Asked for a help for my recovering father in law. They sent someone who is neither fit enough to support the patient physically nor competent to assist medically. We asked for cancellation of services, when the person started telling rules that they need a 2 week notice period for termination. So rules are only for collecting money, but not providing good service.

Don't waste your money to others book them and see the result. They really deserve more. Uttam and rest of the team all are genius. Definately recommend to everyone.

Doesn’t even deserve a single star. The worst experience ever. I had asked for help for my father in law, V care does not validate the boys they send and none of them are made aware of the work they are supposed to do, I had 3 boys changed in 3 days time, the first boy seemed more interested in teasing girls standing in the balcony rather than taking care of the father, the second one decides to slyly run away to his home town without informing and the third boy didn’t want to work at all. If you would like to invite a guest home instead of a help please go with their service. And to top it up they take money in advance and have no intentions of returning it. Multiple follow ups with this person called Uttam who decides to then stop answering calls and then ask his staff to answer his personal phone on his behalf and make excuses. I have had help for the last 3 years for my father in law through different agencies. This has been the worst so far. Please do not make the mistake of opting for their services if you don’t want to regret the way I did.

We had taken nursing service for 4years from vcare healthcare homeservice for my mother. Most satisfied with the response which Jyothi madam gives. They do treat u as family member and give u advices too.

I hired a female caretaker for my mom.
Our saleswoman was very happy for the services she did. My thanks to the Vcare healthcare homeservice that provides these services

Bad service and Unprofessional. They send people without any training. In one and half months 3 people provided the service. None of them have professional ethics. They drink during work hours and shout at the patient and patient family. Please beware of these frauds.

Beware of this organisation and this guy!

Our parents used to live alone and their care giver used to randomly escape at nights leaving elderly people alone what is the meaning of 24 hours care giver service! These people are scammers do homework before hiring their services.

Vcare representive calls me at last day just now at night and says we will take nurse at 7: 30am as we have other patient now, so if they find other patient, they will leave old patient as we paid the amount in advance, this is not ethics and at the end we need to close in good terms, in all ny chat we are saying 12pm as it 15days gets completed completely, then as he did not find other customer, he did not speak a word and now such a u-turn, this is business and not care taker being done. Don't do thia to any other customer in future which you did to me, as we are patients still to recover from health for the surgery done. Don't spoil company name just for 1000 bucks
