Pleasantly surprised! The vijaya app is fantastic and one can access reports online thank you!

Pathetic service. They don't have an appointment system. They'll ask you to walk-in & then ask to wait for hours. Better to go somewhere which has appointment system.

We always receive only one test report online … The rest we usually we ll have to come to the centre to collect it … it’s such a hassle.

We paid amount at 106963. She has no knowledge about gender. She was talking on mobile continuously and wrongly entered referral doctor name of my wife smt pavana kumari. When I went to collect reports at 2.10 pm she bluntly telling that reports not ready. In fact reports available and i took them. Seems she had other avocations and obligations other than VD work. Better remove her or shift her somewhere else. I am thoroughly displeased with her mannerism.

My reports were delayed to 48hours than the TAT defined with out letting me know that caused to reschedule whole week plan along with my dr appointment

Over the last few visits I happen to consistently miss the courteous service that was normal at the billing counter at earlier times.

We paid for the two samples test and payment is updated only for one. Till we called the diagnostic centre, we didnt know about this. Report was not showing up nor the actual issue. For someone eagerly waiting for the report this improper handling causes difficulties. Please look in to this

It takes lot of time to get an ultrasound done and issuance of the reports also takes time. Poor Service

There are 4 sample collection counters, for diabetic patients collection of fasting blood sample will be done with minimal waiting time, but post lunch 1 will have to wait minimum 20 minutes, which I think should be taken care off.

When you call on landline. There will be no one to respond. You should get tired of trying calling them

Receptionist is very rude behaviour if we ask something they will not tell they will feel like we are taking treatment free of cost very unhappy with staff.

No one is responsive over there
No one can expect there change back once you pay the amount they will never return your change on time they will keep you wait for atleast an hour
Behaviour of the team is so aggressive they treat us as our slave never recommend vijaya diagnostic to any one

Today's experience never faced in your centre. Today we have attended the centre at 10.30 hrs. For scanning to my wife with fasting. Doctor called us at 15.10hrs and advised to visit on Monday as lady doctor has to see the case after long waiting time. At initial stage they should have been advised at help desk or any sister who are on duty

Very good. The staff is really good and supportive. The services starts right at the doorstep where the guard is courteous to guide right from the start. The reception team was very quick in addressing the crowd and guiding about tests. Overall superb experience. Thank you team for supporting and being on the toes during tough times

The service extended by Vijaya diagnostic centre, Ameerpet, Hyderabad from counter service to test areas ie, Blood tests, xray was very courteous, quick n timely.

Very poor. Few days back we went to ammerpet branch for leg x-ray. The X-ray which was given by them was not proper. By seeing the X-ray doctor told me everything is normal but still I am suffering with the pain. Then again I went other diagnosis center and took X-ray.in that X-ray they identified sprain. Please do your work properly.

Staff here is very professional and the maintenance is also very hygiene. Washrooms are good too. I have given blood tests here and their professionalism is very appreciable as few centers doesn't have that because here you won't even feel pain after blood tets.

3rd Class and pathetic service, called 10 times, but not taking calls, Big failure of Ameerpet team.

Today I visited Vijaya Diagnostic centre Ameerpet for OPG, it was a very good experience, staff Nisha Thankachan is a very professional, she is very enthusiastic, explained in detail, front desk also good.

Help desk is very very friendly and help desk members are brilliant in service. All staff members are so helpful.

Being one of the most busiest place in the city, they still owns top place in Customer service right from the time you park your vehicle to till you receive reports. Manager Ms. Sridevi owes a special mentions on being very helpful for addressing the customer queries with utmost patience and complete staff & management are really nice.

The staff were cordial and very helpful which helped me complete the whole list of tests in a short time without the painful waiting that's generally the case with most hospital or diagnostic center visits.

This is a clearly maintained diagnostics centre with courteous staff. Would recommend for everyone.

The Diagnostic Approach towards the patient is awesome.they are very helpful in terms of guiding the patients for right diagnostic test. Place is very neat, staff is coperative & mainly reports depository staff is really helpful like I want reports immediately hence they helped really well.
Only one negative which I felt is there is long waiting time for billing. Almost waited for more than 1 hour. There need to be extra counters & dedicated counter for senior citizens. Kindly improve on those lines

Went for chest xray of grandma, due to thier irresponsible and useless techinician.xray reports were faint.doctor again adivced us to go for repeated xray and ct scan.even while going for ctscan they don't even know how to give IV.they injected it wrong and told they don't have dedicated sisters for it so will go to other hospital for IV injection.above all after this complete process, reports were normal and doctor told us.due to wrong report of xray we did all these process.patient is 75yr old and we tranveled around 200km for treatment.bocoz of Vijaya hospital irresponsibility we travelled twice.lost trust on hospital which is totally comerical they care for only money not human life.highly not recommended to go Vijaya diagnostic centre Ameerpet.

Meticulous and professional diagnostic services. The best in Hyderabad! They also maintain very good hygiene standards. Canteen facilities need to be provided.

The billing and blood collection staff are very nice, courteous and sincere in performing their duties. We had a pleasant experience in this diagnostic centre.
