Near scan counter reception's are not good for scan they are takeing so much of time with full blader how time will be the patient be stting,
near 1st floor token was also giving late

Waiting is too much Waiting but careing good reports also doctors are telling clear thank u

Went along with my daughter for advanced CTPNS scan for myself and my daughter on Sunday noon time. First of all no one answers the customer service number, took the scan on Sunday noon. Was told that I will be getting my results on Monday evening 5 and they took my email id to share the same. Monday evening 6 no results shared and as usual no one answers phone call. Had to wait till Tuesday and call them 10 times to get the call answered. Women who picks up the phone can't speak properly.

Worse services, will never go back or recommend anyone.

Worst service, staff not responding appropriate, tests are also not done, on time, it suggest not to come here for any bigger tests like 2DEcho, ultrasound, MRI, CT.

Right from reception, payment, sample drawing till reports, it was a very smooth and hassle free experience. Staff was also courteous and helpful. Full 5 stars.

Very Poor Comunication, No skilled staff is there trainee persons recruited, no proper Value of customer.

We have given the sample today morning at 8AM and its 7pm now and we haven't received the reports.

Now a days Vijaya Diagnostic service is going down and the prices are also high.

The staff acted with responsibility.

However, the facilities are bad.

It is surprising to note that there is no wash room where CECT scanning is being carried out.

Actually there should be a washroom in 4th floor, because the patients have to take minimum 2 litres of water. After some time they get urgent urination or motion.

Is it correct to send them to 3rd floor washroom. Even at 3rd floor, there is one commode for gents and commode for ladies.

A person having urgency, will it not lead to awkward situation. It happened yesterday.

There should be a display board to guide for those coming for CECT scan. It can mention that the patients can go to 4th floor for the estimation and then pay the bill at ground floor.

A dedicated bill counter should be there at 4th floor so that the trouble of going from one floor to another is reduced and will help a lot to those coming for scanning.

Too much time for even an ultrasound. Kindly increase the centres availability for ultrasounds.

The staff in the reception are not fast in dealing. When compare to other branches. It's time taking. Even server problems occur oftenly.

Why you are charging for the container of Urine Sample separately @ Rs. 25/- when the sample is going to be deposited at your Diagnostic Centre only. This is just loot. Very disappointing. @surendrareddy Dr. Surendra Reddy Sir, please look into this matter and make sure all the staff at Vijya Diagnostic Centres are well trained to meet and greet the patients and attendants well

Non responsive and reactive people work here, especially fat lady receptionist who collects money in counter. Even 9 months pregnant women are made to wait, they don't understand the pain. If there's something needs to be improved i.e behaviour of staff and time to wait.

It was the time that not organized properly for x-ray room that delayed us around 2 hours, also report ready was intimated at Monday 4: 35 pm. Other than the above everything is seems ok

Cool. A place where you can get your dignosis done on 1st cum 1st basis and well trained staff.

Very much impressed with the service of Ultra Sound department. The staff were very much cooperative and attentive in rendering service to the customers

Very horrible experience with this Vijaya diagnostic centre S D road branch.the staff are very rude they doesn't have common sense how to speak to the patients.they act as if they are working for a government office.they have made a 9th month pregnant lady to wait for about 3 hours and finally saying that the test can't be done on the same day.the receptionists at the bill payment section doesn't give any value to the patients who are coming near them and there is no response even after I have raised a complaint in customer care.

Came here for my mother's CT scan Abdomen Technician Vijaya Lakshmi explained about the procedure so well and took good care of my mother entire 4th floor staff and specially to mention nurse who put cannula was excellent. Loved the experience. I will definitely suggest my friends to come to Vijaya SD Road

Maintenance is too good, waiting time is too high & late wen v come early also.wen v call to landline staff will not respond on time.

I visited multiple times. Everything is good, but there is lot of waiting time. Sometimes I feel like without test I should leave the center.

Staff is lazy, they keep saying wait, I enquired about tests availability, everything can be done, all the staff is available, after visiting and paying, they are saying "some tests cannot be done today", useless, no time sense for the staff. Horrible experience, they keep waiting diabetic patients in fast for quite long time. If you are just looking for blood tests, it's ok, or else you are screwed.

They just give wrong information to the customer this is the worst service ever I have seen.no clarity of information makes the customer call couple of times. Inspite of all that no service available. Very very bad service

Vijaya is one of the best diagnostic centre in hyderabad. Wide range of tests are done here. I went here to get CTPNS. The operator's were helpful. It was done within 15 minutes.

Rate varies. Reception staff little rude & slow. In a matter of 3 days gap they charge differently for the same repeated tests. (Discount rate difference) Lab staff are good. Overall good, but for small hiccups

Very neat and clean place. They have sanitized the whole premises. Every person is checked properly for temperature before letting inside. The staff is very friendly. The reports are sent in Mobile So that u can view at home itself before collecting the reports. Overall good experience.

Services here at this branch is good.staff needs grooming especially the lower staff and people at reception. They never respond properly on call and hardly once in ten times they are receiving calls.not sure what exactly they do sitting at the reception. Valet is rude at times.reputation is being spoiler by these rude behaving people. Management should focus on these basic ethics

Main entrance to the centre was in shabby condition. With patient in the car it was a hard job to park when a Pearson came to my rescue

Before they payment everything seems excellent, once the payment is made we are just made to wait. After waiting for almost 2hours finally scan was done and they asked us to come and collect the reports after 1hour. Knowing there delay in service I went to collect the reports after 2hours even then the reports was not yet started printing. I again had to wait for another 1hour to collect the reports. Worst service ever. Dear management when you are charging money more than the compititive prices why don't you increase your staff to manage things on time? Else everyone has to Makesure whole day has to be spent at your Daignostics.

Do it immediate termination and I will wait till tommorrow mrng otherwise I will go further action with proper evidence and also with video clip this is happened yesterday I.e on wednesday 04.03.2020 at 7pm.secunderabad branch beside have more restaurant.just I am waiting for justice for my valuable time with patients which I spent with u people.even I reported to manager also.but I don't want to see that srikanth in that branch.bcoz we are used to go that branch past 8 years for all family members and my neighbors.

The worst diagnostic centre ever.the staff on the 4th floor are non cooperative. No idea on what basis they have been hired. Really disappointed ️

I love the service from the staff they coordinate soo well. Sply the boy (frontoffice) he help me to collect the dispatch reports from diffent departments, he don't even make me rush here&thr he himself collected the reports nd helped me. Excellent service loved it

If you notice all the negative reviews below, you will see that they are trying to throw the ball in the Patients court by asking them to share their contact number or patient name by mailing them privately on their email instead of discussing the issue here in public view. In this way they try to cover up for their bad service/mistakes. The service here is not upto the standard and the prices are too high. MedQuest Diagnostic Centre (which is located right across the road) is a much better place and offers lower prices as well. I recommend that you walk over to MedQuest just opposite the road for your tests and scans.

Looking for best health check up for my father in law then came to Secunderabad branch so, here I the package details where explained well and mr. Porna Chandra has assisted me in getting my tests done on time and also reports got released on time.

MRI tech at sd road mr prabhakar is having sound knowledge and so patience towards patient and the hospitality he has show is very much impressive

Dr. Krishna mohan report was very much clear and his diagnosis was very much precise and accurate
And we rate him as one of the best radiologists in twin cities

Worst ever experience on my first visit. Initially they said that, i have to wait for 1and half hr but they made me to wait for 4 hrs after asking for fee refund they came forward to treat. Scanning fee also high. I heard Vijaya diagnostics as a good centre but I got worst ever experience with the management. I don't know why this management is spending huge time with patients for normal scanning too.

Disgusting place, they will ask us to wait for a very very long time without having food before 4 hrs and later after billing waiting again for few more hours. The technicians over here are very rude, they don't even respond properly. Nobody will bother about people who are waiting since long time.

I recently visited SD Road Vijaya Diagnostics for abdominal scan. Mr. Shiva Reddy garu who is working in radiology department is a very responsible and genuine person who is very cooperative. This service is too good. Report delivery is very fast. They have skilled technicians. Well Managed over all. Thank you Vijaya.

Excellent service and very professional staff. I was actually thinking from long back to perform medical checkups for my parents but very confused what tests need to be opted for my parents. After seeing the reviews I visited the SD road branch Chandra manager of branch very polite clarified all the doubts very clearly explained about all the test procedures with patiently helped us to choose the health packages.
He visited along with us for the all tests and coordinated with staff.
Maintenance was very good. Staff followed hygienic standards during sample collections excellent quality service was provided in all departments. During the report deliver time Rashid helped us to get the reports on time without any delay.
But actually when we visited consultation doctor was on emergency leave even though arranged on alternate day but I would rather suggest for backup during his absence.
We are very satisfied with over all experience and service.

I visited sd road Vijaya diagnostics yesterday i.e on 31st may to do some tests for my grandfather but PRE Srinivas suggested with the best package which is worth of it thanks Srinivas.

Staff services are really good. No doubt.

But the services by doctor is worst.

Today I had a tough time with 2D ECHO & ECG Tests. No doctor in Padmarao Nagar centre, Hymayat Nagar (Main Branch). The dealing assistant advised me to visit Ameerpet which is quite far. Finally it was confirmed that a doctor on call will come to Secunderabad at 1: 30pm and would stay for 30 minutes or so as required.

Doctor had no time to say a word to patients above all he turned late and finished the 7 (seven) 2D ECHO tests, a number of ECGs, signed all the reports, all that took to him only 20 minutes+. Authorities may recheck the CCTV footages.
One patient was even made to wait since 10: 30am for his arrival.

What is the use of having such doctors empanallee, who doesn't have time sense and non bothered about patients concerns after the so called test of 60 seconds+/-?

Can't he speak a word about the result?

What right does Vijaya diagnostic centre has to waste the time of the patients?

I was finally made to wait till 3: 20 though all other patients left with their reports.

This maybe taken on a serious note.
