The worst diagnostic centre in Hyderabad. They don’t even care and respond to queries made by patients.

The diagnostics is located in the service road if Matrusrinagar. It is well maintained, clean and tidy.

Excellent service. I love UMED as they are very friendly and service is very good. UMED provides home sample collection with low prices and they are very prompt in timings and reports. Anyone can go with UMED for any diagnostic services without second thought.

We have to cautious with UMED miyapur branch. I visited here for kidney related issues.while they did the scanning and in the reports they updated the kindny measures are wrong as per actual.so I visited again and asked them. Then they told me there may be mistake and corrected it latter.so my doubt is, are they really doing all tests properly or just making anything to us.

It was a great place and go for it. I liked the way, they are treating the people and give the info what exactly we looking for.

Visited UMED DIAGNOSTICS. For RT-PCR test.staff explained for test and reports.staff experience was clearly observed during the test.importantly the receiptionist was explaining for health packages good.reports getting on time in this situation

Harsha from Umed Diagnostics was very kind enough to come to our office at Jublee Hills with technicians and took Covid Samples and worked hard and gave the results on the same day by which we were able to find the Covid Positive associate and took necessary precautions on right time.

The cleanliness and sanitization of the premisis is good. Good service and reports were sent to my whatsapp directly. Need not carry the reports to doctor again for reviewing. Sorted out on the call with inhouse doctor consultation

One of the worest Diagnostics centre in Miyapur, no one responded, if u ask report they will keep says ' make a call after 1 hour. Finally they didn't pick the call. Nooo finally security will pick the call -. DONT Expect REPORTS with in time 24 hours

I booked home service and the service is very good. The person who came for sample collection was very courteous and professional. He followed all the covid rules. They have amazing offers on privilege card. I recommend to go for it.

No proper communication. The receptionist made us wait for more than an hour and half. A proper communication that there will be delay would have been better. Instead the receiptionist was rude and said they are not sitting idle. They need to understand that neither the patients are idle and they too have other work. During the wait i have oberserved 4 other patients had heated arguments with the recepionist for delay in reports and other delays.

Doctor Ashwin and Dr. Hemanth are doing Good Diagnosis on my Health condition and the staff receiving and their patience is amazing over all I appreciate the Neetness of diagnostic all are good, I suggest my friends to this Miyapur Umed Diagnostic

They don't have proper communication.i have booked a home visit but when I reach them in the morning they are telling that we don't have any information.while booking they told we will send the person.

Umed Diagnostics is the best one in Hyderabad with good service all steps are caring to the patient excellent and good service providers however it took 1-3 days to give result as per given test but it is the best all services under one roof and trustable good response best result Prices are low compare to others but it worth we will be satisfied after visiting there a clean and clear environment the system is good highly qualified service with high equipments simply superb
