Located in Gachibowli with several corporate offices and a few other commercial spots like Dine o China, reliance smart, reliance trends, payless etc. All the stores are affordable. Parking is available and free.

1. Lift service is pathetic. You have to wait 15-to- 20 minutes, just to get into lift. Lift card access is not present to everyone from company. No lift or special toilets to differently abled persons. Food, and the management handling the service is just worse than you'd think off. There's no fans, ac in the 11 floor. Differently-abled persons cannot access 11 floor completely. All the ac vents are just outside, near to washrooms and other side of the building. A chaotic environment for employees working in every floor. Except the toilets, which are good and well-maintained.

This building is a place of so many startups for IT companies. But very poor at lift provisioning need. Only 3 lifts will be there and hence it takes so much wait time to get into lift.

Building looks good and what is the thing that impressed me is they have tied net for every floor so that if any one fall accidentally from building they will safe

Its completely commercial development center. And its consist of IT companies in 8 floors and reliance and co in 2 floors.

Commercial space for any organization or retail market, even you can avail the shareable office space with in it.
