I have been to this place.it's just amazing. Excellent service. Can't describe the hospitality given by one of the most efficient staff SAIRAM. He made my whole team feel so special. Every time we sat on the dinning area. He is always there to help us. Staff and food makes our stay more bful. Kudos to the team and lots of blessings for SAIRAM.
By Far the most hygienic place. Each and every thing is well organized by a cool business mind, nice ambience, automatic sanitizer available at the entrance, drinking water, handwash basin, washrooms everything is available for convenience which extremely improves the customer experience. Pricing is really very decent as per the experience you will get there.not just good food! Overall 5 stars from my side!
Great food, great ambience, great views overlooking the Hussain Sagar and great service makes this an awesome place for your small get together and parties. The buffet spread is great along with great taste.
Horrible experience substandard food, the service here is worse than it would be mac donalds, none of the staff are interested in serving everyone is one their phone very unprofessional. Not worth it.
Decent food, good ambience and the pool side view makes it one of decent option for lunch/dinner. Desert spread is good but would expect good spread of other main course as well. Would love it if they work on the taste wise quality of the food. Though it's a 5 star but day by day the maintenance is going on low side.
Good tastey food After time complete they can't give 5 minutes to pack up it's not a good Manager is not good The manager behave harsh Over all servings staff is v good
I've had much much better food (taste, quantity and price wise) at not so known places. Whoever made the menu only thought of cost cutting and more profits, didn't think twice about the quality or taste of food. Entire menu is "how to make 2-3 different dishes with same food". It's Indian cooks pretending to be cooking in foreign kitchen. Different menu for Park guest and non guest. And oh don't forget to bring a bundle of change in cash. Believe it or not they don't have any change. They dont even know what coins are or if Indian revenue dept even makes them. They wont even recognize if you show them what they are. They never have anything thats 1,2,5 coins and 10,20,50 note bills. In fact they never have any cash at all. Cash register is a show piece for decoration purposes. Or bring 2-3 different cards just in case. They would just take the money even if you give without eating and they won't even bat an eyelid. Wont even ask why you are giving them money for no reason. I understand the businesse aspect of making profits but for what? Neither the food nor the ambience was memorable. In fact I hated the food. All I remembered is how they charged the bill and how they made me shell out the money.
Overall good food Biriyani both veg n non veg good Starters are good except few items which is not spice and it 5asted like sweet ex chicken lollipops, fish curry Rest of the food is nice
Deeply disappointed. Had a never expected experience of having a chicken piece in veg dum biryani. Looks like the veg biryani at "The Park" is made of rice taken from chicken biryani (as the rice had an aroma of a chicken biryani) and adding veg pieces to it. During this process today, I believe a chicken piece was overseen and it was left over in the rice, served as veg biryani.
Minimum measures and quality are expected when u charge so high for these food items. Do not include the items in the menu in case u r incapable of preparing them explicitly with attention.
Food taste and quality. 3.5 / 5. The spread was OK but I expected more variety in a 5 Star. The starters were very deep fried, the main course, chat etc were OK but the dessert was very good. So overall just above average overall
Ambience. 2/5 (There was live music but the singer was totally off-key and very loud.completely ruined the ambience). Also the tables and chairs were very uncomfortable for a 5 Star. Also the AC was not working well and we felt very hot.
Value for money. 2.5/5. The standard rate was 1500 perhead for non alcoholic buffet and I got 10% discount.but still for the quality of food and ambience its not really worth it.
Overall.would say just a 2.5 /5. There are better 5 stars who could give more value for the money or just places with better ambience for cheaper costs.
The ambience and the staff were great, very kind. The food was tasty, however i felt the focus was more on the continental cuisine than the indian ones, indian dishes were average to good while the continental ones were even better, food from the live counter was good too. Overall a pleasant sunday brunch experience
Totally disappointed with Verandah - The park restaurant. Found few flies, cockroaches and hair in the food. The pricing does not match with the place and food they are serving.
Too expensive for the food they provide. Buffet was meh. Such a big hotel and they have only 2 starters in non veg and 2 in veg. The chicken biryani in main course was too good. Not for non veg lovers. Because most of the buffet had veg dishes. OVERPRICED.
Well, I think I went on the wrong day, with very high expectations. I was obviously craving bengali food during the durga puja holidays and went for the bengali food festival. Everything on the spread looked like it's name but tasted of something so different, which I don't mean in a good way. Hospitality was good. But food was Dissapointing.
Went for dinner buffet with family and saw cockroaches moving around the breads in the soup section. Very unpleasant experience with the quality of food. All the cuisines in the buffet were stale and upon asking for fresh and hot food. Be ready to give another 10-15mins of your time. Desserts gets finished around 9: 30pm and guess what go home without having them.
Went for bengali food festival yesterday. In one line what I can say is they were least prepared. They were unable to manage small group of people like 4-5 tables were occupied at that time. It was supposed to be a buffet but they made it like ala carte and the worst part was to keep waiting for food after u order from the menu. Food was ok not great.
Pretty bad experience at Pujo special Bengali buffet. They changed buffet at table but all ordered as A La carte. Terrible service and okayish food. They were blaring Bollywood music for the event totally avoidable
Not worth at all, total waste. We went for buffet here, and the food taste is ridiculous. All items were cold and some are not even edible. They were charging for water as well which is ridiculous. Unless otherwise you have a huge discount on the bill, it’s not worth trying here. Usually when we go to barbecue buffet, we’ll at least like one item and we stick to it. But here none of them tastes good. Even ice cream is so salty. Service is very bad, we have to keep asking them to bring this and that multiple times. Don’t even dare to try schezwan chicken. My bill amount for two is 2877 and I paid 1537 with Dineout, even then I feel like it’s not worth at all. Don’t waste your money here. I gave 2 star only for The Park, and Ambiance outside restaurant.
Breakfast buffet is quite good and reasonably priced. While there is nothing exceptional about the food, the ambience and staff are something that won't let you down.
Worst experience.everything is very bad and its time for The Park Hyderabad to close if they are not ready to immediately better their overall hotel & restaurants. I would have given minus rating if their was an option.
The place is not spacious, dining area is congested, fabric of sofa was torn, the washroom was dirty, food counters placed so far from dining area, only 2 variety of snacks in non veg, though food was tasty but you get very limited food choices, deserts were hopeless
Good place to have your lunch and dinner. The Park is a very well known place in Hyderabad city and Verandah is known in it for it's open terrace area and restaurant.
Really loved the place with beautiful side view of hussain sagar. The ambience and the hospitality of staff is very good.
Coming to the food. It taste awesome started with soft drink. Need to try the mocktail of Kiwi flavour. Crispy corn and pizza adding to it. Simply delicious.
Buffet with thier arrangements is so beautiful for eyesight.
All though its a fivestar hotel.
People who love taking photos selfies. Benefit for u guys to capture much photos with a background.
Those who are fond of tollywood movies. Can relate few scenes in this location.
Worth visiting the place for food, sight view and staffing response for their customers.
Hey everyone! Was here to try out their ala carte menu with my family.
First thing first, this is one the luxury/Star property of somajiguda, the park which needs no introduction, one of the most popular spot to have food with awesome pool side seating ambiance.
Follow me on Instagram @cravetrell.hyderabad for more exciting food stuff/Explore.
The food we have ordered was 1. Penne Alfredo chicken pasta 2. Tangra Chilli chicken, this was scrumptious, don't forget to order this 3. Fish and chips 4. Thai chicken red curry with steamed rice. 5 5. Chicken lollypop 6. Classic Chicken tikka (Must try) 7. Mojito (Not worth at all) don't order this (indeed you are wasting money) 8. Hyderaba dum ki Biryani 9. Rabdi gulab jamoon 10. Butter chicken with butter naan
The restaurant is nice with good spread for the buffet at the price we booked it for. The cuisines are expected from a 5 star hotel like this, such as French toast, pancakes, salad etc, With a touch of South Indian cuisine as well.
The live counter is great for quick breakfast items like pancakes and omelettes.
What they can improve is the seating satyata chair fabric and all because it looks old and dirty. It was a bit variable as all of the hotel industry seriously hit because of the pandemic.
The great part was the excellent on table service for a few items.
Been there for Sunday brunch. It was a wonderful experience. ️There was an number of live counters and live music was there we enjoyed throughly and service and the food was amazing.
Visited for the special bengali food fest for Poila Baisakh and loved it! Though much on the costlier side, each of the item served was delicious. Undoubtedly the best Bengali food I had in Hyderabad
This place is very exciting and there are very delicious food and beverages Mr Naresh was really very friendly and helpful.thank u Naresh and God bless you.
Would rate this less than one star for the kind of food and arrangement that they had for new year eve Not at all worth.just the hype They are not customer centric at all.
Felt like been to a marrige where they serve little in order to save food. Paneer curry without paneer in it. Felt like wasted our 7k Reminder coming in every 10 minutes to book the order as it's closing time.was not told about the terms while paying money for entry. Complete big no and would never recommend to any of our friends.
Had a great margherita pizza with virgin mojito.complimentary papad. Mr. Wasid and rest of the staff service is so good. Can have pizzas, salads, chinese, desserts, pasta, soups and coming to beverages they have alcoholic and non-alcoholic. A satisfactory dining experience.
This is a nice multi cuisine restaurant with the lake view and foods are also very tasty. Had breakfast, lunch and tried wide spread of buffet. Food was really delicious. Tasted decent varieties of South Indian food. View was awesome.
The food over here is so delicious that you won't leave the food in your plates. Might be little expensive. Prefer buffet if your are a foodie. Your lunch/dinner would be in economy
The restaurant is attached with park hotel. You can find continental dishes here. Delicious foods but can be improve more. Cost is higher side.thank you
Very welcoming staff and great food. I have been to many restaurants.this is one of the best breakfast buffets.spread has good numbers.taste of food is the xactly as expected.ambiience is so comfortable.repeat: staff attitude is great.must visit restaurant in Hyderabad
Full marks for Sea facing view. Food is ok. Quite busy on weekends. Valet Parking is available. Service is late. Try to get the window table for best views
The resturant is a good blend of tasty food and great hospitality. Overlooking the India tricolor on the Hussain Sagar the setup is serene and so does one feel after the meal. The city offers price competitive options for meals but the variety here makes its worth the price.
A special mention to Hemant, Mayank, Anusha and team for the great offers and service. A definite 5 star and a recommendation.
Try there Sunday brunch, it's simply amazing. Live music lots of live food counter, a huge spread of Indian and international cuisines. Tables are overlooking to The great Hussain sagar lake.
Amazing place to dine with family and friends. One of the best places in the city to enjoy hyderabadi and continental cuisine. Chef Teja made fabulous dishes and personally attended to us and made sure we had a beautiful dining experience
The park, Raj Bhavan Road, Not very much known place. Needs some good marketing. Good is good. Sunday spread is awesome. Good lovers should visit once. The minus points are 1. The exterior. 2. Price. This is place is getting popular as far as I think is because of these two points. No advertisement, people doesn't know that buffet is available. The restaurant is at 3rd floor and there is no notice or display indicating that. So outsiders knowing this is too meagre. The place is getting limited to the people who stay in the hotel. Coming to the pricing, they are charging around 1400 to 1600, which is way high when compared to the other hotels. If you want to become popular you have to comedown in pricing and you have to be get noticed. Good place to visit for good, where most of the people are missing.
Service needs improvement. Many trainees around. Even after clarifying much in advance, still they messed up the bill which totally marred the brunch experience. Chefs were quite accommodating. Live band with Ruben was good. He played good tunes. May not visit again specially due to the billing mess-up.
