words I would say about this hospital is, if u r ready to spend time with ur family members even in case of emergency, they provide u a room with high cost and less facilities where nobody will disturb the patient and their attender, and if u get admitted in the weekends in this hospital please don't ask what will happen, I pray to God that everybody stay healthy and safe. Only star I have given for the nursing staff and maintanance people.

Hello, am deepthi from Nallapadu, Guntur I went to Tulasi Multi Speciality Hospital with fever and cold issue I can say here doctors are good experienced and highly qualified to find out the problem and give quick solution for the same. I was very weak while admiting here but there treatme made me more energetic. Iam completely satisfied with prices too. I suggest everybody to select this place if they have any kind of health issue. THANK YOU SO MUCH EVERY ONE THERE.

Pathetic service. Needless to say hospitals mint money while pandemic effects humanity.but totally unprofessional and arrogance at it's helm

Very very worst hospital. Anyone willing to die can join this hospital, my Uncle joined with covid positive but he his well fit with no BP, Sugar, Thyroid. They gave Anastysia with no reason for 5days and killed but making 6lakhs bill and made us to sign on blank paper.waste doctors and staff

Come Join in this hospital only to waste money.worst treatment, irresponsible Doctor's and supporting staff. Most untidy room's. See the dust.here the doctor himself accepted.it wil be dusty. The Nursing Staff Destroyed the Table fans which we get from homes.

Don't get into this hospital only billing, no info only ICU direct after sqezing to hey are sending Covid patient without prior info about treatment or status.

One of the best hospital which I ever seen. All the services were good. Maintaining covid precautions. Front office and covid vaccination departments were very good. Doing only respected investigations not a money hospital. I prefer this hospital for better safety of patients. Bcoz this is a life saving hospital.

Good hospital with good staff. Nice environment. All the nursing staff are very nice persons. Doctors explaining clearly about the patient condition. I refer to this hospital for all of my relatives and friends. Very caring people. Happy with the service.

Very happy with the service and satisfied. Medical tests done. 2d echo done and the technician was very good and experienced and showed how my heart was by showing the monitor. Satisfied with the hospital staff and especially with OT Staff. Really they gave me a moral support and I was tensed when entering to OT but the staff made me so comfortable. Till discharge they visited me and enquired about my condition. Really it's a surprise. I really happy with all the staff. Thank a lot and a good luck.

Very Neat and Clean hospital and friendly people working, good response from everyone and Only one thing, arrange fans for patient relatives in sleeping time, people suffering with lot of mosquitoes in night time.

It’s worst hospital ever. We went in emergency during night hours. General physician advised for CT scan. After checking reports he said nothing to get worried. Its a mild head ake. At that time she was not able to talk properly. And he said she will be fine.we came out of hospital. As my mother was not normal. We took her to other hospital.unfortunately she had brain stroke and had clot in brain.

Today i got my mother covid vaccination, but am unhappy towards the post vaccination waiting area provided for the patient's as there is no fan facility and inspite of reminding the nurse and also Mr Venkat in the there was a cold response

Best hospital in this surrounding area with affordable prices. Happy with nursing staff in ICU and OPD very caring of patients. Thank u Tulasi Hospital for everything.

Careless management.
Single Latrine for 10 patients.
No proper Washroom and latrine for patient attender.
Sulabh complex is better neat and clean.
These private hospitals charge's huge amount and they cant provide facilities for patients.
I will suggest don't go to this hospital.

Recently i have joined Dengue Fever and dont join this hospital wrost hospital in ECIL very commercial hospital but Nurses are very good compare to doctors.

Lab people not doing properly they are saying result orally although they missed the sample we got the doubt all the test results done correct or not

Waste Hospital, No emergency doctors available at night times. I felt like Medical students attending the emergency cases. I lost my Mother because of this Hospital carelessness.

LEECHERS is the apt name for Tulasi hospital ecil Hyderabad. I have admitted my father due to Food Poisoning and shockingly hospital has treated for 6 days in ICU and the bill amount is 135000 with deteriorating condition. Again had to admit him to other hospital.

Tulasi hospital doctors are experienced and Nursing staff are cooperative. Rooms are well maintained overall it's a good hospital.

Staff is note good. They know only how to delay the patient report. They feel very only for one X ray report I have to call 20 time report is so far they don't give response properly. There is no responsible person in the hospital

The ICU nurse and Doctors are less cooperative and the nurses even slap and miss behaved when there is no one with the patient. They even don't asked for water to the patient. They say every time get outside ICU we will feed the patient but when u come to see the patient again the food is still there. They are least bothered about the patient

So far it is good and I am satisfied with the response of the hospital staff and the doctors here. And hospital staff is good

Doctors &nurse ok but billing section is very poor and delay, cost is very high treatment low, not comfort this hospital for middile class familys, old managment is good,

One of the worst hospital, full commercial hospital. They give 6 days free followup after 1st consultation, actually it is very less and more over they count from consultation day also as 1st day. That means only 5days of free followup. And very rude reception staff.

Good service. Good caring for the patients. Time to time give medicines. Good experience this hospital.

The hospital services are overaall good but the problem is with the nursing N housekeeping ppl. No one kno hindi or English they just communicate in local lang. So I faced prob communicating with staff.

Everything is fine.either facilities or doctors they have taken good care from admission till discharge

We have consulted Dr Sridhar Billa for general check up. He is very patient and listens to all the problems.
Don't prescribe unnecessary tests.

This is my first visit in this hospital. Dr treated me very nice, they listened my health pain and suggested. But lab technicians are taken too much time for lab test.

The security is using profanity which we were not comfortable with.and they gave us a word dat they would give us a discount but none of them helped us.they have done all the tests and arranged discharge.later they did another test and declared it as tb and they extended the stay for 3 more days.it's just a business they are least concerned or bothered about the patient's health.totally disappointed.

Very satisfied with the treatment. I would like to say thanks for the whole Micu team. Doctors, nursing staff. Special thanks for Dr. Shankar Rao Sir, Sridhar billa sir, Rajendra sir and whole team. Doctors explained the condition clearly twice daily. All are very cooperative, such a nice people. Also want to thank Vamsi sir for explaining clearly abt the condition of patient. I refer to my friends, relatives. Thank u so much.

Nursing staff & the ward sisters are very helpful & co-operative.

Doctors are good @ providing proper diagnosis.

Areas of Improvement:
canteen facilities are very poor, even for tea/coffee one needs to fetch it from nearby tea shops which are none to hygienic either. Patient's forced to drink the same may become more sick.

General cleanliness lacking, some of the bathrooms in shared ward room have leakage & plumbing issues.

Discharge & billing process is very slow, with no proper co-ordination for giving Discharge summary between the billing, admin & nursing, doctors' staff.overall nursing staff & ward sisters are very caring & efficient.

Hospital is good and the staff are friendly. Need to improve on car parking facility. Only one Lift is in working condition. That makes more wait time sometimes.overall service is good.
