I'm a mom of 2 kids. I was so hopeless and frustrated as my postpartum belly was looking like 7 months pregnant 5 months after the c section. I had 2 c sections and my gained weight from 65 to 82.6kgs.

You have made me understood that my position was called as DR and gave me hope that it can be cured with exercises and minimal diet with homemade food.

I lost almost 8kgs and many inches in 3 months. Your diet plan was very easy to follow and i didn't need to give up on my favourites too. My cravings got normalized. You were very understandable and supportive throughout the journey.

Overall, i just loved the entire process and i wish i met varsha much before. After following the diet and exercise plan, i noticed many positive changes. I became very active and i gained my confidence back.

Hii mam Thank you for the support to loose weight. I know I didn't loose a lot of weight.but the difference in the body inches is good

Your meal plans are very simple and it was according to me as I asked fully South Indian.
In the beginning it became little difficult for me to follow the diet and exercise everything but you motivated me and supported me to overcome.
You always follow up my meal picture and exercise videos if I make any mistakes you always told me to do like this.that's not the right way like that

I was overweight and I thought I could never loose weight. I used to get tired quickly and experienced knee pain while taking stairs.

I'm a software engineer and I gained lot of weight during the lockdown and I lost my confidence when people started saying I have put on lot of weight.
I have gone through lot of YouTube videos and followed the diet plans but it didn't help me. I was confused what to eat and what exercises to do and I eventually gave up.

I initially chose 3 months subscription with Varsha, I was 73kgs in March and after 6 months i'm 61.7 kgs. I'm really happy and healthier. I receive a lot of compliments for the way I look now and I'm a lot more confident than earlier. My skin improved a lot and my knee pain has reduced. I feel more energetic and lite.

I have joined MHB while scrolling Instagram one day and I am very impressed with transformations so i thought to try once.
I am a mother of 2 kids and 2 c-sections and first I joined for 3 months program and varsha is my buddy, she is very nice and patient and she answered my each and every silly questions. I am not proper some of the days then also she use to encourage me and motivated me how important health is and to be fit.
After 3 months I thought to give up then also she told me the right weight i should be and motivated me so i extended my plan again for 3 months now in this 6 months time i lost almost 9 kgs and so much inch loss and I am very happy with my results and making this as my routine in my day to day life.

Hey Varsha.so i am a twins mom and i had gained too much weight and belly fat postpartum and that is when I came across varsha.i joined her course. It is one of the best decisions I took for myself which changed my life both physically n mentally n gave me my confidence back. Varsha was assigned as my coach. She prepared my diet plan and I was free to modify it based on my preferences. She also updated my workout plans every 2 to 3 weeks. I noticed drastic changes at the end of the first month. This motivated me to stick to the plan for the next few months. Being the mother of a toddler this was not an easy job but Varsha was very supportive and empathetic. I was 91kg when I enrolled and now after 6 months I am down to 81.8. I know there’s a long way to go and I am thankful to Varsha

Hi varsha

Am very happy to say that I hav reduced 11 kgs in 6 months. I never expect that I could reach this weight and I never feel that I was in diet also any day, y because I am having everything. But now only am having correct food i.e having protein every day. This is all bcz of u only varsha.after my c sec I gained 12kgs almost.now I was wearing all my before pregnancy clothes ️.
And my periods also very regular and most important thing is my thyroid TSH level was reduced to 6 from 14. I was shocked varsha. Thanks a lot Varsha. If I was not reached u, I never get back my life. Ur support and encouragement was excellent really I can't express my words. I never forget u varsha seriously.love u alot.and thanku soooo much. Sarting my journey with varsha is such a blessing for me. I was so confused and tensed but my coach varsha is very sweet and she is so patient.she constantly monitored what I eat every day and my physical activity and cleared all my doubts with lot of patience. The meal plans are very simple and easy to make.no fancy foods or supplements. I am amazed that it is possible to loose weight by eating home food with portion. Lost 9 kg in 6 months and I was planning to loose 7 kg.
I am 8 months postpartum and weighing less than pre pregnancy. I am still lactating like i used to. Thanks you for creating such an awesome workout routine and a diet plan I can adhere to for the rest of my life.
I was worried about getting back in shape after delivery of my beautiful daughter. I had heard from so many women that breastfeeding will help me loose weight.but it wasn't happening. Also heard that working out will affect my milk supply.
I had the DR gap of less than 2 inch after 2.5 months postpartum. That's when i got the green signal from my physio to workout. I liked Varsha's profile and decided to make her my buddy. A decision I will never regret. I still have some belly fat to loose but I am fitting in all my old clothes.

I wanted to lose weight i gained during covid and lockdown but i was lacking motivation. When i attended my best friend's babyshower, she commented on me that there is only one difference between us and that the baby bump. I suddenly realized how far have i come in weight gaining. I got irritated but at the same time i knew, she was right.
Then i started searching so many insta pages and many weight loss recipies but all in vain.
After 1 week, my fiance sent me a fitness journey story he found on instagram. I searched deeply and there i found what i was wanting for. MY HEALTH BUDDY. I joined in it within 2 days and then i was told to have a buddy. I saw Varsha there and it was an instant connection i felt with her.
Thus we started our journey. She was very cool and i expected hard core diet and exercise. But to my surprise, she simply helped me manage my routine diet and motivated for the daily walks n exercise. I lost almost 7 kgs in 12 weeks. My family and relatives was in aww and some said i became soo lean.may be in a jealous way but i see everything in a positive outlook

I always wanted to lose weight and tried it my own way but didn't have the motivation to continue that. I'm a obese girl from childhood and it continues along the way and have reached its peak when i was in college due to my sluggish lifestyle and studies and staying in hostels from a young age. This time i wanted to try hard and change myself. That's how i come across MHB and got Varsha as my buddy.she is so friendly that i could share everything with her. My physical and mental health issues. She called me and asked my eating habits and schedule and planned a meal plan and workouts according to that. I wont say it is a cake walk of a journey but its worth every moment. Im so happy that i could change my lifestyle and in the way i lose weight sustainably. First I was very skeptical to join later I thought let’s give a try. Varsha was assigned me as a coach and she called me and discussed about my food habits and shared a meal plan which is very easy to implement and sustainable and portion control. Also shared few exercises, I followed them regularly along with meal plan, water intake and 10k steps, within few weeks started seeing change in my weight. Lost around 7 kgs in 3 months and renewed my plan to meet my target weight. During this entire journey Varsha helped me a lot whenever I have questions or anything, she is just away from a message. In the first meet, I said I should acquire healthy life style rather than weight loss in 3 months.yes.varsha made it possible. I am eating healthy.my energy levels were up now and by the exercise I am doing is making me sleep early before I used to sleep after 12. The diet plan she gave was easy to prepare and never experienced low energy or tiredness.and i observed major inch loss and more importantly I am fitting into my dream dresses which I never thought I could fit into them.

Hi Varsha, here's a quick review of my experience with you and MHB's 3month programme.
I came through MHB insta page and was really intrigued by the transformation pictures, stories and quickly wanted to try it out myself.
I, having suffered from thyroid & PCOS for many years with many different treatment failures, wanted to better learn and be able to manage my lifestyle. Being unemployed at the moment, I thought I couldn't afford the programme but Shruthi was sweet enough to let me pay in two installments, which really helped.
Coming to my experience with you, you were super sweet, patient and understanding, always saying "it's okay" whenever I fell off the routine, and clearing all my tiny doubts along the way.
The diet was really easy to follow, reduced cravings drastically. The workout plans were beginner friendly and took not much time off my hectic days. The daily walking routine particularly helped with my mental health, even though I struggled initially to incorporate it in my routine. I took your advice and walked for 10-15min after every meal and that made it easy!
On the whole, it was an amazing programme, especially when you know there's always a buddy to help you out whenever you need them.

I started my weight loss journey with MHB three months back, I was too stressed and worried about how this might turn up, as I Just found out I had pcod. I got Varsha as my Buddy for the program, she was such a sweet friendly person. She spoke to me and patiently listened to all my issues regarding pcod, shoulder pain etc. Her motivating words gave a little hope to me and I was able to calm my mind and try out many of the changes Varsha asked me to make in my life style. I suffered from severe back and shoulder pain and when I was unable to do some of the workouts, she helped me to substitute them with another low intensity workouts.
Even though the workout plans were tough to do at the beginning, I thoroughly enjoyed doing my workouts later on. Also I must say about the diet plan. I always had the idea that diet foods were boring and taste less, but after joining MHB I came to realise that healthy diet can actually be made tasty and really colourful.
I was 74 kg when I started my weight loss plan and now am 68 kg. Am really glad i could loose weight with some home workouts and managing my diet.also I was able to have cheat meals through this process I came to know about how to manage the food intake by actually not completely avoiding my favourite foods and sweets, and loose weight in a steady way.

I started the weightless journey with varsha 3 months back it was so smooth be the diet plan, exercise and queries inbetween meals, they all were answered perfectly and promptly. Varsha was always there to motivate and make sure I on on track. 7 kgs in 3 months seemed to be easy and sustainable. The diet she designed never made me feel hungry. I very happy to share I got reduced overall 4 kgs. Due to my PCOD problem i struggled lot and struck with same weight however varsha's magic diet and exercise plan is really worked very well for me.usually her Diet plan is simple and healthy which includes our favourite food in health way. Starting stage i really don't believe I am following diet hence my plate is always full with meals so started to following blindly however after a week I felt different energy through out the day.
Simply started to following excercise and 10k steps and that real magic happened for me also. My life style is really changed (physically and mentally) specially my skin is glowing, this is really all women wanted right, and it's happening for me and it's all because of varsha, please accept my sincere gratitude for that. I'm very thankful to varsha bhanoor, who has been my buddy for last 3 months journey of my weight loss. As I came to know about MY HEALTH BUDDY through Instagram, I saw many people transforming their bodies. I hesitated to take part for almost a month, as we know that weight loss is not the simple thing that we relay on. But after consulting the team of MHB, Ms. Varsha bhanoor approched me and she listened patiently about my food habits, likes, dislikes, timings and each and everything. And she prepared a dedicated meal plan and workout sessions, which are very flexible to me. I can reach her at anytime for my doubts, about cheat meal, and my updates.

I tried a lot before approaching MHB, like doing workouts, walking, dieting. But i couldn't see any difference in my weight scale.
I used to think about weight loss, but after following Ms. Varsha's plan, I saw difference in my inches, and I can fit comfortably in my clothes which I couldn't earlier.

Hi Varsha,
It was a pleasure for me being your client. You have thought me what the word Diet mean actually. I had joined this 3 months program initially with a doubt and was also scared whether I could make it up or not.
Initially the first diet plan what you gave was very easy to follow and it was nothing like I had to put extra efforts in cooking or bringing the things from outside. It was all the home food ; basically being a South Indian it is very difficult for me to leave the rice or the carbs on diet, since it's the basic food what I had from my childhood. But this diet plan included the carbs and rice as well, I was so happy seeing the plan and also learnt some new dishes which I didn't know and when tried tasted amazingly well.
2nd, 3rd and 4th diet pans also worked well for me. In this journey of 3 months I never felt I was on diet and enjoyed my food always. And to speak about the exercise plan it's very simple to do yet feels so energetic and fresh after doing it.
Varsha your diet plans are very easy and simple to follow and now it has become a habit for me to follow the plan though I have discontinued the journey with you. You never restricted me to have my favourite home food and that's the happiness for me.
I have lost 7 kgs and overall 40 inches in a period of 3 months. Trust me I had tried weight training and different diet plans yet didn't receive this wonderful results.
Am so happy seeing myself now in the mirror.

Varsha is experienced nutritionist. She is humble. She understands client requirements and provide good diet plan. I lost 2-2.5 kg in a month. I lost inches too. I learnt a lot about life styles and how I can keep myself fit. Excersice, Protein, water intake, portion control is something I am gonna follow. Varsha has been of immense help in reaching my target weight. I started off with 76-77 and ended up losing 7-8 kgs in 3 months. She’s extremely patient & considerate of your diet choices. I personally did not need to alter my diet drastically and it was a rather smooth transition. Her workouts are equally effective and do not tire you out. She’s extremely invested in your journey and keeps checking up for any issues or concerns. I would highly recommend her diet plan. She has truly helped me a lot. Thank you Varsha!

Hello Varsha. Thank you very much for changing my lifestyle. Before starting the diet my lifestyle was not so good and also had some health issues like Thyroid, PCOD and swollen legs. After starting your diet my leg swelling are gone and thyroid is better now. I feel more energetic and your diet plan is good I won't feel hungry, it keeps me full which I love it. You changed my life style and you keep encouraging me and that makes me more energetic and feeling like to give my 100%. Also in between I keep doing 1 meal as cheat meal with your guidance so that I may not get frustrated about this diet. When I started the weight loss journey I was 64, in 3 months I lost 10 kgs. Throughout the journey she was helpful and if I dint like any particular vegetable she used to help with substitutes. Kyu ki apne mera diet plan itna pyara banake diya, like i love sabudana, so apne jo jo mujhe pasand hai wo sab apke hisab se mujhe mention karke kiya mere diet me.

What can I say about Varsha.she is very good with her plans. I my self lost 13 lbs in 1 and half month. The plans she gave and the way she follow up on it is really awesome. I must suggest she is the one straight away to go for weight loss diet and suggestions.
