I recently visited this diagnostic center for an ultrasound test and had good experience.thanks to the staff, especially Sridevi manager She was handling well each and every person. Radiologist is very polite and answers my questions patiently and accurate reports.

Being in healthcare they are not at all maintaining covid precautions. Employees are not wearing masks and nobody is supervising COVID-19 restrictions.quite irresponsible on their part.

Worst experience with sample collection boy name ashok.he didn't delivered the hard copies of reports.and also very crude answers are giving.

Everything went smooth except for the Ultrasound department which was understaffed resulting in unacceptable wait times. This should have managed better. Otherwise, Vijaya Diagnostics is a great one stop shop in town for all the medical test needs.

I have received message from your end saying " Your reports are ready please collect "
When I reached your Centre they asked me to wait.
Then staff said "Reports are ready but film not ready, wait for 1 hour and collect your report" when asked why you sent message saying reports are ready? They replied "reports are ready but film is not" it means film is not a part of reports. Nice covering of their incapable work.

Everything is done in a proper way. Love the service. The service has been great. Vijaya Diagnostic is my preference for testing and all other medical services.

Scan Reports written negligently with incomplete details by Dr. Apoorva chintamadaka. We undergone Growth scan, for all the parameters no corresponding days written, EDD not written (written as - as assigned in previous reports).

Fast delivery of reports to mobile is really appreciable. COVID report received in less than 8 hours.

There was payment issue being such a big organization and they told network issues for online payment service or card swiping service that is very bad I struggled alot to draw money from atm I visited two atm centres to get money but there is nill in those ATMs litterally I lost at that time of patients who come for visits to get test done be provided for payment by online or through card now a days no one using to give money by hand instead they are using only online to pay the amount.

Vijaya Diagnostics reports are accepted by all the doctors. No questions/ concerns around the accuracy of the reports. However, they need to work on their home sample collection/schedule. It’s terribly bad. It becomes great difficult for elders to travel and give blood samples.
After Tenet coming into play- it’s time for Vijaya Diagnostics to pull up their socks and start working on home collection.
For senior citizens- I’m not a great fan of Thyrocare or Lal Path (inconsistency in reports), but Tenet will soon capture the space if Vijaya continues this lazy approach.
Apollo 24/7 app and their reporting is also good. So Vijaya should watch it’s competitors

All the staff are courteous specially Ramu, dedicated to their work and having good knowledge in their respective fields including lower cadre staff.
The way in which they they receive the patients, attending their needs and speaking with in a polite manner is excellent.

Happy to share. My visit to VDC, Himayath Nagar was good. Great parking facilities, good billing system, proper n hygenic way of taking samples from customers. I recommend Vijaya to all my friends n family.

Full of confusion in doing tests. I asked for one test and paid and they gave report for another test. And the call center is not even responding. If we go direct they say you should talk only with call centre

Inordinately delayed for more than an hour that to wantedly by moving patient here and there with out proper management.

Booking, and home Sample collection is fine. Well co ordinated and executed.
But the reports link didn't open. I have to make calls and find out the user ID and password. That also didn't workout in the mobile. Finally I could open and see in my laptop.

Very bad and bitter experience because my doctor has advised todo kidney ct scan.receptionist misunderstood it she charged for xray chest other surgical profile test it.means.your having only reputation not. But worst experience

PCR test have to stand in queue, could have arranged sitting chairs. I just went for testing so I don't know other related services but for PCR, it is good to be done. Not much sanatisation and all though.

Patient was waiting since morning 11: 30 in fasting condition for scanning and your team had called around 5pm for scanning.
Please let us know if there is no concern team available at your reputed organization to take care of customers who trusted you since years.

I've been waiting to get my turn from last two hours (they said the waiting time is 1.5hrs). This place is not organized. They charge 1200/- but have no good facilities like clean washroom. Infact they seem to have only one washroom for patients. I'll definitely not be coming here again.

Worst people, don't answer calls, not at all good service. They simple say that they don't do and leave. Worst service ever.

Vijaya is renowned for its fast service higein nd givea the results o time I'm used to visit for my diabetic test since last 8 yrs I feel more comfortable only at vijaya DC thanks to d staff

Worst service from this center.they dont respond to calls suddenly they terminate while talking.even though after taking appointment they wont follow proper practices.

They are horrible the woman inside giving injection is a monster such a bad person shouting at patiants and hurting then with the needle so insensive.went twice and i hated it my mother suffered in their hands.i would advice go some where else am an international patient and i have never seen place in hyderabad than this

Center is clean n tidy, with good protective clothing, staff was kind n supportive but rates are high, being a high rated diagnostic center rates moderate, customer service care too slow. Rest all good, I rated four!

This is an excellent place. People are very cooperative and cool. Being a cancer patient, I have been using the services very often. I am at home when I visit the place. I am sure that the center will keep up the standards for ever. Keep serving the society. All the best!

I FEEL THAT THERE SHOULD BE A CHAT SERVICE WHERE WE CAN POST THE FILE NUMBER AND THEY GIVE THE STATUS. PATIENTS CANT WAIT TO SEE THE RESULTS AND THE LANDLINE TROUBLES US, SOMETIMES UNANSWERED AND SOMETIMES RUDE STAFF IS SOO BUST TO GIVE A BRIEF WHICH HURTS THE PATIENTS.

Really slow my appointment was at 2 it's been 1 hour am waiting not cool if I had to wait for 1 hour I should have an appointment of 3

I am a doctor (critical care specialist) myself and I was extremely saddened by the treatment given to me as a customer here. The main reception was good, but the technicians (radiology) seem to be extremely rude. The way the instructions were given was not wrong but came accross as pretty insolent. The doctors are cordial and helpful, I have no complaints against their response, but I pity the poor patients who have to put up with this kind of behaviour from a few of the other staff members! I understand that they must be working hard in a busy schedule but a soft manner can make things enjoyable for both the parties. I guess this is unfortunately a part of the Indian healthcare culture where patients are on the recieving end and are treated so, unlike in other countries where a patient centred approach is adopted. I was truly sorry to experience things from the other side and am sorry for any of the times I would have behaved like that too!
I only hope and request that my privacy and the patient data stays protected, and is not exploited or published without my consent by anyone at this centre.
Otherwise many thanks for the services offered and also the kind discount offered by the marketing.

I hav been visiting Vijaya daignostic since 10 years.i found the staff to be polite with customers as well as para -medical staff are also humble with customers.

The services offered are very very good. The receptionists approach is with much dedication and customer friendly. The approach of your technicians are patient friendly and provide top service. Double delay in report. Were asked to wait for 2 days to get test report, got it after 4 days. Had to constantly call to get status of the test, and the call gets disconnected repeatedly (could've been a network issue), but the receptionist speaks arrogantly like we've disconnected the call. Could've spoken well, atleast when there's delay from diagnostic's side. Also we were asked to collect the report by evening, but when we called once again to check after the specified time, the report was still "in process". Didn't expect such delays and poor customer experience.
