Just okay. Price range is high. Discounts available on limited items only. The billing counter is on 1st floor which is a bit annoying. Parking space is available in front of the store.

Average stuff, fun part I observe during my visit last week was the size mentioned on the garment was different than the tag and the reason cited was printing mistake

Decent and calm store where one can leisurely select their choice of clothes. No rush at trail rooms. Varieties also good.

Nice collection of clothes. They have maintained it very well, especially cleanliness. They are following COVID guidelines. Best to time to vist will be morning or the afternoon (before 4 PM), that way you will avoid crowd inside the store.

Presently, looks like very less manpower. We did not have anybody to assist us even though there were very few customers. Collection is ok and prices are reasonable enough

Fools are running these store, they're selling unlabeled paper bag for 7/-Rs, which is not satisfying our single use. Instead they could have given cloth/jute bag with the store labelled one which will promote the outlets and solve the required in all the way. As it's promoting freely through that they could make that in lesser price as well. Fools thinking to earn 1-2Rs/- by selling those useless paper bags.

Nice collection for men, women and kids. Everything is available for the reasonable prices.

And here I need to mention about the employees. They will help us until we get the desired item with the sizes we needed.
When I entered the kids zone they welcomed us with a smile. They asked my kid her favorite color and they helped us getting desired dresses and shoes.
Again the quality was good with reasonable prices.

And i had three coupons with me to redeem in the March. The staff helped me how to redeem them without any confusion.

I came with my cousin from London. We visited the store for the first time. Impressive collection. Staff member Narasimha is an asset. Very warm and welcoming nature. He patiently showed all the designs and colours we needed. Thank you. Will definitely be back.

I just requested for exchanging one item with higher size number just after very few hours from the purchase but floor manager demanded for 600 bucks extra to do this job and very rude while talking. Shouting on me in the floor like an unprofessional and uneducated guy. He was ready for man handling too. I have taken all this in video and sent an email to Unlimited customer care but there is no response from them either. In my view this is one of the ruthless store with useless floor manager

These fellow confuses with gift coupon and vochurs, and they made us to purchase more and finally they don't pass any discount to customers, I don't recommend this stores anyone, their stores executive also given same kind of reaction, not properly explained bill details and final discount, don't jump in their coupon trap and don't purchase. And keep away from these cheaters.

Deceptive, pathetic and rude service by unlimited madeenaguda branch. Exchange policy is very deceptive. Unlimited lures you by sending promo balance 250 points and provoke to shop. Yesterday I had shopped for my kid and due to pandemic time we were not allowed to have a trail of selected merchandise and I supported the reason but asked the sales team what if size doesn't fits, with out hesitation she said u can exchange with in a week. Today we had a trail at home and size didn't fit for my kid hence I went to exchange, to my surprise the billing team says as I have already utilized the promo amount yesterday only the discounted paid amount will be refunded to me and I need to pay the difference amount with out any discount. I agreed for that but asked them to reverse the promo points also, for which they don't agree. What is the meaning of exchange policy, I didn't understand and why customers are made fools by adding promo balances and training the sales team not to speak about the exchange conditions while selection or purchase itself. Please do business with customers purchases but not with customers.

They keep 1500 coupons for 3000 shopping. I've shopped for 6000 and got 3000 worth coupons of 500 each per month first of all that 500 each month is so ridiculous which you can only claim at 1000 shopping per each 500 coupon. They won't even inform this so be sure of this, coupon are not valid on offers.not valid on innerwears. So it's actually useless of you to take the coupons.you can directly buy a product with offer or without offer with coupon which should be 1000 rs shopping for sure. This is the most clever way to cheat in the name terms and conditions. Matter is not about coupons if people could afford 3k, 500 coupon is not a big thing to fight about but unexplained terms about the coupon and stuff makes the customers feel uncomfortable at the counter while others in row are the busiest people on the planet, frustrated and angry for no reason coz billing takes time.

The store is newly opened and the stock is so fresh and with reasonable price for its quality, variety and fashion. Would recommend it.

The price of thee clothes are not worthy.only karigari is the one which is of 600 rupees for one kurti.

It's a place you will get all the cheap and best stuff. They have a huge collection and it's good place to shop. However, the sales people don't know what they have and what they don't. Otherwise it's the best place.

If a person buys in ground floor he has to go to first floor for bill payment. Ridiculous. Each floor should have payment facility or otherwise payment should be in the ground floor.

Name is unlimited fashion but stock and brands are very limited specially for gents. It economic but very limited options to select.

Staff runs away to help! I wanted 5 year old dresses and they couldn’t help me find it.
And please! Nobody wants to buy something downstairs and make a payment upstairs. Cash counter is in an inconvenient location.
