Reports are not accurate when compared to other diagnostic centres this has been compared and tested for other tests

I had a bad experience today
Long waiting time for registration because heavily crowded
Very congested space in entire diagnostic center.

Service: The person at the registration counter attached the test name slip of other patient to my bill.which was later checked by the sample taker.

Very poor hygienic concern. The maid who is cleaning the floor is serving the glucose water to the patient by using the scissor which was kept in the wash rooms. How can be they so irresponsible regarding the hygiene. No proper air conditioning working and very slow staff at billing desk and very few staff for sample collections. My visit was at 7: 45am on october 10th 2023. I was feeling like suffocation at their premises.

Not so good experience at Vijaya Diagnostic center at Tolichowki. It tool 25 mins for billing and another 15 mins for sample collection. Billing Staff are not efficient and busy cross/up-selling packages to the customers. There are no chairs for customers to even sit while waiting.

Employee was ignoring and charged, even when we were asking to wait and add to the cardiac profile package.

Yes as my experience in Vijaya diagnostics: at the side of billing, collecting samples, collecting reports it's fine, but some times we miss some reports only that issue and hope that you will work on it

I went there for submitting biopsy sample and my experience with them was not good (vijaya diagnostic, tolichowki branch) I felt they had a very little knowledge about it. They kept me chasing from one department to the other, the employees weren't friendly at all.

The lady who is doing X ray in the morning, is very rude and arrogant. She is not evening what to do before proceeding to XRay.

It was horrible
No proper response from RECEPTION and as well as SCANING DR.
If we ask a doubt they have to explain but unfortunately it's like factory work where there is no value for patients
When we are paying extra amount from the markt price we expect a proper service

The reception is good quick response and understanding what we needed and they give good advice, the blood test section and X-rays section are good they treated respectfully and received reports through SMS before they estimated time' all staff is good,

Very bad reception, a guy and lady, this is not how a test centre works, they can't even talk properly learn from other branches, will never visit this branch again

We visited Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Tolichowki branch on 4th June 2022. When we went to give my Mother’s blood sample. Zafar was the person who collected the sample. Even after repeatedly asking him to wear gloves while collecting the sample, the person harshly pierced the needle in my Mother’s arm and the blood kept oozing out. We have been visiting this diagnostic centre since years but this was the worst experience ever. Such irresponsible and ignorant people shouldn’t be retained by VDC at all who are not loyal to their job.

Edit: Experience will be better from 2nd visit since you will understand how this center timelines work. I still have complaint for scans in 1st floor where there is an employee -KUMARI in helpdesk who dont even know how to do a basic job, She dont even know how to organize, She gives a latest number first and then changes later.worst employe i have ever seen, I dont know how these guys hired her & if there are more than 2 or 3 patients she gets confused like hell & also she is toooooooo slow to work.

Always been a regular customer at vijaya and mostly at tolichowki branch. Yesterday visited for ultrasound. It was over crowded had to wait 2 hours. They should manage in a way that people should not wait more than an hour. First wait in the queue to get billed the wait in the queue for scan. There was no place for people to sit it was that crowded

I visited tolichowki centre on 14th may 2020. Though i am a regular visitor here for many years but what i observed on my recent visit that they were not following the tokens serial wise at billing desk and allowing whoever is approaching the counter. Further, being saturday there was heavy rush. It took me more than half an hour to get the billing done. At sample collection room also situation was hopeless. Only one person was posted for collecting samples when about 10 patients were waiting. There is no value for customer's time it seems. Please dont exploit public and set the house in order, other wise vijaya will lose the public faith.

Long wait time and very unprofessional staff. Very highly priced. Token system available but hardly followed, 2 Counters but second one hardly operational while person is available. RT PCR test - customer should be asked if they want to go with SARS.you guys just want to bill customer and bill was not returned at sample counter. You do not respect time or value time.staff is managed like govt centers.

We never get the complete report in the link provided. Always incomplete information is sent to us.

Due to more people coming in crowd is gathering please increase the staff for blood sample collection.

I confirmed with 4different ppl if 2d for 7years kid that tolichoki branch. They gve appointment and asked me to be there by 5 at 6 they mentioned they can't do it for 7yrs old in this branch. So ll the ppl answered the call r not awre neither the reception guy who made us wait one hour. Such a waste of time n money. U shud hire some educated n responsible ppl

Hopeless. Just to give Token number early morning for scanning they are asking to pay for scan advance.does it make any sense. Policy is once customer steps in and enters just loot him.

Waste of time. They asked me to wait for 2 hours for just 1 test. Moreover, I requested them to do early they said ok but no response from them I knocked their door thrice for the enquiry they are just asking to make payment and sit. Furthermore, they called a woman in irregular number. Vijaya diagnostic is just a name sake. No proper communication of Staff and manager.

As you told me yesterday result of lipid profile will be sent you on your mobile till 05: 00 o'clock evening but still didn't receive. Now what I have to do shall I come and collect or you are arranging. Waiting for your response.

They are really good at service. However, the breeding of mosquitoes is to high. I was little afraid that I may fall sick due to the same.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. Shaheen the ECG and Echo technician was very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how she really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and her demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this clinic.

Vijaya Diagnostic Center, the name is enough for quality and reliable diagnostic services. Whats more important when you are undergoing disease to treatment path? Its correct diagnosis and Vijaya is the place for accurate investigation. I am a regular customer of Vijaya Toli Chowki branch, and I am really happy with the service and customer care provided by the staff here. The feedback cannot be complete if I didn't mention Saheen Noor. She is very professional, experienced, performs accurate diagnosis, so humble, and gives a 5 out-of 5 customer care experience. I thank all the staff of Vijaya Diagnostic Center for their services.

The service they have of sending reports online is so helpful and also door service is also good as my mother cannot travel often.

The only problem is they donot answer phone calls, which is frustrating.

I think management has to keep a person only to answer the phone and print reports.

Firstly when I called the centre before going there, No one gave the response on the call, After that I went there and saw the they are not receiving any calls after seeing also. Reception people are busy in gossiping, very bad experience. They are pretending as they are doing it for free.

I am a retired officer of State Bank of India and retired from service in 2013. During my active service in Bank, Vijaya Diagnostic was the authorized centre for all types of diagnostics. Your Diagnostic center was prescribed by the bank for various tests and your staff offered very friendly service to us. Now after my retirement also your center is authorized for various services and as I have settled at Tolichowki I used to take the services of different types of diseases at this center. Some front line staff, very few and rare used to ask different questions like names not properly spelled or not written clearly ilke that even though they knew and recognize me. Any way on the whole I am very much satisfied barring such rare and very rare incidents. What they should understand is our seniority and age. Any how your center and SECUNDERABAD Diagnostic center are very friendly and I am very much satisfied with their behavior and services. Keep it up. All the very best.

Staff is totally misbehave they called us st 8 now its 10.46 still they r making me wait n my condition is not able to sit bcz of cervical stiches n they told to drink water n wait, how much a pregnant women can wait vit full bladder, they r sending other patient who came aftr me n telling me to wait ur number didn't came yet wht rabbish

No good diagnostic center packages are just trap no proper information on telephone charges very heigh compare to other diagnostic centers

For scan they will make you wait which may exceed more then hours without having food n have to drink water from an untidy covered bottel which is placed on water dispenser make sure you carry drinking water.

Hi, I have been to this diagnostic centre at Tolichowki thrice but today I had a very experience in waiting in the reception for my turn.people who were not following line nd who were getting in the middle were given priority by the receptionist farheen.when I asked the receptionist if she is following the line policy or no she arqued with me a lottt which is not right specially for some one who sits in the reception.this gives a very bad impact about the diagnostic center

Disgusting staff (Tolichowki Branch). I have been heckled from last three days from their staff for a USG. After standing in queue for more than 30 mins they told doctor is on emergency leave and asked to come next day after calling. They did not pick up the call from morning 8-9: 15am. After which they said to come. When I went there at 9: 20 and stood in queue for 30mins they said to come next day as the there were lots of USG patients. For critical cases dont go there as the staff is very slow and is not proactive to give necessary information. They have no idea how to deal with patients.

Worst experience, took 3hrs for scan, completely dissatisfied with the management. My doctors feels reports results are incorrect. Waste of money and time.

Waste staff at 1 number they don't know how to talk with the costumer they were discussing not listening costumer problem go to other branch they were lost the diagnostic centre unexperience girls

Extremely ridiculous, pathetic and unprofessional experience:
1. Extremely rude and impolite staff- Receptionist only concerned with dismissing patients and collecting money. When the practitioner was missing from the ECG room, she said I don’t know.just wait and nobody knew about her whereabouts.
2. Unprofessional staff- 4 people hover around in Room 1 while your blood sample is being collected. Zero concern for patient privacy or patient comfort. Blood collection technician deals with several other things while collecting samples.
3. Unhygienic premises- Mosquitoes roaming around everywhere. Toilets are unclean.

What a terrible place. Never visiting again

I am diabetic patient yesterday I visited toli chowki Vijay Diagnostic @ 7.45 am by the time I finish billing and blood samples it was 9 am I started my breakfast 9.30am so I came again for post lunch blood sample @ 11.15 and gave my blood sample it was past 12 too much waiting

Last month I visited himmayat nagar Vijaya Diagnostic for colour Dopplar test and had to wait too long

Your service is good butcharges are high compared to others and need to think of it and do needful for the benefit of your customers. It is competitive era.

It was very good, request to increase more counters for fee and sample collection.

I kinda had a feeling that these guys don’t manage well so before going here I read the reviews and I would certainly go with the reviews and visit other Center for check up. I truly believe that people who write reviews esp on hospitals or test Center’s are taking an effort to voice out there opinion hence I would love to respect such feedback and would go with the majority

I bought my on mom for ultrasound abdomen on call they asked me to come by 3pm it's 4 o clock now, still the doctor is not IN. According to my knowledge doctors should be punctual.but this is the only place I experienced. For other scans patient can wait but for USG patient will be already loaded with water. I suggest not to delay such type of scan. Not happy with doctor here.

Horrible experience at Reception to bill, only one lady is managing 20 odd customers early in the morning. I felt like I was standing in a counter for Railway ticket.

Tried Escalation managers Ismail and Abdul but their numbers are not reachable. Vijaya Diagnostics have come down in their levek of service by just increasing more and more branches, rather they shud increase more staff by using their money out of their profits.

Vijaya diagnostics is the best in service and in laboratory investigations, that I have ever experienced for my family unhealthy conditions. The right investigation results give the right medication. Thanks to the staff also for their coperation and.goodness towards patients

Same case for me. Still without knowing/reading I went & had same situation. So users please read -ve reviews first.

WORST EXPERIENCE

1. Horrible response from the reception
2. They wont respond to the calls even you call 100 times
3. If you have luck they will answer calls and again provides half half information. They wont mention what are the documents you need to carry. After reaching there, sorry sir we need this document else we wont scan.
4. Even after providing a soft copy as a reference, they wont scan what you are looking for, instead they says this is what we can do. Why can't they tell the same in call when we book the appointment.
5. If you insist them to do the test what you are looking for they simply says that they need the so called doctor's approval. (Frustrating moment)
6. While explaining and talking to the customer, tells that you may get those diseases, infection may happen, abortion may happen any time. (Spreading -ve energies)
7. Sometimes life wont work, I donno how patient go for top floors.
8. In outside diagnostics, we may get few test reports in couple of minutes. Here they will ask you to come at 4 O clock and collect them.
9. Price is also more compared to other diagnostic centers.

Over all, In my life time I wont go and I wont allow my near and dear to visit this place and suffer mentally.

Queue was a little long for the billing in the morning but once the technician found my vein and drew the blood I was highly impressed with her skill.

Well maintained as it is a bery reputed and well known diagnostic centre.services could have been better.the receptionist are very slow and freshers who have no idea about their work.she was constantly asking for other staff for help.

I went here today but had to wait for an hour. As it was a Sunday, there was huge rush and there was only one lady for collecting blood samples. Everyone was cribbing about the same thing.

Blood sample collection is done smoothly done by nurse.
I would especially thanks to the girl (don't know the name) with her little fingers.
