Worst gym i have experienced the gym trainer is the one who doesnt care abt the clients he neither gets bothered abt the clients he just say the excercise and leave it to us and not even a single equipment is proper maintained

Nice gym wit no torture of personl training like other gyms thy mostly focus on each n every client n the main thing running the gym frm many years this reveals the standard of the gym my suggestion rather than checking rating n reviews step in prsnlly and know abt it.

Nice gym and iam client from past 8yrs no where I can go except this gym as it has the gym vibes which motivates us to workout machinery is new but vibes still old enough to go through further. Mr. Arjun lala owner velocity go with the flow wish u more success keep motivating us as the same.

This was my first good experience in a gym, the instructor Narren is amazing, he understands what is required. He also helps with diet. Due to personal reasons I had to quit but I enjoyed my time here!
