Best practices of blood sample collection. Been the client for this centre since years. Jyothi a phlebotomist is highly skilled over the sample collection and advises the the right time to visit during the window period and I would highly appreciate her over the job she does and the VDC team.

In experienced staff, very unprofessional behaviour. Delay in responding to customer queries. No update on reports.

Worst experience. We went for 3rd month NT scan and double marker test. My wife went inside the ultrasound room after 20mins duty doctor said there is a some issue here junior doctor only there so you have to go to Kukatpally branch.after that we went to Kukatpally branch in that treated good. That doctor said there no problem she scold the pragathi nagar branch doctor. So best if you are going 1st time yoh can choose the Kukatpally branch is best.

Good and prompt, land line telephone out of order. Till now not rectified. Take prompt action in this regard

Staff at Vijay Diagnosis center Pragathi Nagar Hyderabad, guided me well since I am a senior citizen, payment done through online
While taking blood samples there is no pain, needle very smooth
Also followed Corona guidelines while entering the clinic, like thermal Scanning & application of sanitizer

ECG report is not perfected doctor says it is not correct report go and bring the new report at the nearest diagnostic centre

For simple blood reports they will take 10 hours.here they will collect blood and send to other center for test for all types of tests.it is just brand but in execution.

Every thing good but If some people can't come and give blood samples there is no facility diagnosis people could come and take blood samples.

For a simple blood test report it took 9-10 hrs which delayed and lost entire day. Vijaya couldn’t able to sustain its brand in this branch. We only reach to Vijaya for its good diagnosis equipment, accuracy of reports and hospitality seems it lost its credibility here.

I have completed ECG on yesterday.
But doctor said that there is no clarity on ECG.
In exp staff u have for ECG.

Worst service yesterday morning I given blood sample for post lunch sugar test till don't receive reports and no one respond my calls it's really irresponsible.

I want Vijaya diagnostic for ECG.i am giving rating 1 star as the senior staff present there are arguing each other to do ECG. Finally one of the junior came to do ECG with out proper knowledge how to perform this ECG. As she does not have complete knowledge after i lay down with all equipments attached she is calling senior staff for helping to do this.i feel pathetic they way senior staff behaving while doing such test. If something went wrong diagnostic result provided to patient it will lead to serious medical illnesses. Hope management will take serious action on such behaviour from senior staff telling i will conduct this test and can some other do this internally which will ultimately affect patients

Whatever @Ravinder Mamilla written in the post is correct. They are very careless.
They are unable reply to their mistakes. Bur they are responding to the people who has given 5 star rating. I think those who have given five star are mostly hospital staff. Dont go to vijaya.

Branch is really good and near to my home. Responding immediately and providing good service by the staff, Thank you.

All the staff members and the Incharge of this branch have good friendly behaviour with clients or patients. One of the best Vijaya Diagnosis branch I have visited with fast response and results.

Delay.delay.delay.it will be end with useless apologies.

I strongly do not recommend this diagnostic center, if you are in emergency case. After 3 days of fever, doctor suggested CBP, widal, maleria parasite, dengue tests to my one year kid. They mentioned by 8 PM the reports would be available, so i went for collecting reports @9 PM, but surprisingly they told that widal will be ready by next day 8 pm and dengue report will be available by night only and they suggested to check online, we tried hole night with given credentials but no use login failed. Next day morning I went to collect the dengue report at 9.30AM but till report was not ready. Imagine if the condition is critical, and you are waiting for reports.
Helpless. Hopeless.

Please don't visit this branch if you want quality reports. I had taken the Thyroid report for my wife and they are providing pediatric reference ranges in the report. I reported it first time and thought they would rectify it. But it's same mistake second time also and they boast of providing quality reports to customers.
The staff don't give you a right answer as they themselves don't know what went wrong and how to rectify and provide correct reports

I have given my contact number to ur people who told me that they will call me after they correct the reports and inform me over phone. I think u people are still trying to correct the report as no one has called me since then
