Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, AS Rao Nagar

Excellent Support. Needed 14 tests in all for a 81 years old Patient who is Diabetic and had high BP on 14.12.2023. Also the tests had to be done urgently. Called the Call Centre thrice just a day before and briefed. They heard and every time half way the calls got disconnected. One Lady asked me to whatsapp the Prescription and I did. They did not get back to me and also did not respond. The calls were disconnected after holding even for 10 to 15 minutes.

Thankful to a particular staff Ms. Manisha at Neredmet Center who helped in co-ordinating with A. S. Raonagar Center. At the Center each and everyone were helpful. I thank one and all immensely.

An investigation/test was entered incorrectly in the system by the front office individual and when enquired about the same, she and the front office associates blatantly blamed the patient, worst a senior citizen, for the mistake.
The least you can do is own up to your mistake or apologize when you call yourselves "The Pioneers in Diagnostic Medicare".

It's very unfortunate they open only one counter in the morning.lot of elderly people coming for tests.almost they are waiting for 1 to 2 hrs.if they open 2 counters in the morning it should be helpful for elders.atlest they should concern towards them

Quality Reports and experience persons are working. So i like vijaya diagnitic center always for tests. So many package options offerred to get discount rates also.

An utter waste of time and money, it's a business and of course, you guys are CHEATS. The post-lunch sugar test is not a part of the 3000K worth package. Rather a 3-month average test of Hb1ac is included! It's pointless and totally a waste of this package.

Added: Note that I have already called both the AS Rao Nagar branch as well as the number that you have provided, but it is a shear waste of time, coz they are mechanical robots who don't understand anything, just as youself!

I have been Visiting Vijay Diognostics Centre right from its opening in 1981 at Hyderabad. And at near Clocktower Secunderabad, St. Ann's Girls High Sch ool, Sangeeth theatre, Secunderabad, A. S. Raonagar, groundfloor and at opposite to Railway Reservation Centre. The most reliable and time bound centre. The staff members are courteous, cooperative and qualified. From bottom of my heart I congratulate every staff member including Watchmen. Hats off.

Although I had taken prior appointment for the Ultrasound Scanning and was told to come at 9.30 A M. I was there by 9.30 A. M. But I had to wait for the scanning for a long time. Please see that in future service is done at the appointed time and that patients are not made to wait.

Report of SAKUNTALA MADDURI not yet received inspite of visiting AS Rao nagar branch (6) six times YESTERDAY AND TODAY as per timings given by your staff. At this age, I also visited Kapra branch as suggested by your staff but nothing happened. I took Doctors appointment today at 11 am.what feedback i can give now.
Incidentally another Xray taken in the name of SOMANADHAM MADDURI, yesterday at 12.30pm,
report delivered at 1.38 pm.

Well experienced and well behaved doctor. Diagnostic facilities are also good at very reasonable rates.

I have not received the copies of the Diagnostic reports on my email/ whatsup so far. Kindly arrange to send the reports to my email/ whatsup asap.

My wife and I went for our routine investigations. It took approximately 15 min before our number was called. Bill made quickly. Samples given. Got all reports by about 16.30 pm.

On 21/4/22 I have gone for XRay at ASRao nagar branch and submitted my Author card for senior citizen discount but OTP is not genarrted after giving three of my mobile numbers I asked the concern person to check either his system my be problem but that gentle man not listening and charged full amount my Reg no is 182225731 dated 21/04/2022 ASRao nagar branch

Had taken my 84 year old father for few tests, the staff were very cordial and handled him with great care. Special thanks to Mr. Bernard who ensured that we got our reports quickly.

I visited for my wife full body checkup. It took 5-6 hours. There was very mismanagement. You have to wait 1 -2 hours in front of every lab.

Service of front line staff is excellent, test reports are very correct and are received without any delay. I am thoroughly satisfied with VDC Dr. ASRao nagar branch.

We visited Palam Vihar, Gurugram - Vijaya diagnostic, we found it nice and clean center however there was no floor manager available at the same time, no one is there to manage the que of patient we visited on sunday 04/17 at 12PM and dispite of reaching on time with appointment it took 90 minutes because of un manged que of patients

On the advice of a doctor, I got ECG DONE here. At about they called me and advised me to call Dr. Ravikanth. We immediately called him. He informed that I had a heart attack and advised to seek admission in any hospital. He did not suggest any hospital or did not ask me to meet him. I was later admitted in DD Hospital.
I am writing this specially to place my gratitude to Dr. Ravikanth and Vijaya Diagnostics for taking personal interest and advising me to go to a hospital for treatment.

Since last 12 years I have experience with VD. Very good receiving. Who are working in your diagnostic centre all are taking care about patients. Very nice when I come to your centre I feel very happy

Reports are not sent on time, people are not wearing masks, when asked, they respond very discourteously, poor experience

Very bad and worst service. Gone for a small X ray, waiting for about 24 hours, still didn't get the report. No one answers the phone call.

Every time my post blood report will not come to my phone. Thru the link sent by you people. I do not know what is the logic behind this?

I found the person at the reception desk very prompt and courteous. The nurse who administered the injection was efficient and downloaded as well as printed a copy of the certificate for me.

The service was excellent and it took only a few minutes to complete the vaccination procedure.

Some of the staff should know how to behave with the customers.because any person walk into diagnostics will already be in pain.treat them with empathy.

Vijaya diagnostics is not atall concerned about non Covid patients, they are giving bills, token numbers, code generation in single floor itself for covid RTPCR tests. Due to this who are not effected with covid also get effected, so that they can make money by increasing covid patients. No social distance between Covid & non covid patients.making them all to wait for code & billing in single room for long time.

Divya (receptionist) she is awesome. The way of responding. We so thankful to her. She guided us much better. Her hospitality and more importantly her gestures and attitude are good. Vijaya diagnostic center is next level than other diagnostic centers. Thanks&Regards G. Bhaskar

Posting this review based on my visit on the 04-MAR. First of all there is no person to instruct/guide to get a token for the billing. Secondly considering the people visiting the place you have only 2 counters for the billing at the reception. Third inorder to get the scan taken had to wait more than 2 hrs. The response was very very pathetic and literally no respect to the people visiting this place. The entire process took more than 4 hrs. Please DONOT visit this place and lose your valuable time.

Good place for all kind of blood tests and the reports are accurate (you can rely on this). The system is good and very hygienic.

Very worst customer service, there is no hospitality and no understanding between the staff making to wait long time and not lifting the call calling so many times everyday also when asked the staff why are you not lifting the call there is no response from the reception and she didn't reply to my question. Very worst service.

Went there for cephologram lat view x-ray. The reception was quick and fast in guiding me to the floor. The scanning personal in the console room however was very rude and extremely loud and unprofessional in his attitude. This was on 3rd March at 6: 45pm. Understand that he could have other work but that does not give him a reason to be rude and derogatory to customers. This spoils the centers image. Hope this is taken into consideration for necessary feedback and training for the personal involved. This is being typed as I sit there. It has been an half hour wait now for a simple X-Ray.

I approached today, this centre over my mobile for Executive health checkup.
I had to call half a dozen times. All the times the phone was engaged.
For ultra sound and cordiology check up, I am told to first pay bill. Inspite of my request that I am from a distant place, and I will pay in the early hours tomorrow and book an appointment, the centre refused.
VERY FUNNY ATTITUDE. MAKING MONEY IS THEIR POLICY.
What further feedback you need. My review is self explicit. Corporate hospitals also accept appointment over teleohine.

For the rush the place became small. Inspite of that staff working hard. We can't expect more from as rush is heavy.

The staff in charge of taking the ECG AND EEG tests are pathetic! They are not eligible to be physicians. Personally, I will not recommend patients to a diagnostic centre where the staff are 24/7 on phone calls and gossiping during ECG'S and EEG'S when they are supposed to Focus on patients. As patients, we trust them to give us the right treatment and reports but it has become the total opposite. They lack the basic standards of language and communication skills and take tests very irresponsibly. With this kind of response towards patients, it will only have a negative impact on the output. One small mistake by such irresponsible people is enough to make a patient's life miserable. If one such mistake is made by them on a patient's report and that impacts the patient in a very bad way, will they take responsibility? As patients, we too are human beings. We believe in your treatment and instead you handle us so badly. It's terrible. For EEG'S in particular, I would never recommend this place as the staff are the worst at handling patients and are not trained properly to handle medical equipment. The staff do not have basic knowledge on medical terms. This is shocking and pathetic. Patients are being taken for granted and money is being minted by them. Very bad experience. Never intend on setting foot again for treatment.
Vijaya diagnostics needs to improve their quality and standards in this branch of theirs particularly.

Single cash counter. Poorly managed. Waited nearly one hour even after arriving by 6: 30 AM just to pay cash for MRI

I just visited this place in a s Rao Nagar to collect my reports. There was only 1 lady working very hard to provide reports to 7 or 8 patients and taking calls at the desk at the same time. There was this 1 old man calling the manager of the place, who in turn what looked to me like scolded his employee for not providing the report to that one frustrated angry man. This employee then apologized and arranged for his report, but didn't leave the rest of the patients clueless, because she thought we were equally important (which clearly the person on the phone her boss didn't). I would request the management not to become a toxic place where the people who are supposed to protect their employees scold them, where she wasn't the only one at fault and let people like that one old man create a ruckus ar their place.

Based on my experience, this lab is exceptionally good at providing the WRONG RESULTS. I repeat **WRONG RESULTS**. When the whole world is fighting against Covid virus, this lab is making money and SPREADING COVID virus in society by giving -ve results to infected patients n vice versa. I hope the government will take the necessary action on this lab and ensure they have mend their ways and provide accurate results to the patients.as a travel requirement, my wife and I went to this lab for covid test and the place is fully crowded with minimal safety measures and arrogant staff shouting at people.next day, we BOTH got covid +ve results which shocked as we didnt have any symptoms.we kindly requested this branch manager (Mr Bernard) to revalidate the results but the lab incharge arrogantly ignored our request and gave the free suggestion to undergo necessary treatment.we immediately self quarantined and cancelled our flights.we asked our inlaws n cousins to do tests as we came in contact with them and all got -ve results and then we got tested ourselves in other private labs and got -ve results.we even tested in govt hospital and got -ve.their false reports has put all of us under so much stress n panic mode while the actual +ve patients are roaming in society unintentionally.
When I raised the concern again with this branch manager (Mr Bernard), he put the blame on analysis lab in Himayat Nagar and the lab incharge (Mr Venkat) called me and put the blame on sample collection team.they both DONT feel GUILTY or ACKNOWLEDGE their BLUNDER nor WILLING to take the necessary CORRECTIVE ACTIONS.
I raised the complaint with TG Covid call center and they informed that they have received SEVERAL COMPLAINTS on this LAB and they will take necessary action.
I kindly request all to be cautious while visiting this lab for any tests as they are full of arrogant and incompetent staff who are doing GREAT HARM to the PEOPLE & SOCIETY.

No one is answering when I am calling As Rao Nagar branch to enquire about prices and appointments for tests. Becuase of that I took the services from another diagnostics. This was happening from last 2 months.

Worst calling experience for me

Vijaya diagnostic is the best diagnostic centre in our twin cities bcoz it is very hygienic and each and every staff is polite and humble that is y I refer to each of my friends

No proper process.staff does not communicate correctly and even after putting on Twitter no response actually a good Digonastic but now looks like no control over staff very arrogant and not communicative and unprofessional

Once done with billing for scanning they send us to 3rd floor. The staff make us wait for such long time it almost takes more than 3 hours for sure and the doctors then say not now after lunch. The staff dont even respond anything about this. A patient cannot wait for such longer time spending the whole day waiting.

I am came to pregnancyscan 3rd floor staff they received us very well and explained about the scan they are mainting distance for patient to patient. Thank u all the staff of 3rd floor
