I came for appointment at 5.pm today. But reception people said no appointment till Monday, requested that emergent try, he said go and join in hospital. With lots of hope on u I came, because of ur staff I felt so sad and left. Hope u can understand as a human being sir.
Diagnosed with antral erosions through endoscopy but told me it was not a problem caused by infection and prescribed antacid and I later consulted another doctor and I was diagnosed with h pylori ad those antral erosions happened due t h pylori bacteria and it is bacterial infection It was a lady doctor at vidhya sagar gastro clinic who was even unable to diagnose the problem Forget about rhe treatment they can't even find what is ur problem
Reception is very impolite and they don’t manage appointments and they just make us Wait hours together. It seems more of free consultant that’s how staff behaves with patients

I went to this doctor for stomach pain.and he asked me to get multiple blood tests done along with ultrasound scan d ct scan and i got all tests done nd went to him and he says "i dont know y is ur stomach pain few pains dont have reason". I was having pain nd vomitings motions even after asking to prescribe tablets fr vomitings he says admit wen u have vomitings.he dint gv me medication and he says admit. I spent almost 18k on tests nd he dont know reason fr my pain nd says get endoscopy done.i dont know wat kind of a doctor he is.just money sucking person.
Worst experience till date. Doesn't have time sense. Waited 1.5 hrs even after scheduling appointment. Doesn't have respect for patients, have lots of attitude. Unnecessary personal calls during consultation.
No medicines curing at all he told us u have to use medicines for six months after six months we went to him and he was saying you have to use until it cures nothing happening with medicines which he given waste of money waste of time.
The reception is horrible with managing the appointments. I have visited the hospital twice. First time i walked in without prior appointment they said it will take an hour or more. Second time even after confirming the appointment on call, after reaching the clinic they say it will take an hour. I just had to leave the clinic with out meeting the doctor. Atleast when some doctors come to visit the clinic they should consider.
Best treatment is here, my mom was suffering a lot with fatty liver problem and also other multi problems. Sir suggested too many tests but I have followed the doctor. Now my mom getting good. Really Dr. Sagar sir is fantastic.
The doctor is absolutely fine. But he has to know how to control his mood swings. I was detected with hepatitisA and ran to him for treatment. The medicines he prescribed were all pretty good that I was fine within 10 days or so. Unlike other doctors, he didn't prescribe liv52 which is a basic pill. This shows his efficiency. However, he rarely talks. My mom tried asking him about the diet for jaundice. He wouldn't talk at all. He gives her a serious tough look and goes back writing on The prescription. This happened all the 5 times I've been for the review. My only point is, when I pay certain amount as consultation fee, I expect my doctor to talk, explain the kind of disease I'm dealing with and help me know the diet. Instead, I would not like to visit someone who's dealing with mood swings and expect me to shut up and nod my head during the consultation. As a doc, I rate him 5 on 5. However, please be patient with your patients. Let them speak and please free to answer their questions.
