Vijaya Diagnostic Centre, Old Alwal

Diagnosis reports are coming very late, if we ask the staff regarding the same, no response. Need to improve a lot

As per commitment they delivered reports and end start to end update are available exalent service

Last month 18th I have given my blood samples for tests and yesterday also given, but the result which I got have drastic difference, even Dr vamshinandan rao also raised concern about this.
Last month my Hb1ac was 5.7

Yesterday it was 8.7 drastic difference in just 2 weeks
And all other reports also same

Good at alwal
But unable to forgot the bad experience at BHEL and chandannagar branches

Reports were well delayed because after 36 hrs only i recd the reports because of this reason I postponed my dr visit from 14 to 15 th july

We do feel the reports accuracy is good that's why we opt for Vijaya Diagnostics, but the prices are really exorbitant, need to be affordable

Have you seen the ramp at the diagnostic centre at Old Alwal?, it's more of a slide than a ramp.it's totally unsafe for patients to even come up the ramp. Please change this immediately.

For Ultrasound scanning. It is absolutely the worst!

Huge waiting time which is causing a problem for many patients.

I would have given negative rating but there is no option!

21 I had to go to your secbad branch to get it done. You have to see to it that all tests are available here in alwal branch.

The reception and the services provided are very good.the executives guided me about dos and don'ts.now a days reports are received through whatsapp.

I went for a ECG and came to know they clubbed the COVID and ECG together.they should have a separate center allocated for this as they are risking the customers and staff is reluctant and they say we're just following rules

Hygienic place. Well maintained centre. Appreciate if they make people stand in queue and social distance while billing.

One of the waste diagnostic center staff is more busy than our prime minister can't even attend the call I was calling them since 4 days they will come to know when it happens to their family they feel that they have more demand bcoz of this covid

Worst service ever.this branch does not care for customers and also they will not response for the phone calls how many times u try to do they lift and keep that aside.one of the worst branch

Vijaya diagnostic brand name for accurate results. Covid19 precautions good. Staff response with patients nice.

Good service provider, but this time they changed N-95 mask 200 and PPP kit 130 Exter charged from us. It's very bad.

Unprofessional behavior, Incorrect bills i.e Bill with incorrect amount is given to us than Actual amount paid to Lab technicians, who have come for home sample collections where the Team takes zero accountability for it.

Very bad. Only cold water or drink. Staff is not supportive. Too much of crowd is allowed inside. Staff answering is not right. Ppl come in pain staff should sound polite. Ppl with fever cannot have cold water warm water has to be provided to drink. Kindly think on these lines. Unpleasant experience for thr first time since 4 yrs of regular visit

Because of covid we wanted to get the technician come for home check and booked the appointment at 7.30 AM in the morning but the agent did not turn up and also when upon trying twice to contact cust service agent they gave me the technician number which was switched off. Again had to call the cust serv agent and they informed that the technician met with an accident. Firstly I did not believe them and secondly they should atleast inform me because my mother was waiting even drinking water for tests. Pathetic service and experience for us.

Amazing and Brilliant service to all off the staff members, its was friendly and helpful to me.

Heavy charges.when we had a mask also these people asking to purchase another mask from them.and the charges for each mask is 200. Vijaya Diagnostic centre are making good income from the middle class citizens of telangana. I request to telangana state to take strict on this centre. IT dept concentrate on vijay Diagnostic if you have time. Citizens of telangana.concentrate on the above diagnostic center.thanks

Best diagnostic centre in Hyderabad, Front office & staff support is also good, Hygiene environment.

Nice diagnostic centre at Old Alwal, Heavy rush on Sundays, Opens at 7 am everyday. Well maintained, systematic, corporate style diagnostic centre. Vijaya diagnostic chain hosptial near to Old Alwal, Alwal, Suchitra area. Quality & systematic Service. One can see the reports in the mail id also.

Too much expensive when compare to other diagnostic center, person who experiences once will not choose this vijaya diagnostic center.

I am an exserviceman who has ECHS facility. I came to Vijaya diagnostic ALWAL branch right after my night duty with a high fever. Reported to reception for blood tests showing up my Ex-serviceman identity card. The staff said that they require only ECHS card. I requested them that presently I am not carrying but will get back with the same while collection the reports. They stressed upon only ECHS card but we're never interested to see my condition and my Ex-serviceman identity card as proof. Even I said them that I will send my ECHS card after the formalities and sample collection, Staff continued to be addament on their decision. I said them that I was a regular person to visit their diagnostic center and they may retrieve the database by putting my mobile number. The staff was well decided not to cooperate and they said bluntly that they require only ECHS card. After all the ordeal went back home and came back with ECHS card and they did the test.

Alarming thing is that I being a vetren who served for so long to this country never had a value in front of them after showing my Ex-serviceman identity card.

It is expected that an organization with such a reputation should Never handle a veteran in this way, and specially due to a silly staff and it also understood that a person visiting a diagnostic is not visiting for fun.

I request the organization to take a call on this, so that it's not being repeated.

For x-ray with report made me to wait for 20 hours. Now a days x-ray will be given in 1 hour with report and immediately with out report. I have very bad experience with ales alwal diagnostic center.

The service was decent. But after my checkup I was asked for my phone and the lady forcefully rated 5* which was the worst part.

Center is located in good convenient place
Good concern towards patients
Good communication after the check up
Gave report on time

Decent pricing and very good staff. Ultrasound and ECG was Handled very efficiently inspite of heavy rush due to other nearby branches redirecting to this location. Kudos to the team for great management.
